"Tchhkk..What a hassle. I'm damn tired of killing A or D class" Ronny lamented.
"Going against higher ranks at my current class means death"
Ronny squatted on the roof of a tall building, his sword blade thrust horizontally into the aluminum roof. He wore a metallic black mask on his face and a ninja-style black clothing which made him invincible in the dark.
His eyes scanned for potential Krylls to kill. Different Krylls patrolled the street of South Korea yet none had caught his eye. Eliminating Krylls was a lot more easier after humanity's escape to The Sanctuary.
The Sanctuary was built before the invasion. During humanity's evolvement, leaders gathered and came to a conclusion of creating what they call a 'safe land'.
An area where humanity could escape to during natural disasters, global warming or a pandemic. No one thought they would need it as a safe place away from alien invasion.
A huge metallic wall made out of humanity's strongest metal Aetherium; made of concentrated Nebulium and Resonium, humanity's biggest invention and their only invention that hasn't succumbed to the Krylls' attack.
The metal covered the whole land and a force field was placed over it making it impossible for the aliens to penetrate.
Once he sighted a Kryll, a mini-interface appeared on its head displaying its class, skill and worth.

"Damn..Mr Henderson is not gonna be happy...Ahhhhhh...I really want to buy the house tomorrow" Ronny lamented and sulked, his voice laced with disappointment.
"It's almost 5:00am ...well gotta roll"
Not all humans escaped to The Sanctuary. Those who couldn't escape follow certain rules, curfew starts by 7:00pm and ends 5:00am. The humans wore an electric anklet that self destructs after the user has bypassed The Kryllian Area. Most humans there were also sexually molested by the aliens,some were experimented on, all in the name of The Nexus Protocol.
That didn't actually matter to Ronny, just wanted to kill and earn.
"Hmmm".
He pulled his sword and jumped nonchalantly off the roof top.He landed flawlessly on the ground, sending a whirlwind towards the Krylls beside him.
"Who's there?" one of the Kryll asked.

Like lightning, Ronny assumed a running stance and charged for the two Krylls,and with a precise swing of his sword, they fell lifelessly to the ground with their bodies spotted into two.
Krylls have unique characteristics, apart from the fact they can quickly adapt to a new environment, Krylls weak point differ in classes. A Kryll can't level up and it's weak point is in a constant position. Class A and D life core lies in their stomachs and necks respectively.

Ronny turned back and saw one of the metallic uniform of the dead Krylls blinking red. A distress call!!
"Son of a bi***h. Damn you"
In seconds, Helicopters hovered over Ronny with spotlights and he was immediately surrounded by armed Krylls.
"We found The Ascendant..I repeat..we found The Ascendant.. over"
"Code Red!! Code Red!!"
Different classes of Krylls surrounded him. He couldn't fight them on his own due to their number and higher classes he hasn't even dreamt of killing.
Different mini interfaces appeared on their heads.

An interstellar voice echoed in his ears.
[CHANGING LOCATION...…]
"Later friends, we will do this another time okay?" He said and disappeared into thin air leaving the Krylls in awe.
He appeared at the back of a tall glass and metal building, which was located in The Sanctuary.
"Ahhh..What a bad night!" He lamented and scratched his head violently.
"System...Swap Clothing"
The interstellar voice echoed in his ears again.
[SWAPPING CLOTHING...]
Immediately, his clothes changed into a black shirt tucked into black trousers, and he held a suit in his left hand, with earrings on his ears. His dark hair covered his left eye giving him that "every girls dream" look.
He walked to the front of the tall building which had a sentence written boldly at the top 'NEXUS SHELTERS'. The building has at least 50 floors and more than 300 rooms.
This was where Ronny lived.
He walked in and headed straight for a lady in her early-twenties, she was wearing a sexy mini black skirt, and a white shirt.
"Welcome, Mr Ronin" she greeted and handed a blue card to him.
Ronny collected the card and tucked it into his back pocket.
"You had a visitor.. Mr Henderson"
"Hmmm..thanks Daphne" Ronny replied and entered the lift, he had quite a night today, and he was already plump tired.
On his way to his room, he pondered on the matter he and Mr Henderson had being dragging for half a month.
Ronny approached the door with '205' boldly written at the top of the door. He placed his thumb on the knob, which immediately beeped and blinked green signaling approval. The door opened and he entered. He headed to the kitchen, retrieved a red wine and a glass cup. Poured the wine into the cup and gulped it in less than two seconds.
His room was well furnished. This was the kind of life he wanted; expensive clothing, drinks, money and a well furnished room.
He wanted to complete his dream by buying a house from Mr Henderson.
"$1,000,000" Ronny sighed.
"Bank Interface"
Immediately a green interface appeared in front of him.

"Ascendant System"
His System appeared at his right hand side.
"Send $50,000 to my bank account"
The interstellar voice echoed again.
[TRANSACTING....]

His bank interface pixelated and displayed another amount signaling the transfer of additional $50,000.

"Damn..The Ronin Blue Sword really made a mess with my bank account"
"Hmm..I hope he's going to be pleased with half a million dollars".
"Tchhhhh..I need to sleep".
The interfaces disappeared.
He turned of the lights and retired to his room.
