Chapter 254 - Sauron's Golden Finger

Dark Ancient Tower.

Unknowingly, two thousand years had passed since Levi first entered the Ancient Tower. He came to Kane's Land, his powerful spiritual power sweeping across the world.

As far as the eye could see, Wizard Towers stood tall, academies flourished, and humanity prospered. There were more than ten Primal Soul Wizards alone, plus nearly twenty traditional Law Kings.

Inside and outside the tower, all was a scene of prosperity. After consulting everyone's opinions, Levi took half of the Primal Soul Wizards with him, letting them see the world outside.

He also respected the personal opinions of those who were content with the status quo, allowing them to teach and educate in the Ancient Tower, enjoying their remaining years.

Life is not just about poetry and distant places, but also the present.

Seventh floor.

Land of Runes.

"Flame Wolf, come out with me."

"This... is it really possible?"

"Yes, I see that your cultivation has stagnated somewhat in the past hundred years. It may be difficult to reach the peak of the Eighth Ring in the Ancient Tower. This place no longer needs you to guard it."

"Thank you, Apex Saint! By the way... there's another great thing. Our Gray White Academy has seen the rise of a remarkable newcomer in the past hundred years."

"Take me to see."

Levi met the newcomer.

He was dressed in a white robe, tall and straight, with delicate features, radiating the spiritual power fluctuations of a Fourth Ring completion. He was cultivating the Amethyst Body Refinement Method created by Gandalf.

He looked at Levi, neither humble nor arrogant, with the demeanor of a strong man.

Levi asked:

"What's your name, little guy?"

"Platinum Fist · Edward!"

Hearing this title, Levi was stunned for a moment.

The Flame Wolf Saint quickly asked, "What's wrong, Saint? Is there a problem with this person?"

Levi shook his head slightly:

"No problem."

This young man named Edward was born in Nora Calendar 1600, the same year as the current Arcane Academy's "Arcane Star · Viken".

His talent was average, just a Child of Chaos.

However, in a hundred years, he had cultivated the extremely difficult Amethyst Body Refinement Method to the Fourth Ring realm, which showed that his body refinement talent must be very good, but the academy's crystal had not detected any special physique.

Therefore, the teachers did not know how Edward had cultivated to the Fourth Ring.

Levi asked Lyon to secretly investigate Edward's past life. Counting back 666 lives, Edward also had an identity... Platinum Wind, Roger.

If it were before, Levi might have thought it was fate.

But now, he understood that this might be man-made.

"Sauron..."

Roger had already used up his chances for reincarnation. Like the Arcane Emperor, he was an ordinary reincarnation, with no connection to his previous life. In this life, he wanted to walk again as an unremarkable Child of Chaos! In this way, Levi took in another disciple for Gandalf, passing the Chaos Body Refinement Method to Edward, telling him to cultivate well.

Hoping to continue the legend of Roger.

Darkness Zone.

In the void, a hazy mist slowly condensed into a giant face.

The Gray Mist Monarch looked somewhat dazed, muttering to himself, "What's going on? Completely lost perception."

"Damn it, how can a mere Ninth Ring be so difficult to deal with."

The failure of the first Nightmare World invasion war cast a shadow over the Gray Mist Monarch's heart, and now he had lost track of the Twilight Hall Master. Many setbacks made him feel an unspeakable sense of foreboding... After hesitating for a moment, he chose to persevere.

Come on! Gray Mist Monarch! Persistence is victory!

Nora.

Ancient Dragon Continent.

One after another, colossal beast phantoms wreathed in storms materialized in the heavens and earth, their gazes fixed on the burly, wind-wielding, fire-commanding scarlet-armored swordsman.

Wind Fire Dragon Wizard · Lei Long.

After hundreds of years, he had finally completed the preparations for his trans-mythical evolution. With the foundation and fortune of a Dragon Flame Divine Wizard, the reason it had taken so long was mainly because there were too few wind-type legendary creatures known for their Strength.

He didn't want to transcend into myth casually; he wanted to forge a supreme bloodline adept in both wind and fire, one that could perfectly complement his current path as a Wizard.

With mutual promotion, his chances of reaching the apex in this life were greater. He even hoped to have both his Wizard and Knight paths reach the supreme realm simultaneously.

This was his ambition!

"Come, let me defeat these ancient wills lingering within my bloodline! I shall walk step by step towards the supreme! Wind Fire Dragon God Path!"

Lei Long drew his sword and slashed towards the sky! A white hurricane dragon and a black flame dragon intertwined like twisted hemp, spiraling into the heavens, erupting with boundless light!

After a battle that changed the colors of the world.

Lei Long leaned on his longsword, plunging it into the void before him.

He gasped for breath, an indescribable sense of exhilaration in his heart.

"Congratulations, Lei Long."

Abel applauded and cheered.

His father, the Fire Dragon Knight, also emerged from the void.

"Good, my Fire Dragon family now has a supreme bloodline."

His mother, Louise, looked on with emotion.

"If Father were alive, how happy he would be to see this scene… the supreme realm, a dream that was Untouchable to him his entire life."

Thus.

The Twilight Temple's 17th mythical or higher bloodline was born, named [Dragon God Breathing Technique]! Dragon Flame God Wizard Rego was reborn, The King Returns!…

Dark Ancient Tower.

Ninth floor.

Levi's eyes shone brightly, filled with anticipation.

"Good, I wonder which family this 18th mythical bloodline will belong to."

Having a mythical bloodline only meant possessing the potential to step into the Tenth Rank, but whether one could truly overcome the eighty-one tribulations and become a mythical Knight remained unknown.

But as the Twilight Hall Master, Levi would do everything in his power to help these Knights who followed him reach their dream realm.

One day, the Twilight Eighteen Knights would leave Nora, patrol the Multiverse, spread their branches and leaves, and become the 18 pillars supporting the Great Nora World.

"Squeak, squeak, squeak."

A Jin put his hands on his hips, looking disdainfully at the hunting dog, a sense of loneliness of a master at the top, another cruel competition was about to begin.

It was a rat determined to become the King of Treasure Hunters! Having seen the Primal Remains scattered throughout the heavens, Levi looked at the Dark Ancient Tower, his heart filled with anticipation. After three hundred thousand years, the Primal objects collected here were definitely not limited to the Golden Lightning Sword Grass; there must be others buried here.

"Let's get started."

A day later, led by the hunting dog, Levi arrived at a silvery-white mountain range, where as far as the eye could see, there were Mithril ore.

"So much, not bad, not bad."

Mithril might seem like a low-level material, but it was an indispensable resource for all industries of Wizards, used in forging and refining.

"Start digging!"

Behind him, countless shadow legions emerged, beginning to mine.

In the blink of an eye, a mine pit tens of thousands of miles in diameter began to appear, the Eternal Star Abyss devouring these metals like a bottomless pit.

"Who dares disturb my slumber?!"

Suddenly, an incomparably furious voice came from the depths of the mine, followed by a sweeping force of frost, a pure white dragon exuding the aura of the Eighth Ring peak, cracking the earth and roaring towards them.

Frost Wing · Seteld was a genuine pure-blooded dragon, an Ancient White Dragon of the Five-Colored Ancient Dragons, a Frost Dragon, now twenty-five thousand years old...

Logically, given its Lifespan, it should have reached adulthood long ago. However, since its birth, it had felt a restriction in the dark.

This power prevented it from ever reaching adulthood.

Therefore, it was still at the peak of the Eighth Ring.

Fortunately, there were no strong individuals in this world, and Seteld was already a ceiling-level existence, reigning supreme here and enjoying itself.

What made it even happier was that it had recently gone to fight its old rival, Flame Devourer of Stars · Ilos, only to find that the guy had disappeared.

Presumably, he was afraid of its Strength and had hidden himself.

Lonely as snow, it could only sleep.

Until it was awakened today.

"Suffer the wrath of Frost Wing!"

Seteld opened its pale golden dragon eyes, then was dumbfounded. The mountains and plains were filled with a dark, oppressive army of shadows, including some stronger than itself.

It thought it was having a Nightmare, shaking its head.

After waking up, a Black Armor Swordsman came into view.

He wore a kind smile, like an old farmer at harvest time.

"You're called Frost Wing? I'm short of an Ancient White Dragon here. Come with me."

Seteld wanted to get angry and ask who he thought he was.

But the instinctive sense of danger made it stammer, and finally it mumbled:

"Okay, I'll go with you... but who are you?"

Levi pointed to the sky, smiling confidently, "I am the Lord of the Dragon Palace."

Behind Levi, the figures of ten thousand dragons appeared, soaring through the sky, countless eyes watching Frost Wing.

"Seteld greets Your Excellency!"

Frost Wing didn't know if it was dreaming. It didn't dare to say, it didn't dare to ask, and just joined the Dragon Palace in a daze.

Levi clapped his hands in applause. In less than a century, he had collected the second type of Five-Colored Ancient Dragon, and only needed three more to cure his obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Arriving at the Dragon Palace, Frost Wing was shocked.

"So many female dragons."

Although it was not at the Ninth Ring, it was already sexually mature. It couldn't find a suitable mate in the Dark Ancient Tower, so it could only mate with other creatures.

This Dragon Palace was like heaven, with countless beautiful dragons. It now believed it was dreaming, a wet dream.

"Hehehe... hehehe."

Relying on its pure-blooded dragon bloodline, soon after entering, many female dragons were attracted to it, throwing themselves into its arms, and a life of happiness like a god began.

Levi continued to mine, and also took the dragon sons and grandsons born to Frost Wing into the Dragon Palace. With this matter settled, he found Frost Wing.

"In all these years you've been here, have you found any natural treasures?"

Frost Wing silently spat out a pile of gold and silver treasures, somewhat reluctantly. Levi searched through them and finally found a miniature throne phantom.

It was bright silver in color, with mysterious metal runes shining.

"This... this is the Sun Flare wonder [Silver Order]?"

Levi was overjoyed, he could get another wonder for free.

"Refining this wonder should bring Victor to the limit of the Eighth Ring. Once the Wizard Mark is imprinted, he can advance to the Ninth Ring and become the number one Sword Immortal in this world!"

A Golden Finger treasure appeared in his palm.

"I won't take yours for nothing, here's 100 million Gold Coins."

The gold coins rained down, and Frost Wing stared at the rain of Gold Coins in shock, drooling, muttering to himself, "I hope this long dream never ends!"

A month later.

Hound found another Great Stone mine, yielding over 80 billion Great Stones.

Two months later.

Hound discovered a large piece of Ninth Ring raw ore, containing a significant amount of Hegel's Gold.

A Jin, not wanting to be outdone, found Levi a non-sequence Sun Flare wonder, the Thunder Dragon Heart, and also located many Full Moon and Morning Star wonders.

With the improvement of his companion spirit's strength, A Jin's treasure hunting ability far surpassed his previous capabilities. In addition, the ninth floor was simply too vast, accumulating countless treasures over hundreds of thousands of years. Therefore, Levi had small gains every day, with occasional big hauls.

Treasure hunting is something where skill and luck are only auxiliary.

Resources are king, just like fishing.

Time passed.

Half a year later.

Levi arrived at an Extremely Cold Land.

The cold wind was biting, and A Jin sat on Hound's head, acting like a tyrant.

This was the treasure land it had found. Levi had already obtained a Frost Faction Sun Flare wonder, the Frost God's Chapter, on the way.

"So far, I have discovered the temples of the Heavenly Father, Holy Mother, Storm Emperor, and Eternal Flame on the ninth floor.

Among the Seven True Gods, only the Ice and Snow Goddess, King of All Dragons, and Star Beast are missing. These three are relatively more favorably inclined towards Nora than the previous four."

A snow and ice temple faintly emerged in the wind and snow.

Levi's gaze was calm as he pushed open the door. He didn't sense any danger. It was quiet inside, and a decaying figure sat alone in the main hall.

It also had twelve wings on its back, but the ice-crystal-like feathers had long lost their luster. Its figure was tall, and its muscles were strong and powerful, reminding Levi of a Giant.

In its palm, it held a long spear, radiating Divine Light.

It was actually a divine artifact.

Levi's eyes narrowed. This angel's status was not low. Many mid-level gods didn't even have divine artifacts. He didn't sense any danger, so he reached out to take the divine artifact.

Suddenly, the corpse flashed with a ray of light.

Its tightly closed eyes opened, examining Levi before it.

"You've come."

Having not spoken for 300,000 years, its voice was hoarse and deep.

Levi's eyes flickered, and he calmly said, "You knew I was coming?"

"Yes, if you had come any later, the last trace of Divine Power I stored in the divine artifact would have dried up."

"Why were you waiting for me?"

"I am here, waiting, according to the oracle of my master. How many years has it been since the Ancestor of the Frost Giants fell?" it asked.

"More than 300,000 years."

"It's been so long."

"Your master is the Ice and Snow Goddess?"

"Yes."

"Interesting. It seems you willingly allowed Sauron to imprison you here. If I'm not mistaken, you were a Frost Giant before you became a god."

"I am Frost Giant King · Olsen."

"So, after the Ancestor of the Frost Giants failed to defy the heavens and slay the gods, you Frost Giants ultimately betrayed him and joined the Ice and Snow Goddess?"

Hearing the word 'betrayal,' the voice coldly laughed, "The Giant race would rather die standing than live kneeling. Betrayal is not in our dictionary.

In the past, when we failed to slay the gods, the Ancestor of the Frost Giants died, and the gods divided and devoured his supreme body, attempting to obtain the Blood of Frost to increase their Divine Authority.

But supreme power is not something these false gods can easily control. The Ice and Snow Goddess, who devoured the most of my master, is no longer the original goddess."

His will had long been replaced by the Giant Ancestor. We giants are brave and fearless with brute strength, but we are not fools.

Since we can't win, we feign joining them, lie dormant, and wait for the opportunity. The future may not be without a chance to rise again."

Hearing this, Levi's expression was calm, as if he had expected it: "So, the Frost Giant Ancestor is not dead? Why are you telling me this?"

Olsen said:

"Because you are a contingency plan arranged by Sauron. My Lord and Sauron have an agreement that after 300,000 years, when the time is ripe, we will rise up and attack the gods again!"

Levi thought to himself, not fully believing this person's words.

Because he remembered the Frost Witch, who had also obtained the power of the Giant Ancestor and might face the risk of being eroded by the Giant Ancestor's will.

The Giant Ancestor wants to be reborn through a vessel; could it be that he split himself in two, one in the Star Realm and one in the mortal realm, not putting all his eggs in one basket? That's quite risk-conscious.

"Since the Giants and Nora are allies, why has your Ice and Snow Church occasionally oppressed Nora since ancient times? Is it all an act?" Levi asked.

"Naturally, only if we appear to be one of them will we not arouse suspicion from the Star Realm. Sauron said that this is the great wisdom of 'harmonizing with the dust.' If you want to get along in the Star Realm, you can't be too different," Olsen said.

Hearing this, Levi was basically certain that Olsen was not lying to him. But he was still uneasy and wandered around the temple alone.

Olsen just muttered to himself.

"You don't need to be surprised. Existences that can reach the highest realm cannot die completely. They more or less leave behind contingencies in the Multiverse.

After the Giant Race's failed attack on the gods, they were not completely wiped out. Some of us surrendered to the Star Realm, were appointed as angels, and worked for them.

The other part hid in a special dimensional space opened up by the Giant Ancestor within the Multiverse, the [Land of Ancestral Gods], silently multiplying, not asking about worldly affairs, waiting for the opportunity for revenge."

Levi, who was searching for treasure, raised his head and asked:

"Where is that place?"

Olsen did not hide anything from Levi.

"The entrance is in the Forgotten Land."

After saying this, he closed his eyes.

"And then?" Levi asked.

Unfortunately, Olsen did not answer.

His last breath dissipated, and his divine remains turned into ashes, leaving only the spear-shaped divine artifact falling to the ground, making a crisp sound.

Levi picked it up, and there were words inscribed on it in Star Realm script.

"Shattered Jade."

This should be an ancient divine artifact, with power comparable to the [Twilight Moon]. It once belonged to Olsen, the strongest Archangel of the Ice and Snow Goddess · Katherina.

A surge of information poured into Levi's mind from the Shattered Jade Divine Spear.

"This divine artifact is actually the key to the Giant Kingdom."

Levi still needed to verify whether the Ice and Snow Goddess · Katherina was truly an ally. Finally, he found a blue ancient book on a bookshelf in the temple.

It radiated a purple epic light, and should be a treasure.

[Equipment Name: Frost Codex (Epic)] [Equipment Level: Ninth Level] [Equipment Effect: Giant's Proof] ... [Giant's Proof: 1. With this codex, you can obtain the friendship of the ancient Giant Race. 2. Through this codex, you can communicate with the Frost Giant Ancestor and obtain the Frost Giant Ancestor's blessing for a short time, increasing Strength by 500% for a quarter of an hour.]

After reading it, Levi put it away.

This item would be very useful for his trip to the Forgotten Land. In addition, the 500% increase was also good, allowing his killing power to reach a new level.

He opened the book and found a bookmark in the interlayer.

[Ice and Snow Goddess · Katherina, resides in the extremely cold mountains of the Thousand Hills Kingdoms. She is the second largest beneficiary of the Frost Giant Ancestor's fall, devouring the Frost Giant's Soul, thus becoming a top existence among powerful gods.]

After I advanced to Supreme, He contacted me proactively, wanting to cooperate with me, and revealed His secret: the Ancestor of the Frost Giants was not completely dead.

Long before the Heaven Smiting War, He had already prepared a backup plan, secretly establishing the Giant Kingdom, hiding all the Giant clans of various races within it as a seed of revival.

He used a secret method to shatter His own soul will, evenly distributing it among all individuals of the Frost Giant race possessing the Blood of Frost, and it could be passed down through bloodlines.

As long as one survived, He would have a chance to be reborn through it. Although I think the newborn individual would no longer be Him.

But He firmly believes that He is the Blood of Frost!

As long as the bloodline is not extinguished, He will not die!

The price of the secret method is that He went completely mad... schizophrenic, more chaotic than the Abyss Will. The obsession with Heaven Smiting guided Him to rush into the Star Realm, wreaking havoc.

In the end, He was jointly killed by two incarnations of the Star Ancestor, dying in the Star Realm. His body was divided and eaten by the gods. Perhaps He had already foreseen such a result.

He was just unwilling, His obsession reigniting within the Ice and Snow Goddess.

He wanted to try again, so we chose to cooperate. He said that one day in the future, His new will would make a comeback in individuals possessing the Blood of Frost. But He saw the limitations of the Giant race, so He wanted to live in a different way.

He wanted to combine the Blood of the Frost Giants with the path of the Wizard, to see if it could give birth to an existence stronger than Him, and even stronger than me, Sauron.

He said that the Ultimate Creation, who once wreaked havoc in the four realms and ultimately failed, had created a secret method related to the Frost Giants, and His bloodline also remained in humans. He wanted His will to be reborn in human individuals, to live another life.

I told Him to wait... I said I wasn't ready yet, and the right time was far from arriving. Constantly dispersing and launching intermittent attacks would not defeat the Star Realm. We must unite all forces and strike simultaneously at some point in the future to have a chance. If you believe me, you might as well listen to my arrangements.

He agreed.

After the failure, He realized that He was indeed not good at planning.

I asked Him, what if the newly born will of the Frost Giant Ancestor clashed with the human will in the future? He said that they would rely on their own abilities and compete fairly.

If He wins, He will truly live a second life.

If He loses, He believes that He will not die completely.

As long as He firmly believes that He is the [Blood of Frost] itself, then His, Yogmir's, will will exist forever and never perish.

Isn't this a kind of self-consolation? I admire this Ancestor of the Giants. With my human way of thinking, I really can't reach such a state.

Before leaving the Ice and Snow Divine Kingdom, He handed me the [Evolution Stone Slab] fragments that He had secretly collected.

He said that this was the key to bloodline evolution. The Ultimate Creation was able to gather the blood of all spirits and achieve the Supreme realm because He obtained these.

But relying solely on bloodlines, even if one cultivates to the peak, it is not enough to be truly invincible. The Ultimate Creation is a lesson from the past, so He is very optimistic about the path of the Wizard.

Bloodline and flesh are matter;

Soul and will are spirit.

Every living being is a collection of matter and spirit. But from ancient times to the present, no one has refined both matter and spirit to the peak.

The Star Ancestor is the ultimate collection of faith and spirit, the Nightmare is the ultimate collection of negative spirit, and the Abyss and the Netherworld, although powerful, are also not complete enough.

Exhausting the blood of all spirits and gathering all kinds of knowledge, combining the two, perhaps one can transcend everything and become that transcendent universe... the Supreme existence.

The so-called Supreme is just a strong person with a ceiling above their head.

Breaking the ceiling is [Unsurpassed]! The Unsurpassed realm can be level twelve, or it can be level one hundred.

Because this is the end of the universe, and also the beginning of time.

I asked Him whether a living being reaching the "Unsurpassed Realm" would replace the Darkness Zone, transform into the Dao with their body, become a new universe, and fall into an endless cycle of death.

He couldn't answer, and I couldn't answer either.

Because our realm is not enough to see all of that.

Before leaving, He arranged for His most loyal Archangel to be defeated and imprisoned by me, so that it would appear that I treated everyone equally, so as not to be suspected by other gods.

The Shattered Jade Divine Spear can travel to the secret Giant Kingdom He established. If one day I am ready, then we will unite and fight again! After leaving the Ice and Snow Divine Kingdom, I visited the last two of the Seven True Gods. As I guessed, the King of All Dragons and the Lord of the Stars are also double agents.

These losers are all unwilling.

The Star Realm was once their homeland, their home. They are the true stars of the Multiverse, not those Divine Kingdoms built on faith.

How many such "plotting in secret" exist in the vast Star Realm? Does the Star Ancestor deep inside know all of this? I don't know.

After a while.

I'm going to seek death too.

Only a dead level eleven will put the behemoths at ease.

That year, I was fortunate enough to come to this universe, starting as an ordinary farmer. Favored by heaven and earth, I unearthed a broken [Nameless Stone Tablet] while tilling the land. It appeared to be man-made, yet bore no inscriptions.

Who would have thought that this stone tablet would become my, a transmigrator's, only reliance in this dark and chaotic world? Until I relied on it to become a Legendary Wizard, and gradually, through strengthening myself and traveling the Multiverse, uncovered a portion of the sealed history.

Only then did I realize that this stone tablet was actually a fragment of a Primal Relic. I don't know what the ancients called it; I call it the [Wisdom Stone Slab].

It is the "seed of wisdom," the "Prometheus," and also the "limiter" used by the Star Realm to block wisdom and make all beings ignorant.

It once existed deep within the Star Realm, like a wall, a curtain, a pair of handcuffs... obscuring our eyes from observing all things, clouding our minds from contemplating laws, and shackling our hands from creating tools.

Relying on it, the gods can more easily spread faith, ensuring that the masses can never leave the gods, preventing them from self-improvement, from learning, making them blind, conformist, timid, numb, and losing the ability to think independently.

This is a mental poison that directly affects thought!

After the rise of the Wizards, the Heavenly Father, in order to slander me and deceive ignorant mortals, fabricated the false legend of the [Seven Heavenly Knights]...

The Saint selflessly divided his remains among the seven knights, thus bestowing them with divine speed, endurance, spirit, mind, Strength, defense, and wisdom.

They said that I, Sauron, became wise by eating the Saint's brain. They said that the knights' power also came from the Saint's gift.

God loves the world... bullshit! Love your mother's head! I didn't eat brains; I don't want to get prion disease.

In the primal era of the universe's explosion, the Primal Spirit [Wisdom], used to perfect the rules and enlighten the wisdom of living beings, was already born. If it had followed the normal development trajectory, it should have annihilated itself like Time, Space, and other primal things, becoming part of the universe, allowing living beings to evolve themselves and learn Knowledge.

But like the [Evolution Stone Slab], the [Wisdom Stone Slab] was obtained by the Star Realm and sealed away, preventing the world from gaining wisdom, preventing the people from opening their eyes to see the world! Those insects are too afraid of the world gaining wisdom.

Because [Wisdom] is a capability with extremely high upper and lower limits, it is unpredictable, uncontrollable, and once it develops, no one can guess its direction.

It is the magic weapon for discovering the laws of the universe.

It is the weapon for analyzing all truths.

Because of the Ice and Snow Goddess, that is, the ancestor of the Frost Giants, I learned about the [Will of Azure Sky]. He is a very powerful old thing from the ancient era.

He actually proposed the theoretical conjectures of the [Evolution Stone Slab] and [Bloodline], and created the Barbarian Race's totem path, although he still did not escape the shackles of faith. This is not his fault, nor is it that he is not smart enough.

It is because throughout the ancient years, his [Wisdom] was clamped by the [Limiter], so even if he racked his brains, he could not think of the [Wisdom Stone Slab].

Because the power from the Wisdom Stone Slab would invisibly make all living beings forget it, allowing it to forever exist in the mists of history and the vacuum of thought.

This is the other world's 404 Great Law!

This world needs a "Humen drug burning"! So after the ancestor of the Frost Giants broke the [Evolution Stone Slab], I guessed that the later one immediately smashed the [Wisdom Stone Slab].

That one was Kars, the Ultimate Creation who reached the pinnacle before me, the strongest supreme expert from non-behemoth worlds in all of history.

In terms of combat power alone, I am not as good as it, but as the ancestor of the Frost Giants said, it is not enough to rely solely on Bloodline to fight against the behemoths.

Kars failed, its body and Dao disappeared, possibly hiding somewhere waiting to make a comeback in the future, but it did a good deed before its death.

I stand on the shoulders of these predecessors and Giants, born with a better era and conditions, and even obtained a fragment of the [Wisdom Stone Slab] relying on my transmigrator halo. That's why my Wizard path has been smooth sailing.

I am well aware that the reason I, Sauron, have achieved today's accomplishments is not because I am so awesome and hardworking, but because the era has created me.

A good wind relies on strength to help me reach the clouds!

But the era can only send me to the ordinary supreme realm, and the era cannot violate the will of the behemoths, cannot disobey and overthrow the Star Ancestor.

So, next, I want to switch roles with the era.

I want to use my plans, my Strength, my efforts, my Wisdom, my civilization to create a great era that is enough to shake the behemoth worlds, it will bring unprecedented great storms... so great that it overturns those high and mighty above! Take this golden age as the opportune time and favorable terrain!

Take the soul that does not belong to this universe as the harmony of people!

To carry out a great transformation of heaven and earth! Prosperous times breed running dogs, chaotic times produce heroes! Only by making the entire Multiverse a mess!

The heroes from the grass roots in the cracks have a chance of survival.

If the universe is chaotic or not, the Abyss has the final say.

Let's start this game of chess from here.]

The content of the easter egg came to an abrupt end.

Having grown accustomed to Sauron's cliffhangers, Levi silently put away his bookmark.

He seemed to have anticipated something, muttering to himself, "As expected, I knew it. Sauron also has a Golden Finger... Without cheats, in this desperate Darkness Zone, it's impossible for mortals, who are completely controlled by the four behemoths, to rise up."

When a person's life, from birth to death, is arranged so clearly, even if they are smart and have heaven-defying luck, they can't make any waves.

So, it still comes down to this: only the Primal can fight against the Primal.

So many Primal beings were born during the World Creation; according to Sauron, their purpose should be to perfect the rules of the universe and build a better world.

But once they have consciousness and the biological instinct to pursue profit, some Primal beings will inevitably embark on the path of oppressing and controlling other beings.

Therefore, the evolution of the universe has deviated, ultimately forming the current situation.

And those who have become powerful first, the vested interests, will inevitably try to gather resources and restrict the development of those who come later.

In the final analysis, it is still that the "resources" of the Darkness Zone, or rather the universe, are relatively limited within a historical node.

Although it is expanding, it is too slow, far behind the rate of consumption.

At first, Levi thought Sauron wanted Nora to rise up and form a balance with the other four behemoths, with the addition of the Zerg at most, thus forming a situation of six behemoths.

But now, he feels that Sauron's ambition is more than that.

He may want to completely end the Abyss, the Star Realm, the Nightmare, and the Zerg... As for the Netherworld, as an ally, it should be spared.

If all these behemoths are destroyed, the Darkness Zone will naturally save countless resources, enough for the Nora's myriad races to grow.

In the end, it's still a fight! Calming his mind, Levi flew away from the main hall.

If there are no accidents, there are still two temples on the ninth floor.

The battle between the King of All Dragons and the Lord of the Stars in their later years was actually a show with a purpose. The Stars Dragon King joining the Star Realm to become a god is not necessarily for prolonging Lifespan, or rather... not entirely for prolonging Lifespan.

If you can't beat them, join them!

But my heart is with Nora while I'm in the Cao camp! I'm submissive in the Star Realm, but when the time is right, I'll strike with full force!

This is the "Avengers Alliance" that Sauron has formed! Good, what a time to achieve great things.

Levi was excited for a moment.

Sauron humbly said that without the Evolution Stone Slab, he would be nothing.

But he can plan so much and design every step so precisely.

His image as the ancestor of Wizards in Levi's heart has not completely collapsed.

What has truly collapsed is Sauron's uncomplimentary taste.

He had a good harvest from this temple trip: a Divinity Crystal, a divine artifact, and a Ninth Ring exotic treasure.

Most importantly, he learned the way to the Giant Kingdom.

Otherwise, even if he went to the Forgotten Land, he might only find some wandering ordinary Giant clans and would not be able to contact the true foundation of the Giant race.

The temple was found by A Jin.

It was very proud; it had caught up with the hunting dog again.

With half a year left before the Dark Ancient Tower opens, surpassing it will be as easy as turning over one's hand.

A month later.

In a certain valley, a black Cold Pool is hidden within.

The golden-haired rat landed in the sky, its eyes darting around.

Levi strode forward and with a wave of his hand, a gale sucked away the water from the thousand-mile Cold Pool, revealing the scene below: a white giant serpent, ten thousand feet long, coiled there. It exuded a late Eighth Ring aura, with a single, prominent unicorn horn growing from its head... or rather, it looked more like the tooth of some creature, with runes of truth flashing upon it.

"A Sun Flare wonder that coexists with a transcendent creature, interesting."

The white giant serpent looked tense, coiling up like a cobra, revealing its fangs. Two streams of venomous breath corroded the void, shooting towards Levi.

"The resistance of the weak is quite adorable in my eyes."

Levi wasn't angry at all. With the Adamantine Saint Domain protecting him, immune to water and fire, he swaggered up to the giant serpent and slapped it across the face, much to its shock. The powerful slap sent the giant serpent crashing into the ground, dizzy, battered, and bruised.

Its gaze was dull as it stared at Levi in fear, unmoving.

Levi said softly, "Be more discerning in the future. I can destroy your home with a wave of my hand, so don't engage in pointless struggles. Preserving your life is the most important thing. If it were anyone else, you'd already be a dead snake."

He pulled the wonder from the serpent's head.

"I'll call you Poison Dragon's Fang."

This wonder was a variant of the Ocean Faction, containing potent venomous energy. It would be excellent for Triss to refine, enough to command her existing five poisonous wonders and take her a step further.

This white giant serpent seemed simple-minded, but it was actually quite extraordinary.

It was a Heavenly Frost White Serpent, like the Chaos Ancient Serpent, a serpentine dragon, and a legendary one at that, just not fully grown.

Levi remembered his deceased friend, White Serpent Yorman. The source of its dragon bloodline might have come from this Heavenly Frost White Serpent.

"Come with me, you won't grow much here."

Levi said gently, using the power of the Azure Emperor Dragon to heal its injuries.

The Heavenly Frost White Serpent felt warm and comfortable all over.

It lowered its head, indicating its submission.

With Levi's Dragon King might, subduing dragons with a shake of his tiger body was standard practice.

Time passed day by day.

In the remaining months, Levi gained many more good things.

Including but not limited to:

The Sun Flare wonder Fire Crow's Nest obtained in the land of extreme fire, the Ninth Ring exotic treasure Sword of the Ten Thousand Copper King obtained in an ancient ruin, the Ninth Ring Gale ore and Eighth Ring Amethyst excavated by the hunting dogs... and so on, not to list them all.

On the eve of the Dark Ancient Tower's closure.

A Jin brought Levi to the last treasure land.

A dead, ten-thousand-foot-tall giant tree lay across the canyon, emitting dense dark energy that devoured the surrounding light. This was Black Star Wood.

"Refining it into the Wizard Tower will essentially complete the mainstream elemental and energy factions... perfect." Levi threw out Eternal Star Abyss, taking it into it.

In the ravine below the Black Star Wood, there also grew clusters of strange plants that looked like eyeballs, swaying and making rustling sounds.

Suddenly, all the eyeballs turned to Levi, looking at him in unison. Levi was not surprised but delighted, and with a wave of his hand, he uprooted the entire patch of land.

"It's Ghost Eye Grass, truly heaven is helping me."

Ghost Eye Grass, an Eighth Ring herb, was extinct in the outside world.

It could be used to refine Dream Shattering Potion. Taking this potion would permanently grant one the Dream Shattering Eye, capable of seeing through most conventional illusions below the Eighth Ring. The Nightmare invasion crisis was not over, and this potion would definitely sell well.

The next morning.

Levi returned to the Darkness Zone.

An indescribable gray mist enveloped the surrounding world.

He snapped his fingers, and boundless flames swept back in all directions, accompanied by a persistent gale. When the wind and fire stopped, the mist had not dissipated.

A mocking voice rang out.

"Once you enter my Gray Mist Domain, don't even think about leaving."

Levi looked into the void, his eyes filled with golden light.

"Oh? Is that so?"
