Only one can exist per person and the choice is made when you are mid class. At first people thought you get it every time you increase a level but Starfall said he was only given the perks list once. Same as Lancelot.
So this is a one time choice. I can make some inference from the names. Library of Ohara is probably knowledge based on the one piece verse or it's equivalents. Dragon Booster… I have no idea but Golden Gates… is it what I think it is.

What a rush. My little junior really pulled out all the stops this time. What a fucking mad lad!
I just had to give him Blank cause if any supernatural like Ajuka gets a hold of him then all the info he has about the other crossover universes and their power systems will be stolen and info used against them.
Imagine the devils enslaving Gojo Satoru. A bonifide future Super Devil powerhouse adding a future powerhouse to them. That bastard,Sirzechs will probably try to bind him to his sister (that he totally has no plans on fucking) and her slave crew.
With all the differences in this world amd the anime I really hoped Issei will surprise me but I have to say I wasn't surprised. He stayed a devil. The devils have the Red Dragon and I need him dead. Even with all my strength I am no match for Great Red. He is a bona dide powerhouse with full control over the dreams of this universe.
Let's just say he dreamt about my dreams when I arrived in this universe. He knows about his death. He knows everything about me. He even knows the fan fictions. I was so embarrassed. Personally I believe he likes the Dragon Farmer version of himself by Crossroads too much that he started copying him subconsciously.
Luckily he is a chilled guy and even helped me in the beginning. Giving me the secrets forgotten by the world about evolution which set me on my path. He trains now too. If Etoulde shows up to face this Red all he gets is a quick death.
What was I thinking of again? Hmmm.
Oh yeah. So now that he is protected from mind control this is the last direct help from me he will receive for a while. He needs to quickly enter High Class if not there will be problems. A High Human's minimum strength at his age is High Class. His body,mind and soul must be alingned at that level.

"I didn't want to carry a bazooka to a knife fight." I replied while looking at the strongest being in this universe. He was currently in his human form which "coincidentally " looks like Guy Crimson from Tensura. He liked his character too much honestly.
