Chapter 120 - NOTICE

Hey everyone,

So… I owe you an explanation. A real one. Not just a "life got busy" kind of excuse, but the full saga of how the universe conspired against me with the precision of a legendary-level boss fight. Sit back, grab a snack, and let me vent before I lose the last 2% of sanity I'm clinging to.

Let's start with the classic villain: EXAMS.

Yes, the eternal enemy of peace and productivity. I've been drowning in books, notes, lectures, revision papers, and anxiety attacks for the past couple of days. You'd think after all this mental torture, the exams would be kind and leave me alone… but no. Right after the final paper, they hit me with the RESULTS. Like, can I breathe for five seconds?! Spoiler alert: the results didn't help. Instead of relief, I got a fresh serving of stress and existential dread on the side.

But wait—there's more! Just when I thought I could finally sit down, take a deep breath, and start writing again... THE INTERNET DIED.

And not just "Oh, it's a little slow today" kind of died. No no no. It went full snail mode. Maximum speed? 200 kb/sec. You read that right. Two. Hundred. Kilobytes. Per. Second. I've seen grass grow faster. I've seen sloths move faster. I've seen buffering icons that aged into fossils before the page could load. I was trying to upload a simple file and Google looked at me like, "You good, bro?"

You'd think in this day and age, with satellites flying in space and AI writing novels, we'd at least get decent internet service. But no, apparently my connection is powered by a potato running on low battery. I tried everything: restarting the router (about 27 times), switching cables, climbing to the roof and waving my phone like a man summoning WiFi spirits, and even speaking politely to the modem. Nothing worked. I wrote emails. I filed complaints. I offered sacrifices. Still nothing.

In a glorious moment of pure frustration, I did what every adult in total meltdown mode does: I punched the wall.

Yeah, I know. Brilliant move. The wall didn't flinch. I, however, gained some bruises, a stinging hand, and the crushing realization that drywall is tougher than my emotional stability.

You know what's worse than slow internet? Slow internet while knowing you have chapters to write, readers waiting, ideas piling up in your head, and a WiFi bar that mocks you like it's saying "LOL nope." I was staring at the screen, ready to write, and my internet just sat there like a lazy cat. It wouldn't even let me download reference files, let alone upload anything. I swear, at one point I screamed internally so loud that the router blinked out of fear for a second.

So here I am. Tired. Irritated. Wired on caffeine and rage. But also? Still trying.

I've decided to push through the lag, the loading circles, the soul-crushing speeds, and just keep writing. Even if it takes half a century to upload a single sentence, I'll do it. Because I love this story, and I love the fact that you all are reading and supporting it. Your patience means the world, and even though things have been a complete disaster lately, I promise: **I'm not quitting.**

Just… please send some good vibes (and maybe a functioning internet provider) my way. 🙃

Thank you all for sticking around while the universe beats me up like it's auditioning for a villain role in my next chapter. You're amazing.

I'm still here. Still writing. Even if I have to upload chapters one pixel at a time. Even if my router is held together by hope and duct tape. I'm not giving up. 💪

Thanks so much for your patience, and for not abandoning this poor, half-broken author. Your support seriously keeps me going.

New chapters are coming soon. I promise. (As long as the universe doesn't throw another thunderbolt my way.)

With tears, rage, and a frozen loading bar,

—Your suffering but stubborn author 🙃
