Weiwei immediately regretted saying Ace was smarter than Wang Luffy. Using the Overlord Color inside the enemy's lair? Are you stupid? Her face darkened, anger bubbling inside. She only wanted to say a few words to the duck—why was it so difficult?
She pocketed the unconscious phone bug, gripped the second-generation ghost, and took flight.
Mid-air, she sensed a sudden burst of tyrannical aura ahead—Ace's overlord color flared violently, and a new, equally powerful presence emerged from the same direction.
The two domineering forces clashed in midair, mirroring the earlier collision between her and Ace's overlord colors.
What's going on? Weiwei was puzzled. Besides Kaido, was there really another person on Ghost Island wielding the overlord color? Were there that many with this kind of overwhelming presence?
The overlord colors of the two enveloped the entire island. Pirates, captured Wano villagers, even Weiwei herself—all were caught within the domineering aura.
But she wouldn't show weakness. We have overlord color too!
Her eyes flashed red as her mental strength surged with intense will and murderous aura. She slammed her domineering presence across the island, pushing out a third of the space as her overlord color joined the fray.
The three powers wrestled and fought fiercely. Though she and Ace were comrades, there was no leniency. Overlord color recognizes no friends within its domain.
Backing down meant shattering her own confidence and beliefs. Weiwei had to fight.
With fierce presence, she landed thirty meters left of Ace and glanced diagonally to see a woman standing there—a woman in a white kimono patterned with blue diamonds on her chest, a large sash around her waist, bare feet, and wooden sandals.
Two horns rose from her head, and her face was hidden behind a grotesque Prajna mask. Her hair flowed from white at the roots through green, fading finally to blue—Weiwei couldn't tell what color it truly was.
The most striking feature was the weapon in her hand: a fierce-looking mace. Unlike a traditional spiked mace, the "thorns" on this one were rounded and smoothed, as if deliberately filed down.
Who is she? Weiwei frowned. She wasn't someone who should wield overlord color, yet she didn't recognize her.
Since she didn't know, Weiwei asked, "Hey, woman, who are you?"
The woman's clear voice rang out, full of heroic spirit: "I am Kozuki Oden!"
Weiwei almost choked on her own words, What nonsense! Kozuki Oden died fifteen years ago—every child in Wano knows that. What kind of Oden are you?
The woman paused briefly: "Kozuki Oden is the samurai most revered by me. It's difficult to explain, but if you're asking about blood relations, then admit this—I am Kaido's son, Yamato!"
Weiwei stared at the blue diamond pattern on the woman's chest—almost three-dimensional. Does it have a G? She thought with amusement. And you say you're Kaido's son? Whose son looks like that?
The woman's claim sounded absurd, but there was no hint of deception in her voice or manner. Apparently, Yamato truly believed it.
The clash of overlord colors was nothing new for the Four Emperors—it was fierce, willful, and unrelenting. But the three of them—Yamato, Ace, and Weiwei—were heavily taxed by the battle. Yamato scored one point, Ace took one, Weiwei took one, then they each withdrew their overlord colors. Such a battle drained both strength and aura; if no victor emerged quickly, the fight was meaningless.
Yamato, wearing the Prajna mask and clutching her mace, seemed to turn and leave. But she suddenly stopped, sniffed the air, and turned back, speaking frankly to Weiwei: "I don't know why, but you smell terrible. It's an instinctive hostility. Who are you?"
"Hmph! What could you smell from so far away? Got a dog's nose?" Weiwei said, unimpressed. She smelled only a faint rose fragrance herself and thought the comment was an insult, so she retorted sharply.
That "dog nose" remark clearly annoyed Yamato.
Her fighting spirit reignited, she raised her mace. Weiwei noticed handcuffs on Yamato's wrists, but they were snapped in the middle.
Yamato said, "Though I have conflicts with Kaido, you came to Ghost Island tonight and killed many of his subordinates. I can't stand by and watch. I want to take you down!"
"Lie down for me! Ming Dy!"
Her mace was wrapped in a powerful domineering aura. After a brief charge, she swung it out!
The air compressed under the force, reminiscent of a swordsman's long-range strike—a "stick air" attack with the mace.
The attack's range was vast, targeting both Ace and Weiwei.
Ace's fists ignited with flames, but Vivi stopped him. "According to our agreement, Kaido is yours, but his subordinates belong to me. I don't like this woman. Step back and let me handle her!"
Weiwei wasn't keen on fighting, but Yamato made her uncomfortable in a way she couldn't explain. Trusting her instincts, she drew the second-generation ghost and pointed the blade diagonally downward. After charging briefly, she cloaked the sword with a domineering aura and slashed diagonally from bottom to top.
"Chopping!"
"Ming Dy" and "Chopping" collided, both strikes carrying immense force and tinged with a flirtatious red glow.
Yamato's "Ming Dy" was an extreme, condensed blow. The mace's material and technique added a faint blue electric light surrounding the attack, boosting its power.
"Boom!"
The impact roared loudly as "Ming Dy" hit "Chopping." Both wielders were evenly matched. Surrounding walls and buildings crumbled from the shockwaves, yet both fighters remained unscathed—their first clash was a deadlock.
