Chapter 6 - The Comrades In Arm

While everyone waited, our protagonist had already begun his training.

What was he doing, you ask? Chakra sensing.

As a pure-blooded Uzumaki, Haruto possessed the unique trait: "Chakra Sensitivity."

He could sense the tiniest flickers of chakra in the environment and even see through transformation jutsus.

He glanced at his brother Naruto, who was laughing goofily as he threw an arm around Shikamaru.

Haruto shook his head and resumed meditating.

Time passed. Some students came and left. Eventually, the senseis of Team 8 and Team 10 arrived—Kurenai Yuhi and Asuma Sarutobi.

Haruto opened his eyes and looked at Asuma,He got a little too close, earning a push from her kurenai and a irritated glare

"Team 8, come with me," she said sharply. Wanting to leave Asuma quick

Asuma grinned. "Leaving me this quickly?"

She didn't even glance back. "Team 10, assemble."

'Classic!' Haruto thought, remembering a movie line, as the next generation of Ino-Shika-Cho left.

Now only Team 7 remained.

Sasuke sat with his arms resting on the table, supporting his head. Naruto was slumped, clearly bored. Haruto, on the other hand, was growing frustrated.

"What the hell!" Haruto slammed the desk, making Naruto and Sasuke shift.

"Where is he?!"

Naruto chuckled nervously. "Brother… hehe… calm down, calm down."

Suddenly, footsteps echoed. Haruto tensed and mentally swore, 'You better hope I go easy on you…bakashi'

He knew his strength. As a perfect Jinchūriki with over 20 Jutsus—10 of them forbidden—and nearly infinite chakra, he was a monster in hiding.

The door creaked open. A chill ran down kakashi's spine.

A red-haired man stared at him with veiled irritatio

n.

"Team 7. Rooftop. Now." He vanished in a flicker.

Haruto blinked. 'Everyone else was guided to their meeting spots… but us?'

He sighed.

"Big brother!" Naruto beamed.

"Sigh… I'm not your big brother, Naruto. You're mine," Haruto replied dryly.

"Doesn't matter! Let's go!"

Naruto motioned to teleport, but Haruto hesitated. If I use a jutsu, Hiruzen might catch wind… but then again, he already knows.

"Sasuke, come here. I'll teleport us."

Sasuke raised an eyebrow. "No thanks. I'll walk."

Naruto frowned. "Come on, man! My brother's helping you out. Got beef or something?"

The door closed behind Sasuke.

"Anyway… Body Flicker!" Haruto grabbed Naruto and zipped to the rooftop—just a few steps away to avoid suspicion.

To further fool Kakashi, Haruto manipulated his chakra signature—dropping it low, then flaring it high—creating an illusion of inconsistency.

'He'll think his senses are dull.' Haruto smirked.

Kakashi, who was reading his book, raised an eyebrow. "He can use Body Flicker?"

Then he smiled… that dreaded eye smile.

'Why does that send chills down my spine?' Haruto thought.

They waited in silence until Sasuke arrived, giving them a curious glance.

'They weren't joking… I need to grow stronger.'

Kakashi closed his book. "Let's introduce ourselves. Start with your names."

Haruto immediately cut in with a smirk, "Isn't it rude to ask without introducing yourself first?"

Kakashi raised an eyebrow. "Fair point."

"I'm Kakashi Hatake. My dreams are fulfilled. My hobby is reading. I don't particularly like or dislike anyone."

Naruto stared. "That's it? We only got your name!"

"Seems like it," Haruto added.

Naruto grinned. "My name's Naruto Uzumaki! My dream is to become Hokage! I dislike Sasuke and love my brother Haruto! Oh—and I love ramen!"

Sasuke raised an eyebrow while Kakashi frowned slightly. 'Teamwork issues…'

"I'm Haruto Uzumaki. My dream is to protect those dear to me. I don't dislike anything, and I like to keep Naruto happy."

Sasuke followed. "I'm Sasuke Uchiha. I will avenge my clan… I dislike many things. I like nothing."

Kakashi's mind lingered on a name. 'Itachi Uchiha…'

"Well then," Kakashi stood up. "Tomorrow, 7 AM. Don't be late—and don't eat breakfast, or you'll vomit. Training ground 7."

With that, he vanished. Sasuke left soon after.

---

That night…

Naruto and Haruto trained, doing push-ups and exhausting themselves.

Haruto thought, 'Without me, Naruto would've just waited around like in the anime… I'll give him more than just Shadow Clones and Rasengan. He needs jutsu variety…'

Later, Haruto prepared some dishes. They ate dinner and went to bed, content.

---

Morning…

Naruto looked unsure. "But Kakashi-sensei said no breakfast..."

"Do you trust me?"

"Yeah…"

"Then drink it." Haruto passed him some milk. Naruto drank it, and Haruto did the same.

"Oh—It's already past 7."

Haruto slowed down on purpose, smirking. After finishing, they both Body Flickered to the training ground.

Sasuke leaned against a boulder, eyes closed. When he felt a gust of wind, he opened them.

"Hey, Sasuke," Haruto greeted. Sasuke simply nodded.

Just then, Kakashi appeared.

"Sorry I'm late. I got lost… in the path of light."

"Bullsh—!" Haruto was muffled by Naruto.

"Yes, yes, we understand!" Naruto quickly covered for him.

Sasuke watched the exchange with growing confusion.

"These are two bells," Kakashi explained. "Whoever doesn't get one… goes back to the Academy."

Naruto immediately went on guard. Sasuke was already thinking of a strategy. Haruto, though, had other plans.

"Give us a moment," he said, dragging both teammates away. By the collar

Sasuke struggled. "Are you insane, Haruto?!"

"Sorry, hehe…"

Haruto's expression grew serious. "Here's the plan. I'll fight head-on. Naruto, use Shadow Clones to distract. Sasuke, you'll snatch the bells. You two have higher goals. I'll take the loss if needed."

Naruto protested. "No! If you're out, I'm out!"

Haruto nodded. "Exactly. This test is about teamwork."

Sasuke explained further. Naruto eventually got it.

"Oh! Got it!"

---

"We're ready, Kakashi-sensei."

"Begin."

Naruto and Sasuke vanished into the trees. Haruto stood facing Kakashi.

'With my sealed Rinnegan, my normal eye is as strong as a three-tomoe Sharingan…'

"Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Twenty Harutos appeared. Sasuke, hidden in the trees, watched in awe.

Haruto pulled out a kunai and charged forward.

Kakashi easily fended him off. 'He's good… but raw.'

Their blades clashed. Kakashi's cheek got grazed.

"Impressive," Kakashi said.

"You haven't seen anything yet."

Now dual-wielding, Haruto attacked harder. Kakashi handled it effortlessly.

But then…

RrrrrRRR! A humming sound.

Kakashi's eyes widened. 'That's… Rasengan?!'

But the strike hit a log—Substitution Jutsu.

Haruto smirked. "Scared, Kakashi-sensei?"

Suddenly, Kakashi struck—but it was a clone!

Poof!

Then Rasengans started raining from above. Kakashi destroyed clone after clone with 'serious' effort.

Meanwhile, Haruto was preparing more clones—and more Rasengans.

"Execute!" he shouted.

Dozens of Naruto clones dove from the sky.

"Raining Starfalls!!"

As they descended, Haruto's clones cast:

"Temporary Paralysis Jutsu!"

Kakashi froze in place.

"Sealing Jutsu: Chakra Lock!"

The final Naruto clones hit their mark—poof!—all fakes.

In the chaos, Sasuke snatched the bells.

Kakashi broke free, breathing heavily. "Gave up?"

Sasuke held up the bells. "We got them."

Kakashi blinked… and smiled.

"Well done. Now, who's going back to the Academy?"

Haruto raised his hand. "Me."

Naruto interrupted. "No! I'll go!"

Then Sasuke stepped forward…
