Chapter 105 - Chapter 105:Hello, Chris, my name is Violet!

Chris's Ship - Training Room

"So happy! Feels like throwing a party is just the best," Karina said, her beautiful eyes sparkling as she smiled brightly. "If we could have parties often, with everyone happy and cheerful, that would be great."

Perona floated around in the air, nodding repeatedly, her laughter crisp and clear. "Yeah, yeah! This princess loves parties too—super love them! Hahahaha~"

Sweet Queen rolled her eyes at the two of them and said impatiently, "You're overthinking it. How is that possible? Not to mention throwing parties often, it's not like we have that much free time."

"The most important thing is—what kind of person is Chris? How could he waste time on something as meaningless as a party?" Betty took a drag of her cigarette, as calm as ever. "Even if we enter the Grand Line, we won't be having another party."

"If we want a next time, we'll have to wait until after we defeat Crocodile and become one of the Seven Warlords. Only then might there be a possibility."

Vivi brushed aside her pale golden hair, her flawless face breaking into a sweet smile as she agreed, "A party like this, even just once, is enough for me."

"For a training machine like Chris, taking a break even once is already incredibly rare."

"As for the next time? Don't even think about it."

Makino nodded, her eyes curving gently in a tender expression.

"A man should be like this—ambitious and striving to grow stronger."

"If all he does is drink, that's no good."

Makino looked at them and smiled faintly. "The tavern I run is full of people like that."

"Every day, all they do is drink. They don't do anything else, and their spirits are completely worn down—utterly lacking any goals."

Carmen shrugged her delicate shoulders and retorted directly, "I don't oppose training, but someone like Chris pushing himself so hard is a bit excessive."

Nami waved her hand, blinking her big eyes with a pure, sweet smile as she said cheerfully, "No need to worry, everyone!"

"In just a few days, we'll reach Loguetown, and then we'll enter the Grand Line. Soon after, we'll arrive at the Kingdom of Alabasta."

"Before the Egg Team Captain competition, we'll definitely become the Seven Warlords."

Nojiko brushed aside her blue hair and smiled. "Loguetown—I remember it's called The Town of Beginnings and Endings."

"It's not just famous in the East Blue. Even across the world, it's renowned and widely known."

Robin crossed her legs, resting her chin on her delicate hand as she nodded lightly in agreement.

"Loguetown is indeed very famous—after all, it's the birthplace and execution ground of the Pirate King."

"Any pirate worth their salt definitely knows about this town. That's beyond doubt."

Nami chuckled and added, "If we're setting out from the East Blue and want to enter the Grand Line, we'll have to pass through Loguetown. There's no avoiding it."

"Once we get to Loguetown, we'll take a good look around and see what makes it so special."

Just then, a crisp sound rang out in the training room.

Pururu Pururu Pururu…

A Den Den Mushi in Bakura's drawer began ringing.

The women all froze for a moment, their pretty faces filled with confusion.

Because the Den Den Mushi Bakura managed had never rung before—this was the first time!

"How strange… Who could be calling?" Sweet Queen frowned, staring at the drawer in front of Bakura, her expression puzzled. "I always thought this Den Den Mushi was out of service. Never expected it to actually ring."

"Incredible. Who could it be?"

Betty exhaled a puff of smoke, as composed as ever. "What's the point of guessing? Just answer and find out."

Bakura slowly pulled open the drawer and gently placed a purple Den Den Mushi on the table.

Without hesitation, she picked up the receiver and answered.

"Hello, is this Chris?"

The Den Den Mushi mimicked Violet's appearance—her jet-black hair, her stunningly beautiful face.

It was clear the woman on the other end must be extraordinarily gorgeous!

The women were stunned—it was a woman.

And a breathtakingly beautiful one at that.

"Who is this person? I've never seen her before," Kalifa said, looking at the others, her delicate eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

Perona, floating in the air, shook her head and said directly, "I've never seen her either. No idea who she is."

"He's training right now," Bakura replied, smoothing her deep red hair, her eyes curving into a gentle smile. "May I ask who you are?"

There was silence on the other end—no immediate response.

Violet hadn't expected this situation at all.

Under normal circumstances, when she called, Chris should have been the one to answer.

But instead, a woman had picked up.

Still, it didn't matter. Violet wasn't fazed.

With a bright, cheerful tone, she said, "My name is Violet. I have something important to discuss with Chris."

"Could you please pass the Den Den Mushi to him? I'd like to speak with him privately. Thank you!"

Sweet Queen glanced at Betty and smirked slightly, whispering, "This woman seems very polite. I bet she has an excellent demeanor."

Betty shrugged, took another drag of her cigarette, and said flatly, "Who knows? I definitely don't recognize her."

Bakura smiled warmly and replied graciously, "Of course. Please hold on a moment. I'll ask for you."

She had a very good impression of Violet—her manners were impeccable.

"Thank you so much!" Violet blinked her beautiful eyes, her smile sweet and charming.

Bakura looked at the man busy training ahead and said with a bright smile, "Chris, there's a call for you."

"Her name is Violet. She wants to discuss something privately with you."

Chris was doing one-handed push-ups, not stopping, his voice as calm as ever. "Tell her to speak directly."

None of the women were surprised by his response—it was completely expected.

After all, this guy never cared about anything else unless it was a major issue.

Unless it was something critical, nothing could interrupt his training!

"Our captain is as cold as ever," Makino said, looking at the others, smoothing her deep green hair with a gentle, ladylike smile.

Kaya nodded lightly, her sweet smile unwavering. "Chris is too diligent—he can't stop even for a minute."

Carmen leaned back in her chair, crossing her legs, her pretty face showing a helpless expression. "I'm speechless. I'm used to it by now."

Vivi glanced at Carmen and said with a grin, "I'm used to Chris's indifference too. That's just how his personality is—unique."

Bakura looked at the Den Den Mushi and said gently, "Chris said you can speak directly. He's listening."

She knew Chris's habits better than anyone.

The truly important Den Den Mushi were always under Chris's direct control—never left lying around.

For example, the ones he used to communicate with Momousagi (Pink Rabbit), Hancock, and others…

The Den Den Mushi in her hands wasn't of high importance—Chris didn't pay much attention to it.

Silence fell on the other end again. The Den Den Mushi's eyes blinked, mimicking Violet's thoughtful expression—vivid and lifelike.

Discussing such an important matter in front of outsiders?

Violet couldn't accept that.

"Please tell Chris that what I have to say is extremely important."

"I'd like to speak with him privately. Could you please relay that to him? Thank you!"
