Chapter 81 - Chapter 81: Renamed To Liyue

Smith held Keqing's hand, squeezing it gently but firmly.

"You!" Keqing rolled her eyes at him in frustration but still asked, "It seems like you care a lot about the items this time. Why didn't you buy them directly?"

"Well," Smith pondered for a moment before replying, "these things are valuable, but not to the point where I must rush to buy them immediately. Besides, some people in the guild have also started discussing them."

Hu Tao chimed in, "Is that Senzu Bean really that powerful? Can it heal any injury? Would it even be able to restore Zhongli's wear and tear?"

Smith responded, "I don't know for sure. Wear and tear is a curse, and I can't guarantee that the Senzu Beans can counteract it. After all, each bean only costs 500 points. That's already a bargain for something that heals injuries and restores strength.

"However, if it were someone like Barbatos, a single bean might restore him to his prime."

Zhongli added, "Wear and tear is a curse imposed by the heavens upon the immortal species. I don't know what the true capabilities of the Senzu Beans are, but given their price, it's unlikely they can undo such a curse. That said, being able to recover from injuries and restore divine power is already an impressive feat."

Ningguang asked, "What about the Thunder God King? Its original price is 60,000 points. Shouldn't that mean it's stronger than the spear technique Smith bought before, which was powerful enough to kill gods?"

Smith nodded. "The Thunder God King is a formidable mecha that can be controlled by humans. With it, one could fight powerful monsters or even face beings as strong as the Nine-Tailed Fox. However, I'm not sure if it would be enough to defeat the Seven Archons. Some of them may be too powerful."

Nasida noted, "If that's the case, isn't this mecha similar to the Order's plan?"

Smith quickly clarified, "Not exactly. The Thunder God King is just a machine; it doesn't compare to the ambitions of the Order..."

At this point, Smith's strength was nearly comparable to that of the original Seven Archons, and he was still growing. If he found the right weapon, even a fully restored Barbatos might struggle against him.

Xiao spoke up, "I can contribute my points, but I don't have enough on my own. How about I transfer them to Ganyu so she can purchase it?"

Seeing Zhongli's interest in acquiring the Thunder God King, Xiao immediately offered his support. He assumed his emperor had few points left.

Zhongli nodded. "Can points be transferred? If so, then let Ganyu buy it and keep it."

It wasn't that Zhongli distrusted Liyue's people, but he worried that having a human-controlled "god" might cause some to grow arrogant.

However, there was another issue. Should they really keep the name "Thunder God King"?

If they unveiled the mecha under that name, Baalzebub might take offense and try to destroy it.

Thinking of this, Zhongli suggested, "Let's not call it 'Thunder God King.' From now on, let's rename it 'Liyue.'"

Ganyu confirmed, "Understood, Emperor. The Conqueror of Demons will transfer 10,000 points to me."

Smith reminded them, "Remember, the Thunder God King—uh, I mean, Liyue—requires three people to pilot it. You should privately discuss how to form a team. Also, controlling it effectively will require a significant support crew. You'll understand more once you buy it."

Zhongli nodded. "In that case, Ningguang, Keqing, Yelan—you three will form a team. Make sure to choose trustworthy people."

Keqing responded, "Yes, Emperor."

Yelan added, "We will give it our best effort."

Ningguang commented, "We don't need too many people. We can evaluate candidates in secret."

Meanwhile, Smith noticed no one had claimed the "Peerless Sword."

"If no one else wants it, I'll take it. Even though it's useless to me, it might still come in handy."

Since the Thunder God King—now Liyue—had been purchased, Smith decided to buy the Peerless Sword. For him, 2,000 points was a small price to pay.

While it might not match the quality of a five-star god-forged weapon, in this world, it should be comparable to a high-tier four-star weapon—or perhaps even better.

Smith then asked, "What about the Senzu Beans? If no one objects, I'll buy them. If anyone ever needs one, just let me know."

Zhongli responded, "Go ahead, President."

Senzu Beans were valuable, but they weren't particularly useful to Morax and the other immortals at the moment. However, in Smith's hands, they could serve a greater purpose.

With no further hesitation, Smith bought the Senzu Beans, clearing out the special offers refreshed this time.

Keqing sighed, "These special offers are all excellent, but three items every seven days is just too little."

Ningguang remarked, "The number of offers isn't the real issue—we don't have enough points. If more high-value items appeared now, no one but the President would be able to afford them."

Smith chuckled. "Honestly, I don't have that many points either. I think you're overestimating me."

Zhongli added, "The missions are coming in rather slowly. It's been more than five days since the last one."

Smith held the Senzu Beans in his hand and fell into thought. Recently, Keqing had been suffering from exhaustion, making things difficult for him. Would a Senzu Bean help restore her stamina
