Across from him, Branch Chief Kajima stood with a polite bow, hands neatly folded.
"Alright, Branch Chief Kajima," Haruki said, giving one final glance to the project report displayed on the tablet.
"Everything looks good. Training metrics are excellent, employee feedback has improved, and the new SOP rollout was smooth."
Kajima nodded.
"Yes, Mister Nakagawa. We're glad you came. Your presence really motivated the team."
Haruki smiled faintly.
"I'll be heading back to Tokyo after this week. The objectives here are complete."
He handed over a document folder—an internal handover checklist.
