Days passed somehow admiring him in lunch break only.
.
.
I never noticed when he started sitting behind me — but once I did, it was impossible to ignore him. Cute, yes. But also rude, distant, and annoyingly unforgettable. Our eyes would meet by accident, and every time, it felt like the universe was playing a cruel game with my heart.
If I had a rupee for every time our eyes met by accident, I'd be rich enough to buy a new heart — because mine was tired of beating faster every time he looked at me.
At this time, I didn't know what is in our destiny cuz today in morning he sat beside me. Yes , I was on ninth cloud and my cheeks turned pink.
"At that moment, my teacher noticed too. In a strict voice, she declared, 'Only studies, nothing else.' She addressed the whole class, but I knew those words were meant for me.
While she spoke,Priya's eyes were fixed on me, but even than I fell for him. And when I fell for him I didn't realize I had messed my own life."
But It was not like desk mate, It was the feeling like arranged marriage couples on first night (Just Kidding).
Days passed,
And still he remained Cold-faced towards me not saying a word. He didn't talked to me.
What was this attitude? I had no clue.
Meanwhile our teacher kept glancing at us on the first bench, probably noticing the start contrast in our handwriting.
Now you might think that my handwriting in nice and his bad.
No!, It was vice a versa.
Yes, I was a Backbencher who sat on the first bench beside a topper.
One day he laughed on me cuz teacher scold me , I was angry on him but I cant do anything.

Days passed ,
Our school was celebrating bhondla. So we were gone in traditional dress. I was wearing lehenga saree in yellow colour.
My mom dressed me and did my make up , i clicked some pics and my mom took the phone (I didn't have my personal phone at that time ). So I said bye and she gone to office , I played with my cat and after sometime my van came , I step outside of my house and everyone was shock to see me in lehenga saree I said bye to my cat amd than I sat in the van said bye to my grandma and grandpa and gave flying kiss to my cat.
Van started. We gossip cuz it's our duty .
We arrived.
Entered the school saw Priya in gorgeous pink lehenga,
"You are looking gorgeous, Swarg se utri hui apsara lag rahi ho, Sundar." I complimented.
She was blushing and said "Aww thank you meri jaan."
"Your looking so gorgeous that I can't say that in words." She said.
"Thank you so much." I said.
I saw Raj was looking at her and was blushing the way I see Vihaan.
I told Priya.
"NO, He is not , he likes someone else." She said.
"NO, He is watching you with soft eyes and blushing ." I said.
"Girl you know what, he is looking at you the way I see Vihaan". I said.
I was telling the fact, but she denied.
The truth is he loved her from sixth standard. She just didn't know.
Mam came in class.
"Good morning mam." Whole class wished her.
"Good morning , sit down classs we will be doing Chapter 4 today . I know you are not in mood of studying but you have to study." Mam said.
We requested and she said okay.
I'll give you the free period but just dont make loud sound.
We said, "Okay mam, thank you so much."
We started talking.
"JIJU AAJ KHUP CHAN DISTO AHE."
(TODAY JIJU(VIHAAN) IS LOOKING SO NICE). PRIYA SAID.
"Who is your Jiju?" Raj asked.
"Obviously your best friend!" Priya said.
"Ohhh this means Aanya likes Vihaan?
OMG ! What a fresh news." Raj said.
"Raj yaar shut your mouth, or else I'll kill you." I said.
"Vahini(sister-in-law), don't kill me, I want to see your wedding ." Raj said.
[I was shock to hear Vahini for Raj's mouth and about wedding.]
(Priya saw my cheeks turning pink).
And in this conversation, We didn't notice that Vihaan had been staring at me for a long time while standing beside Ma'am. The moment I caught his gaze, my heart skipped a beat — and he quickly turned away.
Raj noticed my cheeks turning red and he started teasing me .
I swear if I had a chance I'll kill him.
But the most important thing was Vihaan was noticing everything about me.
I swear that was the best day of my life.
Everything was going okay until Ma'am announced, "Good afternoon, students. Come down to the ground to play Dandiya and Bhondla." We got exicted.
We all went to the ground, excitement buzzing in the air. We played a lap around, laughter echoing as our feet moved to the rhythm. Everything felt perfect — until I saw him playing, completely lost in the game.
Priya caught me staring. "Not again," she sighed.
I shot her a side-eye, and muttered "Shut up," trying to hide my burning cheeks.
We laughed, spinning and twirling with our sticks. After the games, we returned to class, still giggling and talking about the fun we had.
We were on our way back to class when Raj suddenly stopped me.
"I saw you staring at Vihaan," he blurted out.
I froze. "Ahhh...? What are you saying? And why?" I tried to act casual, but my heart pounded.
Raj tilted his head, a knowing smile playing on his lips. "Just tell me — are you in love with Vihaan? I've seen you looking at him... the same way I look at Priya."
I swallowed hard, my cheeks burning. "Okay, fine. I love him," I admitted, my voice barely a whisper. "
"I fell for him before I even understood what love meant." I said.
Raj chuckled softly. "See? I knew it."
While we talked, Raj's eyes flicked to something behind me. Or someone.
"He's staring at you," Raj whispered, leaning in.
I turned, and there he was — Vihaan, his gaze lingering on me longer than usual.
Raj nudged me playfully. "By the way... you're looking beautiful."
I shot Raj a glare, my heart pounding like a drum. "Shut up," I hissed, my face burning even more cuz I know he was making Vihaan jealous.
Raj wiggled his eyebrows. "Oh? Blushing already? Should I call Vihaan over?"
I gasped, smacking his arm. "I swear, if you —"
"VIHAAN!" Raj called out, way too loudly.
I nearly choked on air.
"RAJ!" I grabbed his wrist, trying to pull him away, but it was too late. Vihaan turned to look at us, brows slightly furrowed.
Meanwhile, Raj was singing "MERI KALAI NA MODO PIYA."
I laughed so hard.
Raj snickered. "He's coming," he whispered, eyes gleaming with mischief.
I panicked, fixing my hair even though I knew it made no difference. Vihaan walked up, hands in his pockets, that usual serious look on his face.
"What?" he asked, voice low and tired, like he didn't care — but I caught the quick glance he gave me.
Raj smirked. "Oh, nothing. Aanya was just talking about you."
I wanted to disappear into the ground. "I was not!" I blurted out, too quickly to sound convincing.
Vihaan looked at me, tilting his head slightly. "What were you saying?"
I opened my mouth, then closed it again. My brain short-circuited. "Uh... the... the weather! It's... hot?"
Raj coughed to cover his laugh.
Vihaan raised a brow, looking up at the perfectly cloudy sky. "It's about to rain."
I mentally slapped myself. "Oh, yeah, right... I meant, like... emotionally hot."
Raj lost it, bursting out laughing. I wanted to punch him and then crawl into a hole forever.
Vihaan blinked, then, to my surprise, the corner of his mouth twitched. Was that... a smile?
"Okay," he said, shrugging. "See you in class."
He walked off, and I just stood there, staring after him like an idiot.
Raj wiped a tear from his eye. "Emotionally hot? Seriously?"
"Don't talk to me," I muttered, hiding my face in my hands.
But even through the embarrassment, I smiled — because for a split second, Vihaan had almost smiled too.
Raj nudged me with his elbow, still grinning like an idiot. "I think he likes you."
I peeked through my fingers. "Shut up. He barely talks to me."
Raj leaned in, whispering dramatically, "Silent guys fall the hardest."
I groaned, pushing him away. "You've been watching too many dramas."
He twirled around like he was in a soap opera. "And yet, here you are, living one."
I rolled my eyes but couldn't stop smiling. "I hate you."
"No, you love Vihaan."
I stopped walking and glared at him. "Raj, I swear I will —"
Before I could finish, Vihaan turned the corner right in front of us.
Raj froze. I froze.
Vihaan glanced at us, his face as blank as ever. "…What?"
Raj coughed, looking everywhere but at Vihaan. "Oh, nothing! We were just… admiring the architecture."
Vihaan slowly looked up at the peeling paint on the ceiling, then back at us. "The what?"
I wanted to die. "We're late for class!" I yelped, grabbing Raj's arm and speed-walking away.
Raj barely held in his laughter. "Architecture, huh?"
"I will throw you in a trash can."
But the whole way to class, I couldn't stop thinking about that almost-smile. And maybe — just maybe — I wished I could see it again.
And that's how the best day ended with some embrassing moments and some fun.
Days passed
Academic year was going to end But mam came up with another Idea, she changed my place in the month of January why? The only question ask was why? but still I was staring at him from far.
And like this Our Academic year got over.
I missed him in summer vacation but I don't know about him.
[I fell in love with him before I even knew the word love and the meaning of love.]
