A system is built to be a guide to every person who transmigrated or regressed. But everything has a condition. In order to switch souls, one has to match each person's wish.
The system is bound by the moon's will so if the soul it will guide will also be bound by it's will. The system only follows what the moon will order them to do.
The system has every information they need and the moon has set rules for each system. The system operates like the devices in the modern world. The only difference is that it can control what can happen in the outside world.
"Then if you are bound by the moon and so, do I right? But why did you name yourself Moon?" Sai was still curious about a lot of things about the system.
"System: Well, that's… Because I am the moon. I created this system. But because of an error I have made myself a system. That is why I have a free will to do a lot of things. Because I can still change the rules… My will…"

"System: I cannot tell you that yet…"
"Why? You said you will tell me everything." Sai was a bit furious.
"System: When the time has come, I will tell you, my will."
"When the time comes… Fine I won't dig further to this will of yours. But tell me… what was the reason… I mean how did the original owner of this body match my wish?" Sai asked the system even though he may know what the reason was.
"System: Both of you wished to save your sister. Isn't it obvious? Both of you have this weird sister complex."
"Sister complex?! As if I am! I just care for my sister that is all!" Sai suddenly became defensive. "But you said before you can switch people's souls?"
"System: Oh… My bad about that and about switching souls the answer is yes since I am the creator, it is obvious that I can manipulate it. But aren't you shocked that I am the creator of this system and the reason why you are suffering like this over and over again?"
"I was shocked… and I am angry right now… I just cannot understand why you are doing all of this… are you enjoying everything? Having fun seeing humans suffer?" Sai doesn't show anger on his face but instead it shows sadness.
"System: I admit that at first, I thought it would be entertaining… But I was wrong… None of it was entertaining… So now I am trying to fix everything…"
"By using me?" Sai said annoyed
"System: Yes… I'm sorry"
"You're a really selfish Moon… Making me suffer… Making me keep seeing my sister die!" Sai stops and calms himself. Anger could lead to nothing since the creator is his system. "I just… sigh do not talk to me for a while… Unless there is a mission or I call on you, do not show yourself to me…" Sai was upset and felt betrayed by the system… The creator…
