Tier/Power Level - High 1-A (High Outerverse Level)
For reference, Wanda (within DC) is only equaled by MAYBE Lucifer, Michael, and perhaps 2-3 others. Only surpassed by the Presence himself. This fic is primarily slice of life, so this should have been expected.
She has the powers and abilities of 616 Wanda, Tim Hunter, Doctor Strange, Circe, Wiccan, Arion, and Clea.
She has also absorbed the true Darkhold that was held within her, which also give her the powers of Chthon. And has absorbed the powers of Klarion as of recent, but his powers are rather negligible, so they won't be included in this "Bio"
All their powers are shown below, copied from the DC Wiki, Marvel Wiki and Comicvine!

Wanda (616 - Comics)
Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, is a powerful sorceress whose abilities and potential come from different sources.[61] Genetically modified at birth by the High Evolutionary, she was disguised as a mutant[34] with the ability of disrupting the laws of probabilities[426] and altering the pillars of reality.[142] The manifestation of these powers are usually referred to as "hexes," which upon being cast trigger chaotic events.[427] As a newborn in Mount Wundagore, her soul became attached to the demon-lord of chaos Chthon,[75] allowing her to harness chaos magic.[52] Descending from a lineage of Romani magic wielders, Wanda Maximoff also has a natural aptitude for witchcraft.[31] In addition to this, she is also a nexus being of her reality, being connected to the timestream at a primal level.[54][4] In practice, the Scarlet Witch performs hexes, spells, and rituals intrinsically using her different abilities to alter probabilities and reshape reality.
Nexus Being: Belonging equally to all possible timelines, Wanda Maximoff is a nexus being[54] of Earth-616.[4] Nexus beings are agents that wield possibility and are thus personifications of freedom who have the Queen of Nevers as their patron. This status allows the Scarlet Witch to affect space-time itself by altering the flow of the Universal Time Stream and tampering with the Quiet Math of Creation.[421] According to the Griever at the End of All Things, should Wanda, with the help of her brother Pietro,[421] become the Ultimate Nexus, a being with influence over all possible realities and recipient of all the nexus-powers in the Multiverse,[428] she could shatter space-time itself,[418] resulting in endless cancer-like growth of new infinite possible timelines that were unaccounted for and deviate from preordained end of creation.[419] Moreover, as a nexus being, Wanda Maximoff is a living focal point for her dimension's energies, giving her potential access to any form of magical energy, and granting her access to godlike abilities like the Life Force.[295]
Chaos Magic: The Scarlet Witch's unique nexus power over probabilities derives from her ability to wield the primordial forces of chaos, a result of her being linked to Mount Wundagore, the prison of the elder god of chaos, Chthon, as an infant.[52] Chaos is considered the first building block of existence, based on possibility, and is required for the maintenance and creation of all magic and life,[429] being neither purely constructive nor destructive. According to Clea, chaos magic is the mystical discipline that organizes and directs chaos, to contain it and its destructive potential.[429] By embodying chaos and, thus, improbability, the Scarlet Witch is stated to have mastery over infinite possibilities.[8] The ability to harness chaos energy affects her probability-altering powers as well as her natural aptitude to wield magic.[411] Having the capacity to wield and manipulate chaotic forces and concepts make Wanda Maximoff an avatar of chaos. She was shown to be deeply connected with the aspects of chaos present in the In-Betweener for instance,[430] being able, through her powers, to recover his chaotic nature upon communing with his order counterpart.[292] The expression of the Scarlet Witch's influence over probabilities and chaotic events have usually been referred to as her "hex power."[27]
Hexcraft: The elementary manifestation of the Scarlet Witch's powers is the so-called "hex power," which manifests itself as bursts or bolts of energy with a vast variety of effects.[27] The source of the hexes is chaos magic, a primordial chthonian form of energy to with the Scarlet Witch has been linked since she was an infant.[52] The hexes she casts alter the laws of probability,[426] disrupting the likeness of an event to happen.[123] As a consequence, hexes change the odds of an occurrence from mere possibility to guaranteed certainty[53] and such outcome has a result across time, retroactively affecting past timelines as well.[65] Her powers effectively warp the fabric of reality.[142] The hexes can also manifest as "hex spheres," which generate a field of "bad luck" where chaotic and disrupting events occur.[427][74] In accordance to chaos theory, the hexes that the Scarlet Witch cast can randomly trigger unpredictably novel events in a cascade effect.[431] Arm and hand gestures affect the manifestation of hexes and are used by the Scarlet Witch to focus her concentration and intent.[82] As a result of her powers, Wanda Maximoff has been stated as a probability manipulator of the highest order.[432] The most common phenomena the hexes trigger are either the collapse of objects and structures[82] or the projection of powerful blasts, orbs, waves, and beams of destructive force.[104][433] She has also trained at using hexes to deflect projectiles or to disorient enemies.[434] In addition to this, the hex power also includes, but is not limited to:
Negating or distorting physical laws and manipulating physical forces,[263] in the form of inertia redirection, amplification, disruption, and transference,[27][435] including the capacity of stopping the momentum of projectiles.[53] Influencing size and gravity, as well as manipulating weather and technology.[436][437][438][439][440]Altering, affecting, destabilizing, and controlling matter, the molecular composition and physical form of objects,[174] including that of Adamantium.[165][276]Energy control, transference, disruption, amplification, transmutation, and absorption,[441][186] including the ability of activating or deactivating different mechanisms and technological devices.[82][352]Rapid or spontaneous decaying, breaking, or fixing of structures.[124][10][442]Containing or removing air from a particular volume and generating strong winds.[443][146][444]Spontaneous combustion, explosion, fire ignition, and melting of objects and entities.[240][445][430][79]Cancelling others' access to their powers and abilities.[446]
Reality Warping: One of the most well-known powers that Wanda Maximoff has is her ability to shape, warp, defy and bend reality itself.[142] She has been stated as one of the world's greatest reality warpers.[294] Her mastery over reality allows her to create objects, living beings, and entities from nothing[447] as well as erase them from existence.[448] In addition to this, she has displayed the ability to create pocket dimensions subconsciously with relative ease.[8][411] The effects of her rewriting reality can also occur throughout time[65] as a consequence of her being a nexus being, granting her the ability to manipulate reality on a temporal level, instead of just the present.[54] It has also been stated that her reality-warping powers are a touchstone in the universe in which she exists.[72] The Scarlet Witch has also combined her physical combat skills with her reality warping power, as she did in a duel against Hope.[449] She is able to twist realities to create fabricated scenarios and even other dimensions, such as the Eldritch Orchard,[406] the Waiting Room,[8] and pocket dimensions,[46] which she has used to entrap enemy demons.[411] On more then one occasion, it has been noted that she can bend the universe at her will[411] and has used this power to restore herself from death, as she notes that death is too trivial of a concept to ever claim her forever.[450]
Freedom: As a nexus being, the Scarlet Witch is untethered from the Grand Design, enjoying true free will.[418] It was stated that she is an acausality, with her powers being in eternal opposition to the erasure of them, making her immune to fate manipulation, existence erasure, paradoxes, and alteration to her past, history, and powers.[72] This has allowed her to evade death even if her physical body perishes, as she can and has resurrected herself in the Eldritch Orchard[405] and in the Witches' Road.[43
Witchcraft: Wanda Maximoff descends from a lineage of sorcerers of Romani ancestry usually based on Mount Wundagore, Transia.[29] Witchcraft is a form of magic linked to aspects of womanhood[47] and the natural elements,[61][451] being fueled by pure chaos.[367] The Scarlet Witch began her studies as a true witch under the tutelage of Agatha Harkness,[124] having concluded her formation and become an experienced witch. Her knowledge of witchcraft is related to her mastery over chaos magic and her finer control over her hex power.[61] The Scarlet Witch has acquired across the years a vast knowledge of mystical spells and incantations, being able of invoking names and aspects of various extra-dimensional objects, beings and sources of power.[231][389][72] She often invokes beings or aspects from her own Romani culture or resources to power from foreign lands, languages, and cultures, such as the romani Chuvihani for a purification spell,[350] the celtic symbol triquetra for a land-healing spell,[351] the ancient egyptian Thoth for a psychometric spell,[399] or even a combination of different sources.[353] Her unpolished mystical might was capable of prevailing against the mastered mystical power of Dormammu.[452] As a high-level sorceress, the Scarlet Witch was once considered as one of the candidates for the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme.[453] Considered a "white witch," Maximoff is self-accountable for the use of the craft, which holds a toll on her soul's vitality.[30] Her magic can be used for many purposes, not being restricted to a limited number of effects, which include mystically enhanced perception, manipulation of matter and energy, transmutation of the physical world, teleportation, healing, psychic abilities, and physical augmentation.
Magical Awareness: The Scarlet Witch has a natural affinity with the occult,[59] with her perceptions being severely influenced by disturbances in the magical stability.[142][47] She can be aware of events affecting her and her surroundings,[454][455] being able to project images of remote situations.[52] This includes the capacity of tracking the location of anything or anyone she calls over any distance.[142][456] Her extrasensorial perception is referred to as the "witch's sight," which also grants her the capacity of visualizing entities invisible to the naked eye, such as enhanced and invisible creatures,[350] spirits,[30] or even psychic presences.[130] For instance, by invoking Thoth's Gaze, she was able to examine an area within the Savage Land to check whether non-native beings had been there.[399] She can also communicate with, affect and harm intangible beings, natural or supernatural.[457][352]
Precognition: Wanda Maximoff has the ability to receive information about situations with no direct contact with it,[47] including future predictions.[319] She has used a divination spell to search Hope's location,[458] she has had a dream about Black Knight's fate when he was in another dimension[104] and had a nightmare of Chthon's return to Earth upon the discovery of the True Darkhold by Latverian archeologists.[73]
Soul Manipulation: The Scarlet Witch has influence over souls. She can magically summon spirits from the afterlife[353] and her power has the potential of resurrecting the dead.[455] She has also been capable to practice exorcisms as well as read other people's aura so that she could determine if they are aligned with good or evil.[47][368] She can contact and communicate with the deceased, proven by her empathetic contact with the Slorenian dead[459] and her access to the Witches' Road.[29]
Telekinesis: The Scarlet Witch has always been able to disrupt the position and location of inanimate objects with her hexes, but, by using sorcery, she was shown to manipulate objects from a distance with fine control. For example, she was able to throw a heavy truck at Thor when threatened.[18] She has also used this ability to bind enemies from moving, including physically strong opponents.[348]
Flight: As the years went by, Wanda Maximoff developed the ability to move her own organism with her magical powers to fly at will.[143][460] She has also shown the ability to levitate, as she has done while meditating in the lotus position.[273] The full extent of this ability is unknown, but she is capable of engaging in physical battle while flying.[367] However, in the past, she has also claimed she lacks the ability for natural flight.[153]
Energy Manipulation: The basic powers of the Scarlet Witch involve energy manipulation, which she usually demonstrates by firing hex bolts with destructive force. As a sorceress, she can craft magic to manipulate various forms of energy.[52] She was capable of redirecting energies from one source and transferring it into other several different targets or beings, for instance.[461] More specifically, she can absorb and channel energy herself, such as when she deployed Wonder Man's ionic force as a power source for one of her spells.[333]
Force Field: As an experienced magic user, the Scarlet Witch has shown to be capable of projecting powerful and impenetrable fields and shields of mystical energy that she can use for many different defensive purposes. These proved to be strong enough protect herself and allies against destructive attacks from physical forces, such as bullets or explosions,[462][410] as well as blasts of supernatural magnitude.[422] She could also use her force field to contain items[463] and restrain others, including by preventing teleportation.[464]
Energy Constructs: As a demonstration of her elaborate control over mystical energy, the Scarlet Witch has crafted energy into tools, objects, weapons, and other items to suit her needs. She has created a plethora of objects, such as a shield, sword, knife, sharp whip and other projectiles and weapons.[395][352][408][410]
Power Manipulation: The magic of the Scarlet Witch allows her to disrupt to some extent the superpowers that her targets might have.[338] For example, she has amplified her brother Quicksilver's speed beyond his limits in some occasions[382][422] as well as bestowed Darcy Lewis with the same superhuman speed for a temporary interval.[409] She was also able to absorb powers from opponents, exemplified by her draining the Emerald Warlock on the Witches' Road.[30] Her magic has also allowed her to cancel, block, or negate the effect of her enemies' powers.[465][396]
Transmutation: Linked to nature through witchcraft, the Scarlet Witch has the power to transform the physical world at will.[61] She was able to perform simpler acts, such as transforming ice and snow into steam,[466] as well as the bizarre feat of turning lightning into butterflies.[18] She can conjure objects[467] and make them vanish as she wishes.[411] In a drastic display, she turned the Corruptor into a stone statue.[46] In more casual situations, she demonstrated the ability to alter her clothes in an instant.[47][386]
Biological Manipulation: As a witch, the Scarlet Witch can mystically affect organic structures, the very aspects of life, on cellular level as well as control aspects of living creatures' biological make-up. She has used this power to control the growth of plant life[468][469] and to multiply germs to incapacitate enemies with sickness.[470]
Elemental Manipulation: The Scarlet Witch can control and generate the elements of the natural world. She stated that power over natural or classic elements comes easily to her,[471] particularly the weather, such as when creating rain, lightning, and winds.[352
Telepathy: The Scarlet Witch has the ability to project her consciousness and of others, thus entering, manipulating, and altering others' mindscape with or without their agreement.[472][400][407][415] Beyond mere communication,[473] she can torture other people mentally,[474] as well as access the mind of other beings.[368] She was also able to induce others to sleep.[295] The reach of her psychic contacts is substantial, at least covering the distance between the Earth and the Moon.[422]
Astral Projection: As most magic wielders, the Scarlet Witch can project her spirit or astral form out of her physical body in order to travel into the spirit world or the astral plane. She still can use her powers in her astral form and can do this even while unconscious.[475][400]
Illusion Casting: As part of her mind-altering powers, she can create realistic illusions in the minds of others to trick them, such as when she fooled Ringmaster[356] and the Emerald Warlock with fabricated scenarios,[30] or when she generated holograms for entertaining or explanative purposes.[390][47]
Purification: As a mystic, Wanda Maximoff has the ability to purify any kind of objects or entities through spells. She has magically purified a lake to purge a demon in it and save its victims.[355]
Healing: The Scarlet Witch is a powerful healer. She has demonstrated the ability of eliminating simple illnesses, such as a common cold,[476] as well as bringing injured allies from the brink of death.[477] She can instantly heal herself[410] or any other living organisms who had sustained physical damage instantly.[478][413]
Invisibility: Through the spells the Scarlet Witch has command over, she can turn objects or people unseen, such as when she cast an invisibility incantation on Wonder Man.[287]
Teleportation: Using magic, the Scarlet Witch can teleport herself and others to any desired place across large distances,[422] across time,[295] and even across dimensions.[479][227][231] She can also summon or banish persons or objects to her or any other location.[480][441][79][320][47][46] To perform her teleportation spells, the Scarlet Witch can open magical portals and gates to another location.[356]
Time Manipulation: A specialty of Wanda Maximoff is her connection to the timeline and she has proven to be capable of controlling time. As a nexus being, she can alter the probabilities of cosmic timelines.[219] She was able to stop and slow down time[18][395] as well as accelerate it through a rapidly aging spell.[481] A demonstration of Maximoff speeding up the flow of time happened during her omniversal battle with her ex-mentor Agatha Harkness, that took mere seconds despite the perception of it being long-lasting.[411]
Physical Augmentation: Using magic, the Scarlet Witch can enhance her physical abilities to superhuman levels, as shown when she kept on par with the berserker Scythia.[410]
Enhanced Durability: Using spells for protection, the Scarlet Witch can prepare herself and others to be immune to different forms of physical aggression. She has casted protection against effects acid[482] and debris, for instance.[483] After resurrecting through the Last Door, she proved to be unaffected by a destructive blast by the Griever at the End of All Things which previously proved to be fatal.[422] Moreover, her abilities make her naturally resistant to various types of magic[30] and energy,[4] including reality warping,[449] probability manipulation,[432] elemental forces,[432] and especially the Phoenix Force.[319]

Tim Hunter (DC - Comics)
Tim is a magician, and in particular the kind known as an Opener. This metaphor has been interpreted in various ways, but it perhaps best be understood as meaning an opening of possibilities. His power is the same that was accessed by Merlin, and the power itself is sometimes referred to as "the Myrddin." There seems to only be one Opener at a time, and it seems that when one dies, another is born.
Tim describes being an Opener this way: "I'm a door to the source of magic. To the place where it all comes from. I'm the only person in the world who can touch magic that's still alive and fresh and strong. Everyone else is waiting for miracles. But I am one."
Thomas Currie describes Openers this way: "Openers create worlds, and they do so in ignorance and terror and pain. Into each era an Opener is born…a being of great magical potential and near infinite possibility."
Tim spent most of his Books of Magic career using magic mostly intuitively, although he did have training here and there, for instance with Zatanna and Thomas Currie.
Tim's power is incredibly massive in extent. As Currie described above, when Tim was a child, and went through a difficult emotional experience, he would subconsciously create a new universe that was somehow inspired by that emotion. That emotion, or sliver of himself, became embedded in that world in the form of another Tim. If an Opener creates too many worlds like this, they can become a shell of a human. The only way they can become whole is if they find their Other.
In this way, Tim created more than a thousand universes. Each Tim in these universes also had the potential to be a massively powerful magician. The Other, one of these Tims, absorbed the power of all of the other Tims and their entire universes, and was a much more technically skilled magician than the real Tim. However, when the real Tim gave his magic to the Other, the Other was overwhelmed by his power. This shows that not only did Tim have the capacity to create a thousand universes each replete with massive power, but that that combined amount of power was notably less than that of the real Tim's.
Tim also regularly created various beings to be his friends as a child, or to explain things he didn't understand. Awn the Blink, the Wobbly, Tanger and Crimple, In-the-No, and the Queen of the Buggers are all examples of these beings.
Tim actually gave away his magic for a large portion of the first Books of Magic ongoing series. He gave it up in issue 44 and didn't get it back until issue 75, although he did occasionally still manage to access it for various effects here and there anyway.
He can use his magic for a very wide range of effects, almost all of which were accomplished with almost no time or effort. Some examples of things Tim could do with his magic (all examples from the 1994 series) include:
Creating a magical shadow-self that could lift his father and protect Tim from magical flames Taking over ownership of another magician's golem, a feat which was said to be "impossible" Freezing time, and starting it again Protecting him and Molly from an attack of flame and soot by Daniel Using magical symbols to determine that Molly was taken to Hell Destroying a demon's bridge and creating a new one that automatically leads to Molly Having the effects of his love with Molly affect a wide swath of Hell around them, creating fear among demons and destroying or altering some existing aspects of Hell and its denizens Shaping himself into a cat, something Circe, master of shape-changing, says he "shouldn't be able to do" and even a simpler version of that change was something that took her a very long time to study, and he did it by impulse Wrapping Cupid up in gift wrap Creating a giant cloud of butterflies Instantly taking the guns away from a large group of ghost cowboys Undoes time multiple times after getting shipwrecked again and again in Faerie The gargoyles imply he could sink California into the ocean Using clairvoyance to see what's going on at home Creating a kind of virtual reality in which he can wreck things without hurting the real world Teleporting himself and Araquel to the Dark Tower Closing the interdimensional gates across all the magical realms that the Other had opened Secretly hiding his soul in a memory without a demon detecting it Secretly creating an alternate universe for Sir Timothy and Barbatos, without them noticing they had been put in it Taking control of a demon's mind and then reshaping its body to match his own body
Even after he gave up his Opener's power, he was still sometimes able to access it, or to use other magic that he learned just like anyone else:
He could use the Sight to see magic, or to track people, even the Wild Hunt, with greater ability than anyone Thomas Currie had ever seen He was able to destroy his creations, the Lighthearted Brigade He could make the bottles containing his journal disappear

Doctor Strange (616 - Comics)
Sorcery: Dr. Strange possesses a vast mastery of the mystic arts; his primary magical patrons are a group of entities known as "the Vishanti." The Vishanti are a trinity of godly beings comprised of Agamotto, Hoggoth, and Oshtur. Although he has, on rare occasions, called upon the power of demons such as Dormammu; Strange more frequently did so before he realized Dormammu's true dark nature in the earlier issues. He has once stated that he can kill a mortal with the mere twitch of a finger.[citation needed]
Infinite Longevity/Fearlessness: Dr. Strange's lifespan has been extended and his fear of dying subsided in a manner similar to that of his mentor the Ancient One, due to a successful contest against Death. Though he can still be killed and even physically wounded, he cannot succumb to any medical diseases, nor does he age. However, he still requires food, water, oxygen, and sleep, the same as a normal human. Strange passed a test by the Ancient One and defeated Death, or more accurately, accepted Death.[161] As a result, from that moment forward, Doc stopped aging. "Death may come only from without, in battle-- and not from within." The Ancient One had once passed the same test himself and lived 600 years. From that moment forward, a glowing ankh appears on Doc's forehead when he is in a situation of great danger and his death is imminent, "when Strange most needs a reaffirmation of life."[31]
Energy Blasts:[162][21][163] Capable of destroying moons and planets. He has once destroyed an entire dimension using the Eye of Agamotto
Astral Projection: Doctor Strange can release his astral form from his body, instantaneously and at will. In this form he does not need to breathe, eat, drink or sleep, is unrestricted by physical laws (for example, Strange has flown beyond Earth's atmosphere, defying gravity with ease to speak with Iron Man), is invisible (though can be seen by any if he wished it so), intangible, and incapable of being harmed by all but the most powerful and rigorous of mystic means. As physical laws are meaningless on the astral plane, Strange is able to use it to traverse at virtually any speed desirable (Strange has reached to St. Louis, Missouri from his Sanctum Sanctorum in Greenwich Village, New York in "a few brief seconds" thus,[164] as well as traveling at the "speed of thought" through outer space.[165])
Banishment: Dr. Strange has banished many types of creatures and humans to other dimensions, but the extent of this is only possible as long as the 'Banish-ers' magic is greater than that of the 'Banish-ees' magic during the banishment.[citation needed]
Conjuring of Objects[citation needed]
Transmutation: Dr. Strange has showcased the ability to molecularly alter and convert an object into another of his choosing using spells.'[citation needed]
Telepathy: Dr. Strange can psychically communicate and read minds These abilities can be amplified by mystic energy (as against Moondragon) and/or the Eye of Agamotto (done countless times) to afford Stephen incredibly powerful psychic abilities.[166] He has been able to telepathically overpower Scarlet Witch via the Eye of Agamotto, as well as defeat Moondragon in a mental battle.
Telekinesis: Dr. Strange can mentally manipulate his environment through the use of psionics without physically interacting with it. However, it is much more common for Strange to rely on magical manipulation rather than psionic.[citation needed]
Flight: Doctor Strange can fly using magical energy but has since abandoned it. (Presumably choosing to rely on the Cape of Levitation instead.) [citation needed]
Protective Shields: Using the being Seraphim, as well as the Eye of Agamotto, Dr. Strange can shield himself or his allies. Doctor Strange is so powerful that his energy shields can even protect him from the full power of a supernova (which he created),[167] as well as planetary destructio
Hypnosis[citation needed
Illusions: Dr. Strange has the ability to magically create illusions and cause others to experience things that aren't real, using spells to do so.[citation needed]
Intangibility: Dr. Strange has the ability to become invisible or near invisible and phase through solid material.[citation needed]
Time Manipulation: Strange has frozen, slowed, and traveled through time. This magic is enacted only through extreme concentration.[168]
Elemental Manipulation: Dr. Strange can manipulate and control the elemental forces.[citation needed]
Teleportation: Dr. Strange can teleport himself and others to any place of his choosing through the use of magic. It is also stated he can move at the "speed of thought" through his astral form.[citation needed]
Interdimensional Teleportation: In addition to his ability to teleport across a single plane, Dr. Strange has also showcased the ability to travel between dimensional planes and access alternate dimensions. For example, he was able to willingly travel to the Dark Dimension. [citation needed]
Cosmic Awareness: By performing meditation, Dr. Strange has sensed anomalies in time and space, allowing him to protect against time travelers, extra-dimensional invaders (Example: |Dormammu, Nightmare), and other extraterrestrial threats.[citation needed]
Various other spells: These spells seem to be quicker to perform but lesser in power than spells using divine energy. Strange has used his magics altogether to alter his clothing through something akin to minor molecular control, control and manipulate elements, matter manipulation, soul manipulation, warping reality, absorbing magic, time manipulation, magic sleep, etc. Dr. Strange has also been shown to amass as much wealth/gold as he desires using magic, as he has done to pay debts he owed.[citation needed]
The Words: Doctor Strange has become an expert in the Black Priests's ability to use language to distort reality, becoming even more capable than the Black Priests themselves in a short amount of time. Each "word" is a symbol which means "something." The addition of another symbol can change the meaning of that "something." Doctor Strange stated this method to be akin to replacement cipher.[14] This way, he can distort the reality in different ways, depending how many symbols are said and in which order. Some of the features achieved by the use of Words include:
Fire Generation[169]
Organic Disintegration[169][14]
Ice Generation[14]
Paralysis[14]
Divine Sources: Dr. Strange can channel the extra-dimensional energy of mystical and non-mystical beings in multiple dimensions (known as Principalities) to empower his spells. This can take the form of standard spells ("Crimson Bands of Cyttorak") or just state what he wants to occur and channeling some being to make it happen. It is unknown at this time what debt, if any, he incurs by invoking the powers that be. There is no strict quid pro quo (as the simple acknowledgment and invoking of the entity increases the entity's own powers, inexplicably), though some entities will feel he is obliged to heed their call when they need help in their conflicts as did the Vishanti. This ability to be a conduit to multiversal power sources has given rise to the phrase "Dr. Strange is as powerful as the god he invokes." Doctor Strange's powers typically come from one of three divine sources: The Vishanti (a trinity formed of Hoggoth, Oshtur, and Agamotto), the Octessence (a group of eight beings, consisting of Balthakk, Cyttorak, Farallah, Ikonn, Krakkan, Raggadorr, Valtorr, and Watoomb) and other beings who owe him a debt (this includes Satannish and even Dormammu). However, certain abilities of his stem from more obscure sources, such as the Faltine, the Seraphim, Cinnibus, Sheol, Ikthalon, Denak, Cyndriarr, Munnopor, Morpheus, Dyzakk, the Olympian deities (such as Poseidon and Hades) and others.[citation needed]
Darkness of the Divine Conduit (Black Magic): By sheer force of will "take" the power of another entity. This does not require the use of a spell. He used this ability against Arioch and Shuma-Gorath. The fact that Stephen can do this is a testament to his incredible willpower and strength of mind. This is considered black magic and as such he rarely employs this. Also, when taking the powers of celestial entities, he absorbs the mind and assumes their duties and roles in the dimension in which they exist. If his will falters, he can lose all sense of self.[citation needed]
Although Dr. Strange primarily uses spells that are considered 'white magic', he will use spells from other disciplines such as black magic, elemental magic, and catastrophe magic when necessary.[citation needed]
Dr. Strange's powers are all mystical but take several forms. Main manifestations include:
It is said that he cannot use magic that can replicate anything discovered by human science.[170]By force of will, Dr. Strange can "take" the power of another entity. This does not require the use of a spell. He uses this ability against Captain Universe as well as against Arioch and Shuma-Gorath in Strange Tales (Vol. 2). Strange also uses this to drain the Wrecking Crew of the Asgardian magic they had been infused by Karnilla, though this causes him great mental agony and takes a long time. This is considered black magic and as such, he rarely employs this. Also, when taking the powers of entities, he can absorb their mind and assume their duties and roles in the dimension in which they exist. But, if his will falters, he can lose all sense of self.[citation needed]Dr. Strange also became proficient in Black Magic under the tutelage of Kaluu, including using the necromantic energy released in death for various effects. After he purged Shuma-Gorath from himself, he has since stopped using black magic.[171]At a certain period, Dr. Strange became a receptacle of Earth's Gaia magic through the use of a forge built with the support of all his magical artifacts. This energy was exhausted in the War of Seven Spheres.[citation needed]For a brief period, research from the Vishanti library led Strange to tap into "catastrophe magic" by invoking a mystical alignment of all the planets, but this source of magic was limited, and he ceased using it specifically as a source of his power.[citation needed]Strange's magical powers at their greatest peak exceeds that of even the Watcher Uatu and rivals that of other great beings, such as Galactus or Celestials.[citation needed]

Circe (DC - Comics)
Magic: Being an ancient witch, Circe has access to great magical sources, her magic is so strong that even the gods fear her and respect her powers.
Chronokinesis: Circe can freeze temporal reality for a bit and pull her and others out of the moment.[6]

Wiccan (616 - Comics)
Wiccan has a wide range of superpowers, derived from an unconfirmed source. His origins make it possible Wiccan is both mage and mutant.[5][36] His abilities were first triggered when the Scarlet Witch (under the influence of the Life Force) used her powers to heal him.[20] However, even accepting that Wiccan is the reincarnated son of the Scarlet Witch, where exactly his powers come from is unclear. If his was purely a spiritual reincarnation, then he would not necessarily inherit his mother's mutated genes. Wiccan's power might also be a purely mystical birthright, or derived from Wanda's status as a nexus being.[72] Wiccan's destiny as the Demiurge resembles the fate that the Time Keepers worried about if Wanda ever had children.[73][46]
Wiccan has demonstrated the following powers:
Reality Manipulation [Magic]: Quite similar to his spiritual mother The Scarlet Witch, Wiccan's main power is the superhuman ability to warp reality by manipulating magical energies.[74] It was stated by Master Pandemonium that Billy's magic was similar to Wanda's. While never explicitly confirmed if he has chaos magic, he has also been described as "[a] chaos-magic user",[75] a "chaos-bringer",[68] and a "son of chaos".[76] But there has been changes and new information revealed about "chaos magic" that could possibly contradict this. As Wiccan has no standard spells, usually improvising various incantations on the spot, this mechanism also alludes some similarity to Wanda's magic, due to the fact that their spells work on a similar basis, by only saying what they want to happen into reality. While generally his spells are very effective, the spells can be degraded by a lack of willingness to perform them or stress. Wiccan can use magic to increase the powers of himself or others for long periods of time. Some notable spells being: sensing locations of others, levitation, thought-casting, psychokinesis, astral projection, and illusion casting. Wiccan initially cast his magic through a unique form of self-taught spell casting involving stating repeatedly an effect or action he wants to happen (i.e. "I want him to be OK, I want him to be OK!," or "Groundintogluegroundintogluegroundintoglue"), and has managed to precede from this method ever since, being capable of using his abilities without the need to repeat the desired effects.[55][61][63][28] When accessing his Demiurge powers, His reality altering and mystical powers are greatly amplified to near-limitless levels, enabling him to view different timelines, wipe beings from existence, and even quite possibly rewrite the laws that form magic itself across the entire Marvel Universe.[40]
Astral Projection Wiccan can use his magic to project his astral self from his physical body and into the astral or physical planes.[citation needed]
Binding: Wiccan has been shown to use his magic to bind, trap and inhibit the movement of his opponents. His binding spells were powerful enough to restrain The Sentry.[33]
Clairvoyance: Wiccan has shown the ability to gain information by other means than his physical senses. with brief periods of intense concentration, can gain knowledge of a subject's location and its current state. It is notably highly difficult, though not impossible for him to locate those he is unfamiliar with, or only loosely associated with. He can also track down and sense or read someone's energy or those of the environment.[77][28]
Concussive Blasts: Can generate and manipulate energy to project blasts of concussive force with different shapes and intensities, including, beams, bursts, bolts and waves.[citation needed]
Cosmic Awareness: Wiccan was able to use his reality warping abilities to view and perceive different timelines, realities, and alternate universes, as he did when searching for another variant of Teddy's mother.[48]
Creation: Wiccan can use his reality warping abilities in order to warp existence and create anything from nothing. He had created clothing, decor, objects, and food from seemingly nothing to make his "room" in the Avenger's facility more comfortable.[78][44]
Elemental Manipulation: Billy has shown the ability to influence and control several elements and aspects of nature.
Electricity Generation and Manipulation: The primary form of elemental manipulation Wiccan is most used to is his electrokinetic powers. He can manipulate, generate, and discharge energy projections as either lightning or electricity from his hands or other parts of his body. Which gives him control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. This seems to not require the verbal components like his other "spells". Wiccan is capable of combining or performing his electrokinetic powers in unison with spells.[2]
Ice Generation and Manipulation: Wiccan has the ability to control, generate, or absorb ice.[citation needed]
Hydrokinesis: Wiccan can manipulate and control water.[citation needed]
Light Generation: Wiccan can project intense light, capable of repelling Symbiotes controlled by Knull.[71]
Heat and Fire Generation: Can generate heat and fire.[citation needed]
Energy Construct Creation: Wiccan can generate and manipulate energy to create solid constructs such as disks, orbs, shields, platforms, force fields, and other projectiles or constructions.[8]
Erasure: Due to his reality warping powers Wiccan can disintegrate and erase anything from existence. He was able to erase the interdimensional parasite known as Mother from existence and disintegrate a bunch of parents with a burst of energy.[44]
Flight: Wiccan can engage in self-propelled flight and has shown to be able to give others the ability to do so. He can also levitate.[79][77][34]
Healing: Wiccan can rapidly heal others through his spells (e.g. "I want to heal this man, I want to heal this man!"). However, the effectiveness of this healing can be greatly affected by his will to do it or if he has troubles focusing his mind on healing the target. When healing an enemy, the healing process could be considerably diminished than when healing someone he genuinely has an empathetic desire to heal. When trying to heal Teddy's mother, he fails due to the stress of the situation making it difficult for him to completely focus on the task.[24][36] His magic also enable him to manipulate the biological factors of organisms, including age and sickness.[48][21]
Mechanical Manipulation: Wiccan can use his spells in order to control and manipulate machine as well as mechanical objects. Such as when he was able to disable to the defense mechanisms at Avengers Mansion.[22]
Physical Augmentation: Due to his reality warping abilities, Wiccan has demonstrated the ability to augment the physical abilities of himself and others to superhuman levels. He displayed this ability when he enhanced his strength to punch and injure Kid Loki.[47]
Power Manipulation: Wiccan can use his spells to influence, and control the powers of others to a certain extent.[79]
Power Bestowal: He can use his magic to bestow others with temporary abilities, as when he gave Captain America the ability to fly for a limited time,[34] and lent his powers to Kid Loki for 10 minutes.[47]
Power Amplification Wiccan can use magic to increase the powers of himself or others for long periods of time.
Power Negation: Wiccan can use his magic to, on occasion, negate or disrupt the powers of others. As seen when he negated Magneto's force-fields,[34] and disabled Kang's energy bubble.[22]
Teleportation: Can teleport himself and others over undetermined distances with an untested maximum through his spells (e.g. I want to be someplace else) Thought he can teleport without a vocalized spell.[34]
Portal Creation[80]
Interdimensional Teleportation: Wiccan is able to travel interdimensionally at will, and even teleport throughout the known Multiverse due to his status as the Demiurge.[50] He can also teleport to and open mystical gateways accessing other worlds, places and dimensions.[80]
Remote Teleportation: Wiccan has the ability to summon and transport anything or anyone to his location. He has able to combine his electrokinetic powers with his teleportation to summon lightning in order to transport him along with his teammates to Wundagore Mountain. While he went as Asgardian, he used to summon his staff.
Banishment: William has shown the ability to banish an object or being from a specific place to a certain place/area he chooses. When he tried to banish the interdimensional parasite known as Mother, he fails due to the strain after bringing her to their dimension; the same happens when he tries to banish Laufey.
Telekinesis: Can levitate, propel, and manipulate objects and matter with his mind.[39]
Telepathy: Wiccan has been shown to possess telepathic abilities. He was able to manifest the thoughts of someone's mind. He could read Teddy's mind and sense his doubts about his feeling. He also tried to detect Scarlet witch's mind, when he and Speed were looking for clues about their past.
Mental Manipulation: Wiccan has shown the ability to influence and manipulate another's thoughts, memories, emotions, and perceptions, achieving a variety of effects. He offered to erase Executioner's mind after he confesses to knowing Kate's secret identity.[81]
Illusion Casting[citation needed]
Transmutation: Wiccan has shown the ability to turn, transmute, and alter anything into anything else. He has changed his and his teammates' street clothes into their hero uniforms. He has also transformed a bunch of frogs back into humans, right after the Enchantress had transmuted them. His transmutation powers allows him to transform himself into anyone of his desire.[81]
Demiurge Form: Wiccan is able to force himself to tap into his true power by loosing connection to all things and becoming a god. In this form Wiccan becomes so powerful that his magical might was able to defeat the interdimensional entity known as Mother. Him in his Semiurge State (Halfway tapping into the Demiurge) he was able to stalemate her, and then once he tapped into his true power was able to return multiversal versions of himself and the Young Avengers back to their original universe, erase mother, and then walk over the multiverse itself. Loki has stated with this power Wiccan could stop all wars, end all things, and even Ragnarok itself from even happening.

Arion (DC Comics)
Similar to his New Earth counterpart, Arion is a powerful mage capable of performing magic and is immortal though unlike his previous version, he produces magic naturally that can awaken metahuman abilities people are exposed to it. However, he retained the ability to siphon magic from beings even as powerful as Nabu or use the Blue Beetle Scarab's cosmic energy and occult energies as a source. In battle, he proved powerful enough to best Doctor Fate in two instances, besting Nabu himself after siphoning his energies and with a telepathic attack as well as the Kent-controlled Doctor Fate while using the Blue Beetle Scarab. He was powerful enough to also use his mind to control both Jaime Reyes and Khaji Daj though their unique bond proved too powerful for him.
With his magic, he could produce storms with his minds, tear open dimension rifts, project energy blasts, cast complex spells that (he claimed) could potential eliminate all life in the universe if sufficiently energized, soul manipulation that could separate Jaime from the Scarab, empower those he chooses into becoming Atlantean demons, mimic some of the powers of the Blue Beetle Scarab, and transform himself in a large, insect-like dark creature. The darker nature of his powers was previously assumed to be due to the insanity the Blue Beetle Scarab gave him, though a later story revealed his corruption to be the result of exposure to the Death Force within his own creation, the Tear of Extinction.
Arion was once a conduit for the force known as the "Death Force", a force that governs the finality of beings, even gods. Unlike most other gods exposed to it, Arion was able to survive his exposure to it (facilitated through his creation, the Tears of Extinction) through unknown means though became corrupted by it. When using Death Force, he was able to cast down the Ocean Lords (extraterrestrial sea gods) to the Graveyard of Gods.
Intellectually, Arion is regarded as a genius by both Poseidon and Lionel Luthor and was referred to as one of the most intelligent minds in Earth's history by Vandal Savage. Responsible for the technology for both Atlantis and it's later offshoot, Skartaris, Jennifer Morgan referred to his reign as one where magic and technology were harmonious.

Clea (616 - Comics)
Faltine-Hybrid Physiology: Clea is half-Faltine and half-Dark Dimensional mortal,[42] having enhanced attributes innate to her physiology:
Superhuman Durability: Clea's body is much more resistant to conventional physical injury than a human being. She can withstand great impacts, exposure to temperature extremes, and powerful energy blasts that would severely injure or kill a human being with no injury to herself, such as Sentry's optical blasts.[36]
Flight/Levitation: Clea can fly at high speeds without external means, and she can levitate herself during meditation or while she's casting a spell.[1]
Magic Negation Immunity: Clea can harness magic either from Earth's magical fields, or from the Dark Dimension, so spells like "Sands of Nisanti" (a spell that prevents anyone within a certain radius from using magic for a period of 3 minutes), doesn't work on her, since she can choose to use either her Dark Dimension magic, or her Faltine magic.[43]
Sorcery: Clea trained in the ways of magic under Doctor Strange[16] and eventually became the Sorceress Supreme of the Dark Dimension and Earth, possessing vast magical power and knowledge.[32]

Teleportation: Clea can teleport herself and others to various locations and other dimensions.[42]
Portal Conjuring: Clea can open portals from one place to another, for easier locomotion between two or more places. Clea can use this power as a fight strategy, as she used against Revenant Thunderstrike, cutting off his arms with the portals open in different places and shutting it down quickly.[1]
Creation/Life Granting: Clea created Ardina, the female counterpart of Silver Surfer. She performed this ritual with little to no effort.[44]
Molecular Rearrangement: Clea is capable of rearranging molecules, which she has used to alter her clothing.[29]
Transmutation: Clea used this power to turn the Blasphemy Cartel agents into snakes. They couldn't communicate while in this state, but Clea said they were conscious and screaming.[43]
Telekinesis: Clea is capable of levitating and moving objects with her will. Clea can use her accurate telekinesis while fighting against the Blasphemy Cartel, stopping the bullets in mid-air.[43]
Geokinesis: Clea has been shown to be capable of manipulating the ground and creating gripping hand-shaped rocks.[45]
Scrying: Clea can cast a mystic sphere to scry events or cast images in front of others, as she did to show to the Avengers the threat of The Three Mothers and the Peregrine Child.[46]
Banishment: Anyone who dares to annoy Clea is sent to exile in the Dark Dimension.[34]
Necromancy: Clea has certain control over the dead, conjuring spirits and demons to attend her wishes.
Tracking Spirit Conjuring: Clea once conjured a spirit to track the location of the Eye of Agamotto and the Cloak of Levitation.[46]
Demon Soul Binding: Clea has claimed that her people had the culture of binding demons to their souls, so she used the Eye of Agamotto to link a demon used by Blasphemy Cartel into her soul. While battling with Revenant Shadow Knight, Clea released the demon to buy her time to create the spell capable of exorcising the revenant.[1][47]
Spells and Phrases: Clea can cast various spells due to her own mystic potential, as well as her training under Stephen.[42]
Flames of the Faltine: Clea can innately control the powerful Flames of Faltine, raising her already formidable magical abilities to even higher levels.[42]
Smoke Detector: Clea cast this spell to detect necromantic energy manipulation over the globe, detecting the exact place where it is being used.[1]
Crimson Bands of Cyttorak: Clea conjured the crimson bands of Cyttorak, a powerful binding spell, to bind the Harvestman.[45]
Images of Ikonn: Clea used this spell to conjure a dozen images of herself, intending to confuse the revenant Shadow Knight.[1]
Stymphalian Hurricane: Clea used this spell to reflect all bullets fired at her back at her enemies.[1]
Dire's Scourging Ray: Clea used this spell as a mystical energy projection, capable of obliterating the body of an agent of Blasphemy Cartel, killing him instantly.[1]
Sarnio's Storm of Swords: Clea conjured these mystical energy constructs in the shape of a sword against the revenant Thunderstrike.[45]
Stone Prison of Umar: Clea conjured this spell, that belongs to her own mother, to turn Blasphemy Cartel agents into pure stone, totally unable to move or speak.[43]
Balthor's Battering Ram: Spell used to break through locked doors.[43]
Burning Compass of Cyndrion: Clea can use this location spell to track people. [34]
Spines of Sal-Gotah: Clea used this spell to physically restrain Dr. Thaddeus Paine.[34]
Citadel of Cyriont: Clea invoked this spell as a barrier in form of a building to protect Stephen from a Revenant Goliath's assault.[35]
Talons of Tarkhiz: While Clea was fighting the Revenant Prime, she tried to cast this spell, but she was interrupted and strangled by Sentry, so the effect of this spell remains unknown.[36]
Spell Creation: The revenant Shadow Knight is shown to be resistant against many kinds of spells, so Clea needed a new one, strong enough to exorcise the revenant. Being well-gifted in mystic arts, Clea was capable to create, with great concentration, a new spell.[1][47]
Revenant Exorcising Spell: Clea created a spell able to exorcise revenant spirits. This spell was created and first used while Clea was battling the revenant Shadow Knight.[47][35][48]

Chthon (Absorbed, 616 - Comics)
Elder God Physiology: Chthon is one of the most powerful Elder Gods of Earth, who has degenerated into a demonic state. He has the vast ability to manipulate magical energies for nearly any effect. He has manifested himself in humanoid form, but can take various forms; his true form, if he has one, has not been revealed.[citation needed]
Dark & Chaos Magic Mastery: Chthon is a being of unimaginable mystical power, specifically that which can be called black magic or chaos magic. This magic can manipulate, warp and reconstruct the very fabric of existence and reality to the user's very whims and bring about total destruction to the cosmos.[citation needed]
Other-realm Control: In the dimension he has created for himself he controls every aspect of reality.[citation needed]
Telepathy: This ability enables him to read, control, and communicate with the minds of others, even across dimensional barriers.[71]
Mystic Patron: He can also send his power out of that dimension when invoked to do so by a spellcaster, though when this is done the spellcaster's soul is forfeit to the Elder God.[citation needed]
Other Connection: Until Chthon finds a way to truly free himself from his other-dimensional realm, he can operate on Earth through his elemental host, known as the Other, which is summoned when someone uses the Darkhold. The Other can manifest itself in any appearance it wants, but its actions on the Earthly sphere are generally limited by the demands of the user of the Darkhold.[citation needed]
Demonic Possession: If the proper rituals are performed, Chthon can also take over mortal host-bodies on Earth, but he can not easily transfer all of his totality to these forms, and often even the fraction he can is too much for the form to contain.[citation needed]
Immortality: Chthon claimed to Scarlet Witch that due to his Elder God status he did not need a heart to live.[72]
Superhuman Strength: Chthon possesses incalculable levels of superhuman strength.[71]
Superhuman Stamina: Chthon possesses basically immeasurable levels of physical stamina.[71]
Invulnerable: Chthon is almost completely immune to all forms of damage.[71]
