"When I accepted the holy blade in my dream, the night sky suddenly turned clear, and a faceless angel with luminous wings came down from heaven. She kissed me on the cheek before disappearing," Prince Alexander recalled. "I know it sounds crazy, but that dream is very vivid. I can still picture every bit of it perfectly. That's why I carved the statue of Swan and Wolf in my free time and put it on top of the fountain. I have a feeling that the swan and the wolf deserve to be worshipped… somehow."
Prince Alexander was telling the truth of his dream. But when Odette kept staring at him unblinkingly, he thought that she was questioning his sanity.
He hurriedly added, "A-and before you judge me, you should know that I fully adhere to the religion in Holy Achate that worships the Goddess of the Sun, Asmara. I also adhere to the tradition, so I accepted Holy Achate's Holy Blade fair and square by defeating all the competitors in a long match."
