Chapter 11 - The Siblings Meet

Sarvia went to her room and the urge to destroy came into her. Tear after tear dropped as she was slowly being consumed by the devil in her. Thankfully, her daughter entered the room, saving her once again from giving in to her destructive urges...

"Mother, why are you crying?", the fifty-year-old vampire (about 12 years in human age) said as she walked closer to her mother who sat in front of the dressing mirror.

Sarvia turned towards her daughter, who was a splitting image of her father and said, "Yes, dear. But you know, Sylvine should never be like Mother and shed tears. Sylvine must learn to fight for herself and prevent people from hurting her, alright?"

"Okay, mother. Let's go, mother. You promised to train me in archery today", the adventurous Sylvine pulled her mother out of the room with a smile, that showed her developing fangs, walking towards the training area specially made for her to train by the order of her father.

Sylvine trained under both her father and mother. Her father taught her how to hone her skills while her mother taught her physical fighting skills.

"Wait, Sylvine. Let's go and meet your brother.", Sarvia suddenly remembered and said, when they were on their way to the training area.

"Brother?", Sylvine questioned, her face strange.

'Since when was Mother pregnant?', she asked directly to her heart as she cast a glance at her mother's abdominal region.

Sarvia could naturally guess her thoughts.

"Oh no dear. It's not me, it's your Aunt Mira", she said, chuckling at how adorable her daughter was.

"Yes, dear. Your Aunt Mira has made a handsome brother for you. Let's go", Sarvia said with a smile as she changed the direction where they were heading towards.

Sylvine frowned but followed her mother anyway to meet this 'brother' of hers, oblivious to the great fate that awaited her patiently.

Aunt Mira was her father's second wife. Although she didn't like the fact that she had stolen her Father away from her Mother, she believed Aunt Mira was a good person so she sometimes cozied up to her.

She was not really in the mood and her sour face said everything about that. However, since Sarvia had her back in front of her daughter, she couldn't see the face she had made so she assumed that she was happy and continued moving towards Mira's quarters.
