Of course, he just said it for himself. The soldier scowled in annoyance, berating himself for a rookie mistake that he just made earlier. After all, soldiers didn't negotiate. They removed the enemies from the equation quickly and moved on, not dangling onto the thought of 'what-ifs' and what benefit could be brought if he left the enemies alive. After all, the best enemy possible is a dead one, because they couldn't pose any threat for him anymore. Now that the two brothers were alive outside there, he was sure that they would be back and haunt him in his biggest nightmare.
