As soon as Gareth entered his house, his Beta greeted him, holding three sleek black boxes.
“These just came for Isabella,” his Beta said. “They are different sets of jewelry for her to choose from for the wedding. Originally, the company wanted to deliver them to the post office this morning, but I changed it to be sent here since the pieces are so expensive.”
“Thank you,” Gareth replied and set down his briefcase on the entry room table. “I noticed her car in the driveway. I'll bring them to her room for her to look over.” He held out his hand for the boxes.
“Are you sure? I can do it,” his Beta offered.
“It's no problem,” Gareth dismissed him. “I want to say hello to her anyway.”
