As the Anbu recorded these testimonies, their fury grew.

Danzo scoffed and walked past him.
Over at the Mizuto and Dormitory estates, Mizuto Menyan and Dormitory Komaru emerged from their homes with dark, stormy expressions, already heading toward the Hokage Tower.
Beneath the tower, a large crowd had gathered—victims of the Great Clans' corruption.
Sarutobi Hiruzen stepped outside, raised both hands, and addressed the people:
"Please calm down. Today, we've received numerous reports of clans fabricating records, impersonating others, and buying missions to obtain promotions. This has seriously undermined fairness in our ranks."
"We take this very seriously. All evidence will be made public, and we will conduct a thorough and honest investigation. Results will be released in real-time. Rest assured."
"No matter who is involved—we maintain a zero-tolerance policy."
The crowd erupted in cheers, and the Third Hokage basked in their admiration.
Yet a deep frown remained on his face.
The confrontation with the three clans had now become public and irreversible.
There was no helping it. The damning evidence was in Takayama Haru's hands.
And behind Haru stood an even more powerful force.
In the ninja world, strength still reigns supreme.

Komaru trembled slightly.
"You dare, Haru?! What right do you have to interrogate us?!"
Mizuto Menyan was first to attack.
Danzo frowned and watched the situation escalate.

Minato coldly raised a token. "Are you three refusing a direct order?"
Minato had once believed his gifted friends simply fell behind. But now he knew—they had been sabotaged.
After thorough investigation, he realized over half his talented peers had been victims.
This revelation enraged him.
While he once felt envy toward Takayama Haru, now he admired him.
If not for Haru, the truth would have remained buried.
Dormitory Komaru gritted his teeth. "I'm a clan head! You have no right to summon me! Lord Naruto—"
Before he could finish, Haru appeared above him and stomped him to the ground.

"Let go of me, you brat!"
Minato widened his eyes, but inwardly admired Haru's fearlessness.
He had the courage to arrest even a clan leader.
Haru spoke coldly, "You see this order? If you dare defy the Hokage, don't blame me for being rude."
"You're bold, Haru!"

Just then, villagers began noticing the commotion.
"Is the Anbu really arresting Danzo and Menyan?"

As Sarutobi stood proudly at the Hokage Tower, he was shocked to find the crowd suddenly chanting Haru's praises.
He had only been in office two days—and already won their hearts?
Sarutobi blinked as he watched the ninjas shift from the Hokage Tower to where Haru stood.
"Is that…?"
His eyes widened.
Takayama Haru and Namikaze Minato had arrested Danzo and Menyan?
Komaru was beneath Haru's foot?
Sarutobi rushed forward, just in time to hear the crowd hurling curses at the disgraced elders.
Haru casually handed the dirtied Komaru to Minato. "I asked nicely. Since you wouldn't come, we'll hold the trial right here—publicly."
Danzo roared, "Outrageous! Who gave you that authority?!"
Haru stared coldly at him. "When a clan head commits a crime, he's punished the same as a commoner."
The crowd erupted:
"When a clan head commits a crime, he's punished the same as a commoner!"
Over and over they chanted.
Danzo paled, a terrible foreboding rising in his heart.
Mizuto Menyan's face darkened as blue, demonic chakra surged from his body—he was turning into a half-Tailed Beast.
"You worms think you can judge me?!"
Just then—a quiet sigh.
Sarutobi had to act.
His adamant staff crashed onto Menyan's beastly head.
BOOM!
Menyan screamed and staggered. Before he could roar again, Sarutobi's staff split into dozens of rods, forming a cage to trap him.
"Calm down, Menyan. Take him back."
