Those who were paying attention to Shockwave's explanation were then distracted by Starscream who was acting strangely.
Megatron knew who it was, he could only rub his forehead while holding back his annoyance.
"Huhh... you better catch up! Starscream and Justice... please come out and listen to the information on the radio!"

Boltquick then lifted one of the guards to take him to the medical room.
