Avery groaned sleepily as his hand snuck out from underneath the duvet he had wrapped himself in, he ran his hand blindly through the bed side table before he picked up his phone. The light from the screen seemed startling bright to his newly opened eyes, he squinted at the screen catching a string of notifications piling up, the phone chimed again and Avery rolled his eyes.
What the hell did is Arianna doing blasting the group chat at this hour, didn't she know people needed sleep? The curtains were closed, but he could make out the pale light of the waning moon, it was 5:10 am for God sake. He half contemplated going back to sleep whatever Arianna was up to wasn't worth losing sleep over.

"What's the matter? Avery sighed, sitting up as he pushed back dangling locks of hair from his face.
