✿ CHAPTER 32 ✿
I sat quietly in My Dad's office while he was doing his work.
But this isn't the reason I'm here...I came here to see-
"Amelia, here, have some coffee" Assistant Zane handed me a cup of hot coffee.
"Thanks" I smiled
"Your Dad is always busy on weekdays"
"As the vice CEO, he takes over from the main boss"
"The main boss can be very scary sometimes"
"The main boss? You mean the CEO right?"
"Yes, everything going on in this building is being controlled by him"
"He is very strict with his employees, no one dares to disobey his rules"
"There are still some people who were working at the time of the CEO's father when he was still in his seat. The boss respects these people because they are older than him, and your father is one of the people he respects even though he's the CEO"
WOW!! I sure did learn something new about Leonard today.
"Where is the CEO?" I asked
"He's about to have a board meeting with some executives" Assistant Zane sipped his coffee.
"Oh" I sipped my coffee
"Do you mind if I just take a little tour around the company?"
"You want to take a tour? Alone?"
"Yes, I'm not a kid assistant Zane" I sighed
"I didn't mean that, I just- never mind. Just be careful"
"if you get lost just call your Dad"
"I won't" I smiled as I walked towards My Dad
"Dad, I'm going for a tour around"
"Go with assistant Zane"
"No, I'll be fine on my own"
"Amelia-"
"Bye!!" I walked out of his office closing the door behind me.
I adjusted my face cap, I took a deep breath as I cracked my knuckles. It's time for OPERATION FIND LEONARD.
I mean that was the main reason I was here anyway.
I walked down the hallway attracting many glances my way. The workers wondered who I was.
when I got to the elevator, there were some other people there.
"Good morning" I greeted them. They were both males and females with suits on and a stern-looking expression on their faces as they clutched the files in their hands.
They didn't respond to my greetings, so I just walked into the elevator. The elevator was big enough to carry 10 people so I just stayed put at the center clutching onto nothing but my bag pack.
2 minutes went by and I was beginning to feel uneasy, the silence was so uncomfortable.
WHAT WAS UP WITH THIS PEOPLE!!

I looked up at them, I noticed their appearance was different from the other employees. Their suits looked different, they looked like business executives, not employees.
AHHHHHHH!! HOW DIDN'T NOTICE THIS BEFORE GETTING IN!!
'Amelia what have you gotten yourself into!!' I screamed in my head.
But hold on a second, this lift has been going up for a long time now...I looked at the button and it was directly heading to the very first floor.
FIRST FLOOR? FIRST FLOOR!!
But that isn't where I was heading to!!.
"Uhm, excuse me I-"
'ding' the elevator door immediately opened as everyone stepped out, the person behind me urged me to move out of the elevator so they could walk out.
"Wait-" before I knew it was already out of the elevator.
