For Ariel life was good.
Not only was operation make the world think that the two of us are madly in love a resounding success so far. She and Tristan were also getting along much better than Ariel had ever thought they would. Their personalities really wear well suited for one another.
It also helped that it seemed that the two of them shared a similar sense of humour. Their sexcapades were now a thing of legend among the rich and famous. And it always gave Ariel no small amount of pleasure when people actually thought that she and Tristan were that wild and crazy.
Every time during events when Ariel excused herself to go to the ladies room, there was always a groan or a resigned sigh from somebody. Their eyes going from Ariel to Tristan and then rolling up towards the heavens as though they were asking for strength.
