Prince Xavier walked out of the conference room with his head held high, strolling with pride like the royalty he was. He stretched out his left hand and one of the guards standing by his side handed a pair of sunglasses over to him, which he wore effortlessly.
The large glass doors swung open and flashes from cameras lit up his face. Paparazzi crowded around him, shouting questions he didn't bother to answer—he never did.
He had gotten a lot more famous in the past few months, and now even getting to his car was a struggle. Twelve guards tried to shield him, but the crowd pushed closer as if they wanted to somehow share his skin with him.
Finally, Prince Xavier entered the car and a loud sigh escaped his lip. He took off the shade and handed it over to the guard sitting in the front seat. Without looking at the driver, he ordered. "Take me to the penthouse. I'm certain my mansion is crowded at this moment."
