Guns galore ch21
As July realized he was actually dead"4 CONTESTANTS REMAIN". He knew he had to act fast in order to get back to the others or else something would happen though he had to find his sniper first. As he ravaged all over the ground trying to dodge literal body parts of dead people ignoring the severed limbs with ligaments still showing and bones clearly sawed off. These were the sorts of things he just wanted to ignore entirely for his mind to block out. Genuinely July while he never complained or showed it to the other two but he was almost at his breaking point.
He didn't know how much he could take how much he could actually keep going for or if it was worth it at all. Though trying to ignore his thoughts for now he eventually reached a place in the floor where there was a hatch. Only to try and force the hatch open and watch the blood and body parts all around him being sucked inside the hatch. Almost like the hatch was like a plug to a bathtub and the blood was the water. His soul had a chance to breathe it felt like a sweet release of dopamine his mind needed. He frantically looked all around not sure just how much longer the other two would be safe.
It was at that moment that he noticed it in the corner covered completely in the eyes of chows victims. Ironic wasn't it? The fact that the sniper rifle had severed eyes looking live they were carved straight out of a skull with a spoon in the corner around and all over the sniper. A snipers eye sight is afterall one of the most important things. an especially strange thing for a man like July since he wearied glasses. He knew he needed to leave this place sooner rather than later. Pushing aside the eye balls and hearing the sounds they made as they scattered all over the ground. It was just enough to make him puke right then and there but he didn't. He kept trying cause he knew he needed too for the others.
He grabbed the sniper rifle with blood all over it he noticed all the bullets were still inside of it though. He kept going walking out the doors of the barn a place that should be safety for animals became a play pen for the most dangerous animal. Taking one last glance back as he walked out the door pushing the hair out his face and walked away. He kept running to where he last remembered he was at the bar area in the middle of the city. He knew the most important concept and value at this time was indeed time. Time the most important thing to everyone practically the reason we're all alive but also the reason we all die.
Running as fast as he could he could not run fast enough at all. He heard the announcement"3 CONTESTANTS REMAIN" he knew one of the two of them being dead was a 66 percent chance it was more likely then not. He knew it might be over the trios laughs and care about eachother. It was only at this moment that he truly noticed the rain. As it only poured harder making him feel like it was a sign. A sign of tears around the area perhaps around the world for a fallen soul. Though ignoring these kind of thoughts he kept running finally reaching to where he saw it he saw something he did not want to see at all. The corpse of his friend.
