Amegakure.
As a front-line commander, Salamander Hanzo held a revered position in the Land of Rain.
To many, he was a savior of their country.
He had repelled other villages with sheer power.
They called him a demi-god.
Inside Amegakure, Hanzo sat alone in a heavily fortified room, studying intel stolen from Konoha.
It seemed credible.
"The commander's been replaced?" he muttered. "It looks like Tsunade's in charge, but the real power belongs to... a teenager?"
Hanzo laughed out loud.
What was Konoha thinking?
Changing leaders mid-war? Madness.
Danzo might've been incompetent, but replacing him with a kid?
No matter how talented, a child couldn't match a grown man's experience.
Hanzo believed Yukika's rise was pure luck—born from a few lucky breaks and exaggerated rumors.
Children weren't real threats.
"Looks like Konoha's lost its strategic grip on the Land of Rain."
Hanzo smiled. That meant one less enemy.
He could focus on the others.
But what he didn't realize was that this intel had been planted by Yukika himself.
It was a trap.
Yukika's first move: lull the enemy into complacency—then strike.
In the rainy north.
The Hyuga and Senju clans moved under cover of darkness.
Rainy nights provided natural concealment for invaders—but also hampered even the locals.
Few would believe Konoha dared to move at night.
Even the Hyuga, with their Byakugan, struggled in this pitch-black, moonless night.
The rain distorted vision, and Byakugan's white-black contrast was hard to interpret in such darkness.
And yet—Yukika pressed forward without error.
Each step, he gave the correct direction.
They were certain: they were near Amegakure's outer defenses.
Rain dimmed visibility for everyone, but not for Yukika.
Not since he activated his system.
The Dark-Kun System was custom-built for him.
With the Ulquiorra physique inherited through the system, his black wings spread wide—granting vision none could block.
In contrast, even rain-hardened Amegakure shinobi suffered reduced combat power at night.
"Yukika, the other teams are in position," Shigeki whispered, catching up.
Tonight's operation would be intense—more exciting than anything before.
The enemy was numerous, but so were the Konoha forces.
"Don't worry," Yukika nodded, glancing at Yamanaka Kaiichi.
As Yukika's communications specialist, Yamanaka's real power had yet to be unleashed.
"Signal all squads."
Kaiichi nodded nervously, closed his eyes, and—after spraying blood from both nostrils—gave a firm nod.
Though just a genin, he was proving his worth.
Yukika trusted him.
Friendship forged in war would be unbreakable.
Even if Ino–Shika–Cho were loyal to the Hokage, their bond with Yukika was real.
Don't forget, the Senju had produced two Hokage.
In the Warring States Era, the Yamanaka, Akimichi, and Nara followed the Senju.
Yukika would rekindle that legacy.
"They're ready. Just waiting on your signal."
More blood poured from Kaiichi's nose.
Signal?
Yukika nodded and took a deep breath.
"Put some water on these chopsticks first."
"...What?"
Shigeki blinked and opened his pouch.
"That's not what I meant."
Yukika rolled his eyes, then suddenly—his wings burst open, and he soared ahead.
The rainy night roared with energy.
Amegakure's shinobi snapped to alert.
"Creation Rebirth: Release!"
"Water Style—Who the hell's fixing the dam?!"
Boom!
Massive torrents of water surged forward.
Yukika's terrifying chakra, amplified by the damp environment and his precise control, burst forth like a tidal wave.
Even Kisame Hoshigaki with Samehada would struggle to stand against this.
As the chakra seal on Yukika's forehead expanded, a disaster was unleashed.
"This is perfect. Ever since Lady Mito told me to stay away, this is the first time I've really used her teachings."
He glanced at the spreading mark on his forehead.
Mito had invented the Hundred Healings Seal—but Tsunade's use of it had always been... personal.
Tsunade never imagined Yukika would master it so quickly.
He had.
"Let's move!"
As the flood drowned Amegakure's outer camps, Kaiichi sprayed another twin fountain of blood from his nose and bellowed:
"GO!"
The Konoha forces surged from all directions, mad as hounds.
Victory was at hand.
And Yukika?
He didn't hide behind the lines like Danzo.
He charged with them.
As the Thunder God Sword pierced his first enemy, the system's notification rang out, clearer and more beautiful than before.
