Andrew was accompanied by six more people and Joaquin was among them, behind him. Before Andrew left the gate, there were guards outside, consisting of Third Mortal Stage, so he asked them to accompany him, to guard him. He only met the six more people in Nestor's own house since they were also guarding the Crystal Comm.
They were all aspiring electrical engineers. Joaquin only managed to grab a spot to carry them after he followed Andrew and learned he would be able to enter in the meeting by then. Since the Emperor was not against Joaquin when Zoe asked him of his behavior before, he accepted his request.
There were boxes in each hand, as they carried it meticulously, entering. Andrew first stopped at Eric and both handed the box each to Cassey and Eric.
