After Yana absorbed the sixth memory shade information began rush into her being. It was mental information, it was muscle memory and she knew different fight moves and postures, it was souk memory and she remembered magics that affected the soul. And there was an information that seemed to fill her very being. It seemed to swirl through her tissues, organs, and bones.
It was information on her shadow dune domain.

She leaned back and looked into the sky. "Why don't I have a shadow domain park.'
"At one point you did. He died during a skirmish to take over your domain." Tasha paused and frowned. "your domain has already opened up to you?"
She looked to Amber. 'How many years dis we travel before she obtained that domain?"
"More than I care to count."
Yana stepped forward and used (Shadow Step) and like that they were in Orb Dimension. This was also a shadow dimension. It had sixteen large land and hundred of small landmass floating at three distinct levels within the realm. Many of the landmass had waterfalls that fell of the ends of the masses to fall onto land masses below them or into the abyss.
They had stepped to a smaller land mass filled with trees and studded with caves. She led everyone to a safe cave and found a good place to sit. She sat down and promptly entered her domain.
For the most part the domain looked the same to her but it felt completely different. She could now clearly see the different layers of the domain before her. She saw how the black dunes were comprised of densely packed shadows. When she looked to the sky her stomach growled loudly. She frowned. The thin wisps of shadow were making her hungry. She called one down it politely landed in her hand and it connected to her.
As soon as she felt this connection something inside her pulled at the shadow wisp and she consumed it. She stood there for a second as she mad note of her changes. She innately understood that this was actually food for her and she understood exactly what she needed to do to consume them.
She called down three more and as she ate them she sensed her abilities and magics gaining a depth that she could not explain. Her connection with her familiars and pets also changed.
She smiled. She would be able to get rid of this damnedable system soon. She learned that the shadow wisps were not actually shadows but shades and because shades and shadows had similar attributes shadows consuming a shade, and vice versa would be beneficial to both parties involved. It was true that once it was consumed it was not destroyed, (it is very hard to destroy a shade or a shadow) the shade or shadow was consumed into the soul and once there it integrated. This is why the connection could not be forced to have successful consumption.
Yana looked into the dunes of the realm and could see what her intuition said was a shadow void space. She was not completely sure what this area could provide her, or what it was, all this told her she was not strong enough for it. Finally there was a training area beneath the dunes.
She called all the shadows of the dunes and then manipulated them. They all went below the dunes to try out the practice area.
By the end of it Yana was exhausted. First she called thousands of shades, then she manipulated them into different forms, then she manipulated them to first fight her and then to fight with themselves.
It was crazy work and it taught her a lot. She smiled and surveyed the area. This was going to be a big help to her.
She frowned. Now all she needed was to befriend a shadow domain lark to maintain it for her. That was in no way going to be easy but she new of a breeding ground on Sho.
She sensed Starlight's return so she left the domain and returned to Orb. As soon as she did her system flashed before her eyes.

She was slightly startled. Then she was reflective. Did that mean that the system could not reach her in the domain?
That all would have to wait for later.

Yana went turned to look and a puppy jumped into her arms.
