Through the forest, Auran followed behind the Night Hunter for a considerable distance, until they came to a place where the trees were wider than any others Auran had seen along the way.
"Ah! Are you alright?" Henry asked, as Auran bumped into him, swaying like a man caught in the wind.
"How do you see right now?" Auran asked as he looked at Henry to examine him.
Looking at Auran, Henry saw a man with reddened eyes, a swollen face, messy hair, and a slight, unsteady sway—like someone completely intoxicated.
"The Brain Deceleration Potion seems to be affecting you too well. I mean, you drank the whole thing on the way," Henry said.
"Is that how it is...? I'm just so messed up in my head now, I can't even tell whether I'm drunk or not. I have to settle down quickly and come up with a solution to these problems soon," Auran muttered, rubbing his temples.
"By the way, Auran—I meant to ask you something," said Henry.
