At Tsunade's place, Sasame spent his time training… and being toyed with.

But at Uzumaki Ena's, it was pure play—and he was the one in charge.

"Karīn, focus on your studies, okay?"

Sasame ruffled her bright red hair. He realized he'd picked up Tsunade's habit of head-patting. Maybe it was just a Konoha thing—the Village Hidden in Head Rubs.

Karīn pouted, torn between disliking her books and loving the attention.

"…Fine," she finally relented.

"Good girl. I'll leave you to it and check on you later."

Sasame stepped out of the study, closing the door behind him, and headed to another room.

He'd recently commissioned a few custom outfits for Ena. Today was the debut, and he was very eager to see.

Pushing the door open, his eyes lit up.

Uzumaki Ena stood transformed.

Her usual long hair was now a short, soft pink. A black-and-white maid dress hugged her frame, paired with thigh-high white socks.

Spotting Sasame, she lifted her skirt slightly in a practiced curtsy, cheeks tinged pink.

"Master."

Her current role? Ram from Re:Zero.

Personality-wise, she was nowhere near as sharp-tongued, but Sasame wasn't complaining.

Having an obedient, real-life "figure" like this—what more could he ask for?

"Perfect," he praised with a nod.

Ena exhaled in relief. At least she hadn't disappointed him.

"Though… you look a bit too mature," Sasame mused.

At 23, Ena wasn't old, but Ram's anime version had a more youthful vibe.

Luckily, this was the ninja world. A quick henge-no-jutsu later, and Ena's appearance was spot-on.

And what was cosplay without photos?

Cameras did exist in the shinobi world, after all.

"Ready?"

At Sasame's cue, Ena hesitated—then flawlessly adopted Ram's signature icy glare.

"Hentai."

Classic Ram.

"Yes."

Sasame snapped the shot instantly. Thirty minutes and countless poses later, the session ended—with Ena's face burning crimson. Some of those positions had been… embarrassing.

"Tired? Come rest."

He patted the sofa. As Ena moved to sit beside him, he scooped her up instead.

The short skirt rode up, revealing smooth, tantalizing thighs. Sasame's hands began kneading gently.

Ena melted like slime against him, silently savoring his touch without protest.

Ten minutes later, she rose, changed, and returned in a new outfit—Ishtar from Fate/Grand Order.

Black twin tails. A gold-white-black layered dress. A single black stocking on her left leg, her right bare.

An ensemble designed for maximum attack speed.

Another round of posing, another photoshoot. By noon, they'd finished two sets.

Ena flopped onto Sasame, channeling Ishtar's laziness.

"Master, I'm exhausted. A massage, please?"

The Next Day

Konoha's Main Gate

Sasame's mind lingered on yesterday's… activities.

Ena had only modeled two outfits. The rest would wait until his return.

For the first time, he understood the joy of a certain Chen-surnamed photographer.

And fulfilled a past-life fantasy in the process.

"Teacher, are we waiting for someone else?"

Yakushi Kabuto eyed Tsunade, who showed no signs of departing.

"That old man insisted on assigning us 'escorts,'" Tsunade snorted.

Escorts was a polite term. These were reinforcements.

Hiruzen Sarutobi wanted Tsunade—a Sannin—to lead a show of force against Kumogakure, hastening the war's end. Bringing just three students would've been a waste.

Soon, a squad arrived.

At its head strode a tall young man with piercing Byakugan eyes.

"Apologies for the delay, Lady Tsunade."

"Didn't expect you, Hiashi."

Tsunade raised a brow. The Hyūga clan's main family rarely left the village.

But it made sense.

First, Hyūga Hiashi was a renowned shinobi—his presence alone would intimidate.

Second, the war's closing stages were low-risk, ideal for earning prestige and bolstering the Hyūga name.

Especially with the Uchiha clan fighting fiercely on the frontlines. The Hyūga couldn't afford to lag behind.

Tsunade's gaze shifted to two figures nearby. "Rinka, seeing Hiashi off?"

Sasame recognized them—Hyūga Rinka, Hiashi's wife, and their daughter, whom he'd met at the tea party.

"Yes, Lady Tsunade," Rinka replied promptly, nudging the girl forward. "This is my daughter, Hinata."

But Hinata wasn't paying attention.

Her eyes were locked on Sasame, glowing with barely contained excitement.

If not for the formal setting, she might've dashed over.

"Hinata?"

Rinka called twice before frowning. "Greet Lady Tsunade properly."

"L-Lady Tsunade," Hinata stammered, snapping back to reality.

"You know Sasame?" Tsunade eyed the girl's obvious infatuation.

So his name is Sasame…

Hinata's heart soared. Such a lovely name.

"He helped me when I got lost last time," Sasame cut in, sparing her nervous stammers.

"That was you?" Rinka blinked. "Hinata mentioned a kind boy but never learned his name."

"What a coincidence," Hiashi remarked. He'd punished Hyūga Tokuma for neglecting Hinata that day.

He'd also noticed Hinata's lingering attachment. Had the boy been an ordinary shinobi, Hiashi would've nipped it in the bud.

But Tsunade's student?

A friendly connection was acceptable. Both were aligned with the Hokage's faction, after all.

Romance wasn't even a consideration—they were far too young.

"Just a small favor. No need for thanks."

Sasame waved it off, then crouched to Hinata's height. "Still getting lost?"

"Eep!"

Hinata's face combusted. She swayed, dizzy.

Sasame discreetly stepped back—if she fainted now, it'd be a disaster.

"Forgive Hinata's shyness," Rinka sighed, scooping up her dazed daughter. "We've delayed you enough. Safe travels."

Hiashi nodded, eyeing Hinata with dissatisfaction. Compared to Neji, she was lacking.

How could she lead the main family? Command the branch house's respect?

He could only hope strict training would harden her resolve.

Tsunade studied Hinata too.

That wasn't just shyness. The girl was smitten.

Given time, she'd be utterly ensnared by Sasame.

As his foster mother (or self-proclaimed big sister), Tsunade should've been amused.

Yet… she felt an odd prick of irritation.

"Move out!"

Shaking it off, Tsunade barked orders like the Sannin she was. "We reach the front in two days!"

Sasame grinned. Damn, she's cool.

A phrase popped into his head:

You conquer the world. I'll conquer you.

Oh yes.

The Hokage's man—that title would be his.
