Reaching the Observer Stage would allow the Quantum Seeker to awaken Quantum Sight, which grants the ability to perceive quantum changes in real time, including the ability to see microorganisms with the naked eye at the early stages.
The Quantum Sight was the foundational ability needed to facilitate the power to see multiple potential outcomes or possibilities an action would yield. It was equivalent to gaining the ability to perceive the effect after the cause.

Drawing upon his past experience, Elias was confident that he could maximize the use of the Quantum Sight, even in the initial stage in this world. As long as it wasn't too far into the future, he could perceive everything as if it were a simulation to avoid unnecessary conflict.
To ensure his safety, he needed the Quantum Sight, not only to escape his current situation, but also to navigate the outside world.
With that in mind, Elias planned on using the Mystic Crystals to exchange for this ability. Naturally, it would be limited by his current strength, but he didn't mind. He believed it should be enough to survive his current predicament.
With a thought command, the Omega Thaumaturge Sigil on his forehead glowed as the Mystic Crystal in his hands crumbled into sparkling particles, absorbed into the Mental Landscape. Simultaneously, Elias's consciousness manifested in the Mental Landscape, mobilizing his authority to reawaken his Quantum Sight in his projected body before manifesting it in the real world, his eyes glowing with fiery, starry gold color a moment later.
Elias had successfully recreated the Quantum Sight from experience in the Mental Landscape. The shimmering golden stars in his eyes rotated like binary calculations in motion, giving his eyes a bionic appearance.
Elias returned his consciousness to the real world, but he didn't witness any changes in his perception. He was surprised that a single Mystic Crystal, worth 1000 Mystic Stones, wasn't enough to manifest the Quantum Sight, which made him anxious.
Elias had assumed that awakening the Quantum Sight would cost him less, sparing more Mystic Crystals to use later. He had intended to use the remaining Mystic Crystals to upgrade the Quantum Sight.
This assumption proved incorrect. The world overseer of Mystral had gone all out to restrain his growth, preventing him from awakening even the initial stage of perceiving microorganisms without spending an exorbitant price.
Despite the setback, Elias didn't lose hope and continued to absorb the crystals until the 999th one, when his anxiety returned. If, after absorbing all these crystals, he still failed to manifest the Quantum Sight, he would have wasted precious material that could have been exchanged for something to strengthen his body outside.
Saving the Mystic Crystals and betting on the female warrior's survival seemed more sensible than wasting them. This approach was more practical, but Elias still wanted to gamble.
From his observations, Elias believed the ritual diagram and the entire hidden chamber were Drakas's trump card. Simply removing the Mystic Crystals should be enough to render the ritual useless, sabotaging his plans.

Elias let out a helpless sigh, about to continue absorbing the remaining crystals, when a throbbing pain struck his temples, turning his eyes bloodshot.
Elias endured the pain that threatened to consume his consciousness by biting his lower lip to stay awake. Blood trickled down his cheeks like crimson tears as he gritted his teeth. His pupils dilated and then retracted, turning completely white with no visible light escaping or entering.
—He had become blind.
Moments later, Elias's pupils returned, completely transformed from their initial azure blue sky color to a glowing golden starry sky color. They radiated a brilliant light that formed a film covering his eyes. The Omega Thaumaturge Sigil on his forehead also glowed with the same golden hue, indicating it was supplying the necessary energy to activate his Quantum Sight.
Every golden luminous star in Elias's eyes functioned like a fragmented mirror. The surrounding lights restructured themselves, reflecting images with extraordinary detail in his eyes. His entire perception had drastically changed. He could now perceive things to their microscopic level. Even the shimmering particles in the atmosphere could not escape his awareness.
After briefly enjoying the experience, Elias deactivated the state, returning to his original azure blue sky eye color. The throbbing in his temples and the crimson tears still lingered. Despite the pain of regaining his Quantum Sight, Elias was too overjoyed to care.
—He had succeeded!
From now on, his life and death would be determined by him alone.

The next moment, Elias calmed himself, realizing he was merely experiencing an illusion of grandeur after regaining part of his lost power. Even though he had regained the Quantum Sight, he couldn't use it freely, as he had yet to form a proper connection to the Mystical Shroud Dimension, the extra-dimensional plane from which the Thaumaturge Sigil seemed to draw its power.
His Omega Thaumaturge Sigil was neither offensive nor supportive in nature. He could play God in his Mental Landscape by regaining his Quantum Seeker powers. To regain such powers in Mystral, he needed an exorbitant amount of Mystic Crystals, which were difficult to acquire through regular channels.
The Omega Thaumaturge Sigil also seemed to lack sufficient generation of Mystical Energy, the omnipresent energy of Mystral, to support and nourish his body. It appeared that all the energy it drew from the Mystical Shroud Dimension, though immense, could only maintain the Mental Landscape and nothing else.
In short, since almost all the energy from his Omega Thaumaturge Sigil was used to maintain his Mental Landscape, it couldn't support his body's training like most Thaumaturge Sigils could, much less maintain the prolonged activation of his newly awakened Quantum Sight.
The only option left was to use the Fire Thaumaturge Sigil, which the original Elias had possessed in the past. However, that sigil had already been destroyed after the original Elias lost a match during the Blood Oath Ritual.
Elias wondered if there was a way to reawaken or repair it. If possible, he would be able to use the Fire Thaumaturge Sigil as a conduit to gain proper access to the Mystical Shroud Dimension's boundless energy pool.
Before withdrawing from his contemplation, Elias had a sudden insight about something he had overlooked. He discovered a way to employ the full power of his Quantum Sight and bypass the rules imposed on him by the world.

Elias scoffed silently as he began to devise his plan. First, he needed to confirm something in the Mental Landscape before attempting this method.
Elias set this concern aside for later, focusing instead on the pressing matters at hand.
After concluding his thoughts, Elias picked up a bracelet that turned out to be a storage artifact. Using his mental energy to unlock it, he stored Drakas's treasures before departing the hidden chamber. When he reached the surface, he was surprised by the sudden turn of events.
