Chapter 1 - New Journey...

As Nehimia walked through the palace gates,

she sees her godmother waiting for her.

" It's time to go? "

The godmother gently nods and leads her to a grand carriage waiting outside. Inside, she sees Lylac waiting, her eyes shining with excitement.

"Lylac, what a surprise! I wasn't aware that you'd be coming as well!".

Lylac smiles and bows with her head respectfully.

"Of course, my princess. I am always happy to assist you in any way I can."

As Nehima got into the carriage, Nehimia could feel the excitement building within her, all worries faded upon seeing that she'd be with Lylac during the journey.

She took a glance outside, it was the carriage and noticed how the leaves started turning brown

The trip to the school was long, but she was eragered to see what kind of adventures and powers awaited.

Godmother turns to her with a smile,

"My dear,we are here."

As the carriage comes to a stop, you step out and take in your surroundings. The school is a grand building with high walls and tall towers, surrounded by a large garden filled with colourful flowers and exotic trees.

Godmother :nods in agreement

"Yes, it is. This is where you will learn to master both your powers and become a great warrior in this world."

With that, she bids them both farewell and they enter the school.

Nehimia: "Alright, so the first thing we must do is head to the teachers' lounge. I suppose that they'll be the one to give us access to our dormitory. Understood?".

Lylac: nods

"Yes, my princess!"

Nehimia: "Refrain from using royal etichette, I wouldn't want others to think of you as a mere servant.

Here, we are friends."

Lylac: hesitating

"Yes,Nehimia..."

............

As they arrived at the Teachers' Lounge, they were welcomed by a tall, pale man, slightly muscular, with blue hair and striking red eyes.

Arturus: "New students, I see. I'm Arturus—your Magic teacher."

Nehimia: "I'm Nehimia Mo'hetia, and she's my friend Lylac."

Arturus nodded.

Arturus: "Ah, yes, you must be the angel. I've heard about you. Welcome to the school, Nehimia... and Lylac."

He gave each of them a warm smile before continuing:

Arturus: "Now, let's get you settled in. I have some paperwork for you both to fill out, including your class schedules."

He handed them a clipboard filled with documents.

Arturus: "Just sign here and here, and you're all set. Enjoy your stay at the school. Oh, and—here."

He handed them a separate folder.

Arturus: "Please make sure to read all the rules and regulations. Once you're done, you can bring everything back here to the Teachers' Lounge. Any questions?"

Lylac: "How can we get to our rooms?"

Arturus: "Oh, pardon me."

He turned to the many drawers behind him. As he rummaged through them, random objects flew across the room in a chaotic storm of paperclips, feathers, and what might have been a floating teacup.

Finally, with an exhausted sigh, he handed them each a small brass key.

Arturus: "Your keys."

They took them and nodded in sync before turning to leave.

While Lylac glanced around, trying to find her bearings, Nehimia had already started reading through the school rules.

Nehimia :" Wings must be tucked in during hallway traffic"

" No glitter bombs in enclosed spaces. Especially the teacher's lounge. "

"What kind of rules are these?

Isn't it supposed to be common sense?"

Lylac: "You'd be surprised on how much common sense isn't common to most people."

Nehimia: "No shifting into furniture to avoid group projects. We see you, Chad. "

"We have shapeshifters now? "

Lylac: " 334.. 335... 336.. Found it! we are 338"

Nehimia: "Perfect!"

...

.

Nehimia sat down at the desk and took a deep breath, and kept reading more of the paperwork

"Mhh Advanced Mana Class?... Lylac, do you have any idea what 'mana' means?".

Lylac looks at you, her eyes shining with excitement.

"Well, mana is the word for magical energy. It can be harnessed and used for a variety of purposes, including enhancing your powers and controlling others. In simple words, Mana is energy."

"I see... ...well, it sounds useful, so i'll do that! Then i'll be doing also Combat Class, Medical Class, Magic Class and also....Survival you guess...oh and Soul Theory. What about you, Lylac?".

Lylac nods eagerly,

"I am excited to learn more about combat skills. It will be a valuable asset in any situation." She looks at you with a smile.

"Me too! I hope we get the opportunity to be teammates!".

Lylac nods in agreement, "Indeed, teamwork is key to being a successful hero. We will work well together, I have no doubt." She gives you a warm smile before continuing

"Are you ready for your classes?"

"Oh yes.. so it says that the first class is Advanced Mana Class and the teacher is Ezreal... a demon...".

Lylac raises an eyebrow,

"That sounds intriguing. I hope you're prepared for what lies ahead." She looks at you with a hint of concern in her eyes. "Are you sure you're ready for this?"

"Not really... you know I'm not able to be in the presence of demons.".

Lylac nods understandingly,

"I know you may have reservations about the class, but I have faith in you. We will face whatever challenges come our way and emerge victorious. Are you ready for this?"

"Mhh.....yes!".

"Good. Let's head out then.

We have a lot to prepare for and we can't afford to waste any time."

She takes your hand and leads you out of the room, ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead. They arrived in Magic class and were welcomed by Ezreal.

"Hello, I am Ezreal, your teacher for Advanced Mana Class. Welcome to the class."

Ezreal stands tall and imposing, with a regally authoritative aura surrounding him. He has long, flowing black hair that cascades down his back in waves and piercing blue eyes that seem to see through your very soul. His aura, strangely, didn't faze Nehimia.

" I'm aware of the fact that many of you are triggered by a demon's aura, so I've created an aura blocker for my presence won't cause problems. "

The two girls then took their sit. Lylac was in the front row while Nehimia was at the back next to a boy.

As the class began, Ezreal began to lecture on the basics of magic and how to channel magical energy. Lylac listened intently, her eyes fixed on the instructor as she absorbed every word.

Nehimia could feel the energy in the room shift as the class began to heat up.

"Heyy...do you feel the air a bit ...hot?..." you said to the boy next to you.

The boy beside you chuckles and nods,

"Yeah, this class is always intense. It's like something's charging up in here."

You can feel the same energy radiating off of him, and you realize that you are in the midst of a magical storm. Lylac glances over at you with a raised eyebrow but doesn't say anything.

"i see..mhm.. so what is your name?".

The boy beside you smiles and introduces himself as Amun.

"My name is Amun. And what about you? What's your name?"

he asks, turning to you.

"My name is Nehimia, but you can call me Nemi."

"Nemi, that's a pretty name... It suits you."

He then turns his attention back to the class, ready to learn more about magic and harnessing its power. The room is filled with the sound of murmurs and whispers as students work on their spells, their hands moving in a blur of motion. Suddenly, a demon entered the classroom and said

"What a calm class, full of harmony, full of life."

He walked into the class and looked at Ezreal with a death stare.

"T-The class is dismissed."

He said as he left, leaving the student in confusion.

Nehimia's started feeling weak in the presence of that demon.

"Mawe lafia, mawe lafia" she started chanting silently to gain strength and protection.

As the demon walked into the classroom, you could feel the power emanating from him. Lylac looked at Nehimia with concern,

"Are you alright? You're trembling." She gently places a hand on her friend's shoulder, offering support.

"I'm fine, just a little shaken," Nehimia replies, still chanting under her breath. "I'm here for that kid." He points at a Kota.

Another young boy who looked like a swordsman got up to protect Kota.

"And may I ask why?.." He said with his grip on his sword.

"That boy belongs to me, and I won't let anyone take it from me," the demon growled, its eyes blazing with fury.

The swordsman stepped forward,

"That's not how it works. You have no right to take him without any explanation ."

The demon snarled,

"You dare to challenge me?"

-"Yes i do," He said confidentiality.

The demon had a hysterical life, and with his demon powers, he locked shut the door.

"From now on, no one will come in or come out."

Amun temped Teletrasportation but failed.

"Is as if.. we were in another dimension..." Amun said

"WHAT!??" Lylac replied.

The swordman stepped forward, his eyes blazing with power.

"Then we'll have to fight for him,"

The demon charged at him, swinging its sword wildly. The swordsman parried the attack with ease, his movements fluid and graceful. The demon growled in frustration, its eyes darting around the room, searching for a way to escape. Amun and Lylac both watched in awe as the two young warriors battled against the demon. The air was thick with the sound of clashing metal and the smell of sulfur. Nehimia, after chanting, she'd slowly went at the back of the classroom as a battle was happening.

Nehimia faced the demon's back. She was a bit scared but took a deep breath and waited for the right moment to stike.

The demon turned around, its eyes locked onto Nehimia's face. It raised its sword again, ready to strike. As the demon swung its sword, Nehimia leapt forward, her eyes locked onto the demon's. She let out a fierce battle cry and launched herself towards the demon, her movements swift and precise. The demon tried to dodge, but Nehimia was too fast for him. She landed a powerful blow on the demon's back, causing him to stumble forward. The swordman stepped forward, ready to strike, but the demon quickly regained its footing and swung its sword at him. The swordman parried the attack with ease, his movements fluid and graceful. The demon snarled, its eyes blazing with fury.

Amun stepped forward, trying to reason with the demon.

"What do you want?" he asked.

The demon sneered,

"I want what's rightfully mine. Kota is mine, and I won't let anyone take him from me." Amun winked at Nehimia, giving the signal to attack.

Nehimia held tightly the sword and stabbed the demon at the back.

The demon let out a loud roar of pain and anger as the blade penetrated its flesh. It turned around to face Nehimia, its eyes blazing with fury. Nehimia stood her ground, her grip on the sword steady. The demon charged at her, its sword raised high above its head. Nehimia stood firm, waiting for the right moment to strike. As the demon swung its sword, Nehimia ducked and rolled to the side, narrowly avoiding the blow. She sprang back up and brought her sword down with all her might, plunging it into the demon's chest. The demon let out a deafening roar as it stumbled backwards, its body writhing in pain. Amun, once again, tempted Teletrasportation, and this time it worked.

The demon disappeared in a flash of light and reappeared in a different location, its body now a pile of ash. The swordsman looked at Amun and Lylac, his eyes wide with shock.

"That was amazing," he said, still in disbelief.

Lylac smiled,

"We couldn't have done it without you, Nehimia."

Amun nodded,

"Yes, we couldn't have done it without her. She is a powerful and skilled fighter." He turned to Nehimia,

"But we have a problem. The demon won't stop until it gets what it wants."

-Nehimia nodded,

"I understand. But we can't let him keep Kota. It won't stop until it gets what it wants."

The swordsman looked at Amun,

"What's the plan?"

Amun turned to Lylac,

"Do you have any ideas?"

Lylac thought for a moment before speaking up,

"I could try to use my acrobatic abilities to distract the demon. Maybe that will give us enough time to come up with a plan." Amun nodded,

"Good idea. Let's try it."

You step forward and interrupt Lylac's plan,

"No, we can't use Lylac as a distraction. As we all know, he wants Kota, so causing a distraction will be pointless."

Lylac looks at you with surprise, but Amun nods in agreement,

"You're right, Nehimia. We need to come up with a plan on our own."

You turn to Kota, "You haven't said a word since that demon entered."

Kota looks at you with a mix of fear and anger,

"I know. I just... I don't know what to do."

You take a deep breath and look at Amun and Lylac,

"We need to find a way to defeat the demon and keep Kota safe. Maybe we can use our combined abilities to come up with a plan."

Amun nods,

"That's a good idea. Let's brainstorm and come up with a plan."

Lylac takes out a piece of paper and starts sketching out ideas.

"We need to find a way to defeat the demon and keep Kota safe. Maybe we can use our combined abilities to come up with a plan."

As they were about to brainstorm, they'd hear through the speaker a voice.

"Attention all students. We will be waiting for all of you in the. training arena for a simple introduction to the combat field and to the combat teachers"

The swordsman, Amun, and Lylac exchange worried glances before turning back to the speaker,

"What do you mean by simple introduction?"

"We want to teach you the basics of combat. No magic tricks, just straight-up fighting."

The swordsman raises an eyebrow,

"That sounds like a challenge."

"I'm not the best when it comes to swords..." Nehimia replied.

"That's not important. What's important is that we want to help you learn how to fight. And we will not tolerate any violence or fighting outside the arena."

" That's no fun," the swordsman said.

Nehima turned to the group,

"Let's get going first. We'll think of a plan later."...
