Upon arriving at the gallery, Isabella Weaver did not speak again; she found it impossible to communicate with him as he invariably steered the conversation towards marriage regardless of what she said.
She was genuinely afraid of him.
Harry Hunter also remained silent; he was naturally reticent.
He actually found Isabella Weaver's puffed-up demeanor quite adorable and hoped she would continue to be this cute.
"I've arrived, Mr. Hunter, thank you for bringing me."
Isabella expressed her gratitude and turned to enter the gallery, following the boss to the studio, oblivious that Harry Hunter also followed her inside.
This gallery was large and fairly well-known, Harry Hunter had indeed visited twice before, but on his previous visits, he hadn't paid much attention to Isabella Weaver's paintings.
He viewed them one by one, mostly glancing quickly, only stopping when he saw a particular landscape painting.
