Chapter 21 - Chapter 21: Isn't that fair?

Completing a basic ninjutsu will push the progress to a little over 33%.

It has now reached 45%.

This is because after Seiji learned the clone technique, he put his focus back on "Lightning Release: Iron Block".

Seiji learned this ninjutsu very smoothly.

All he can say is that the Yotsuki clan is naturally suited to lightning release and physical techniques.

"It should be a little bit short."

Seiji exhaled.

The talent of strong physique has not been triggered yet, but he estimated that he will be able to meet the requirements after practicing for a while.

He is now completely different from who he was more than two months ago.

He is no longer skinny and looks malnourished.

"Hey, Seiji, aren't you leaving yet?"

Kakashi's voice came from outside the door.

"Here I come."

Seiji packed up his things and walked out carrying the cloth bag.

The place where he lived was on the edge of the Uchiha settlement, so it was convenient to visit without having to go deep into the Uchiha settlement.

Kakashi often came to see him for some unknown reason.

The two came to the Ninja School together.

Seiji learned something from Kakashi.

That is, Kakashi's father went on a secret mission and seemed to be finally coming back.

Seiji knew that this time he would be carrying out a secret mission as the captain to infiltrate the enemy camp.

Since the time is now in the sensitive period before the war, and this mission is expected to have a great impact on the Land of Fire.

Then Hatake Sakumo will have to choose between the mission or companionship.

The result was his choice of companions.

"It's here."

Seiji thought secretly.

Within these few days, news of the mission failure will be announced.

What followed was one-sided public opinion, and even the companions he had rescued blamed him.

Seiji glanced at Kakashi.

Then, Kakashi will graduate this year and be promoted to Chunin in a very short time.

"Kakashi, Seiji-kun."

As soon as they came in, Nohara Rin greeted me warmly.

Her eyes were basically focused on Kakashi.

Seiji nodded.

Whenever Kakashi is around, Rin's after-class explanations will be more detailed.

If it was just Seiji alone, Rin would only be able to teach him for a few days at most.

Later, Kakashi kept coming, and Nohara Rin never said she would stop guiding him.

Of course, Obito would come in every time for various reasons.

"Okay, class is about to start."

After chatting for a while, the Chunin teacher in charge of teaching history patted the desk.

A figure came running over in a hurry.

"I just helped an old grandma to cross the road."

Obito tried to sneak in but was caught by the teacher.

"An old lady who can't even cross the road, right? Go stand at the back."

The teacher didn't want to hear any nonsense from Obito.

This boy is often late.

On the first day of registration, a student needs to get the information to complete the registration, but Obito was late.

"Ughh…Not again?"

Obito scratched the back of his head.

Seiji looked at Obito from below.

Before he turned evil, Obito really liked to help old ladies.

He turned his head and spoke to Nohara Rin, asking for some tips on throwing shuriken.

Obito glanced down and could see the cocky Kakashi with a speechless look on his face.

And there was Seiji who was whispering with Rin in the back.

"Quickly, to the back."

The teacher urged.

Obito then withdrew his gaze and walked back obediently.

"Obito, the next class will be another class, so you won't be punished to stand for long."

Obito deliberately took the path next to Nohara Rin.

Hearing Nohara Rin's comforting words, Obito's depression was swept away.

"Sure enough, Rin is the best to me!"

Obito walked forward while thinking, and even fantasized about the future where he would become Hokage, reach the peak of his life, then marry Rin and have a football team of babies.

After school, in the uchiha settlement.

Not long after Seiji returned home, someone came to find him and took him to an ancient building.

Uchiha Ku led Seiji here.

" a D-rank lightning scroll."

Uchiha Ku spoke.

She was wearing a dark purple Uchiha robe with a flaming fan family crest on the cuffs and a teardrop mole under her eyelid.

Seiji stood behind Uchiha Yeyue.

Uchiha Ku was the person Fugaku sent to bring Seiji the scroll.

She is also the mother of the future Uchiha Izumi, but she died before the rise of the filial son Itachi.

Seiji waited for her for a month before she showed up, and he knew very well that she didn't take it seriously at all.

Naturally, it will be resolved only when it can't be delayed any longer.

He's afraid that without Fugaku's order, Seiji probably wouldn't be able to get the scroll.

For any other Uchiha, it would take two or three days at most.

It's normal to be excluded and discriminated against in Uchiha.

After all, the Uchiha are a proud clan.

If Seiji was a half-blood from Konoha, it probably wouldn't be a big deal.

But he happened to be from the Land of Lightning.

Perhaps the Uchiha ancestors lived in the Land of Lightning, but that period of time was too long ago.

It was so long ago that no Uchiha felt that he had any connection with the Land of Lightning.

In "Sasuke Shinden: Book of Sunrise", Sasuke learned about the past of the Uchiha and the Land of Lightning from the people of the Chinoike Clan.

"A new member?"

Uchiha Shun poked his head out. He looked to be in his early forties, and the crisscross scars on his cheeks made his smile look hideous.

"Yes, he is Uchiha Seiji,"

Shun grinned, with scars piled up on top of each other, and said:

"Half-bloods from the Uchiha clan are rare, and those from the Land of Lightning are even rarer."

Ku didn't respond, but just gestured for Shun to get the scroll.

Seiji stood there, observing the furnishings of the house.

"Hey, first time."

Uchiha Shun forced an ugly smile on his face.

There are precedents of mixed-bloods in the Uchiha clan, but this is the first time that one has been sent from such a faraway place, the Land of Lightning.

He turned and walked to the iron gate at the back, took out a key and unlocked it.

The light from outside shone into the dark room, adding a glimmer of brightness.

But deeper down, the sunlight couldn't penetrate and it looked dim.

There is some white dust floating in the air.

Uchiha Shun lit a few oil lamps, and the room that seemed a little dim just now was filled with orange light.

There are many old bookshelves here, filled with various scrolls.

"The lightning escape is over here."

Uchiha Shun walked into a place with the word "Lightning" written on it, picked up a D-level lightning ninjutsu and held it in his hand.

"I can't choose myself?"

Seiji raised his eyebrows.

He wanted to choose a ninjutsu that suited him.

Uchiha Shun looked at Uchiha Ku, and the scroll in his hand stopped in mid-air.

Uchiha Ku's pretty face shook her head slightly:

"Fugaku didn't say anything about this, so I can't make the decision on my own."

"Did you hear that?"

Uchiha Shun smiled again, and the scars from his smile stacked together again.

"Okay, thank you."

In the end, Seiji said nothing and took the scroll.

After getting the scroll, the two came out of the room.

Uchiha Shun locked the iron door and sat back on the stool under the eaves in front.

"Fugaku is the clan leader, and we need to follow his orders."

After walking for a distance, Uchiha Ku suddenly spoke.

"I know, this is for my own good. After all, I don't know which ninjutsu is suitable for me."

Seiji nodded and 'smiled'.

It's okay to have bad intentions towards him, then he can just charge some interest later with a clear mind.

That's fair, isn't it?

Ku was stunned, looking at Seiji's honest smile, obviously not expecting him to be so sensible.

A gentle smile slightly relaxed her brows: "You are a good child to think this way."
