Chapter 31 - Smita And Kiara

After a few moments, Kiara and Aryan went to a famous mall in Silchar, where they selected and bought a gift for Tamanna. Then Kiara said:

Kiara: Aryan, you helped me pick a good gift for Tamanna, now it's your turn to help me.

Aryan: What do you want?

Kiara: Come with me. I want to buy some clothes for myself.

Aryan: But I have no idea about women's fashion, and that's why I asked you for help.

Kiara: I know. You just have to carry my bags.

Aryan: What???

Kiara: Yes. Don't make such a weird face. Remember, we're friends. Even though we tend to ignore each other for various reasons, this time I need your help.

Aryan: Alright.

After that, Kiara started shopping for clothes one after another. Aryan carried her clothes and sometimes even helped Kiara choose them.

After buying so many clothes, they went to a restaurant in the mall where they ordered two cups of coffee and some snacks. They were having their meal when both of them suddenly felt like someone was watching them. Then, in a few moments, Kiara left with some shopping bags.

A little later, Aryan saw a beautiful girl in a jumpsuit walking toward him. The girl came up to Aryan, and he said:

Aryan: Smita, how are you here?

Smita: I came here for shopping with Rimpi di.

Aryan: So where is Rimpi di?

Smita: She went on a long drive with her boyfriend.

Aryan: Okay. You can sit here.

Smita: Okay.

Then Smita sat down and said:

Smita: Aryan, who was that girl?

Aryan: She's my friend.

Smita: Aryan, tell me honestly, is she your girlfriend?

Aryan: What??? No. I already told you I'm not interested in this silly stuff.

Smita: Actually, after you returned from Haridwar, you've become very quiet and don't talk casually with friends anymore. But now when I approach you, you try to dodge the conversation.

Then Aryan smiled and said:

Aryan: Yes. I was a bit surprised to see you. But I'm not lying, she's just my friend.

Smita: Then why did she leave like that?

Aryan: She actually can't appear in front of others.

Smita: Why??

Aryan: There are some security reasons why we can't be seen together publicly.

Smita: Security reasons? Is someone trying to harm you? Is it that guy Manav?

Aryan: I can't explain the whole situation to you now. But Manav isn't a boy.

Smita: Okay.

Aryan: Smita, may I order a coffee for you?

Smita: No. Actually, I need to do some grocery shopping for home. So I have to leave.

Aryan: Alright. Then I'll come with you, in case I find something I like.

Smita: I think you already have some bags to carry.

Then Aryan looked at the bags and smiled.

Aryan: Don't worry about them. You go ahead and start shopping, I'll join you in a few minutes.

Then Aryan paid the bill, took all the bags in his hands, and left the restaurant. Smita also exited and headed toward the grocery section of the mall.

After that, Aryan handed over the bags to Keshav and re-entered the mall, walking toward the grocery department, where he saw Smita shopping according to a list her mother had given her. Then Aryan joined her, and they did a lot of grocery shopping together.

Afterward, they were about to leave the mall. On the way, there was a fashion showroom.

Suddenly, Smita's eyes landed on a saree displayed in the showroom. The saree had a pristine white color symbolizing elegance and prestige, with a rose design on the pallu. Due to all these features, the saree looked extremely beautiful.

Following Smita's gaze, Aryan asked her:

Aryan: Smita, do you like that saree?

Smita (with excitement): Yes. It's very beautiful.

Aryan: Then buy it.

Smita: What are you saying?

Smita: I can't afford it.

Seeing the desire in Smita's eyes to buy the saree, Aryan said:

Aryan: Alright. Come with me. I'll buy it for you.

Smita: No.

Aryan: What, you don't want the saree?

Smita: I do. But that doesn't mean you should buy it for me. I'm saving up to buy this saree. In two months, I'll have saved enough money for it.

Aryan: What if it's sold before that?

Smita: Then it would be my misfortune.

Aryan: Okay. Listen, Smita. I'll buy this saree for you. When you have the money, you can pay me back.

Smita: Okay.

Then Aryan and Smita entered the fashion showroom, and Aryan bought the saree for her. Smita then said:

Smita: Thank you, Aryan.

Aryan: Don't thank me. Instead, help me pick a blazer.

Then Smita helped Aryan too, and they bought a three-piece white suit with golden buttons that gave a royal look. After that, Aryan also bought two branded T-shirts.

Will Smita find out the truth about Kiara?

How will Aryan's friends react when they find out that the most beautiful girl in college came to meet Aryan?
