Abaddon paced from one place to another, you could smell his fury. It had been several days after his fox escaped. His guards were unable to even find the thing, and on top of that one of his ice cat escaped while it was pregnant! That he was fuming was an understatement. The moment he caught wind about the escape, he executed the guards that were on duty with their entire family's on the spot, he did however before their execution make them watch as he had 'fun' with their daughters and wives. Now his mind drifted to the reports of a psychopathic killer in Ashfall, the bastard forced his victims in a praying position with a wickedly horrifying smile. "Send a royal guard to deal with the killer, if he fails I will execute his battalion with him on the spot!" He barked the order to one of his attendants standing at the opposite side of the room.

Ivy nudged her head against Ullr trying to calm herself, the dream was so vivid, so real. Now she finally realized that she saw Ullr as her son. Ullr padded her head in comfort he knew deep down that Ivy sometimes became emotionally unstable, and he always wanted to help. So he presented his prey that he caught when she was away. It was a wilkhoven, a spider type monster on the low point medium rank. It had eight legs of course, but it was covered in white fur each leg ended in a ruby red point containing poison, it also had the pattern of a rose bush on it's back, in size it would be around twice that of a human. Ivy stared at the grandiose creature that Ullr proudly brought to her, she felt a shiver run down her spine at the implication of how powerful Ullr should be. "This is for a dress." Ivy nodded absently. She shifted to her demi-human form before picking the creature up. "Well then I will be back when this creature has become a dress!"

Ullr nodded, he had always been amazed when Ivy transformed. He waited until Ivy left before also going outside. Easily making his way through low-hanging bushes, eventually reaching the place where he and Ivy first encountered each other. His mother had barely escaped the painful clutches of labor when she reached the forest. She had told him many stories of a cruel man, that killed his kin for no apparent reason. Breaching a stick like wall he was confronted by a corpse, the corpse of his mother, she had wanted him to give her core to someone he would see as a mother after her passing. Now he knew Ivy was that special someone. He could entrust Ivy with her mother's silver core, and her legacy.

Ivy was finally back it was around six hours later. The party dress she obtained was rather beautiful if she would say so herself. An elegant white dress that faded into a deep ruby red, she surprisingly almost hardly had to pay anything as the tailor was happy to work with the spider. Ullr small face greeted her when she entered the den, but she was pleasantly surprised by the silver core he was holding. Ullr reached out his paws nudging the core into hers. "It's surprisingly pure with a high concentration of mana." Tsalice's voice rang in Ivy's head. Ivy took the core in his mouth and a bit down. Mana flowed into her body allowing her to cast at least 15 low-level spells or 1 medium-level spell along 5 low-level ones. It took some adjusting to the higher amount of mana in her. Ullr pounced on her squealing in excitement, his head flew against hers making her fall over. She grunted the moment her body made contact with the hard ground. Ullr continued to nuzzle her with an intensity that made Ivy's chest feel warm. Eventually, she had to get up so she gently pushed the kitten off who tumbled to the ground and quickly found a moss ball to play with.
In the corner of her vision Ivy spotted a much larger ice cat staring at her, eyes filled with curiosity, relief, and something else. Even tough the stranger was fully calm and doing nothing Ivy wouldn't take the risk, defensively standing over her son growling magic circles formed over her glinting dangerously. The cat nodded and smiled "seems he found someone he can trust, I'm Angela… Ullr's mother, it's a beautiful name, tough don't get me wrong, but I would name him something else." Ivy stared at her not even relaxing for a second she didn't believe her not for one bid, why come so late to look for your missing kitten. "Why should I trust you?" The cat walked over light passing through her translucent body. She did look eerily similar to Ullr apart from the mark, bigger form and scars traveling all over her body. "I'm dead, that core you took in was mine and destined for the person would trust as his mother." Ivy nodded relaxing her muscles a little but still prepared. But for what she was dead she and if she wasn't the fact that light phased through her body already made her impossible to hit. So she could do nothing but relax. Ullr didn't even seem to notice her emotions earlier as he was still enjoying himself with the moss ball.
Ivy walked to her nest curled up and padded to the cat to sit next to her who complied. Ullr noticed the vacant spot near Ivy's belly and quickly made it occupied. "I'm an ice cat, and you probably know that ice cat's appear in every grade of monster ranking." Ivy nodded. "Well, I am or was low point red grade and Ullr is a point higher than me but don't get me wrong he isn't that powerful yet and still needs several years to reach his full potential." Ivy stared dumbfounded at Ullr who was kneading the ground mind elsewhere. "So he will probably always be stronger than me, but if you're so strong how did you gain those scars.""I gained these scars by being whipped and forced into breeding. The man who did all this was almost always clad in gold armor, ordered his people around like dogs. He once ordered to capture of a young female frost fox, probably to forcibly breed her with another frost fox." She sighed at the painful memories her eyes darkening even more in even more painful memories. "I… I bore at least 20 litters in my lifetime Ullr my last he even had a daughter they took her away killed her, wore her pelt as a trophy. I maybe had even more litters that I don't know of… I was drugged most of the time, forced into breeding. I remember being impregnated by my children in a cruel twisted game, we never had our senses. Always forced into the mindset to procreate by forcing us with injection, pheromones… and even… sometimes aware. I eventually started killing my litters once I saw one of my daughters being violated by her brother. To free them of that horrifying life. But so many of my children are still going through that please end them so they don't have to carry the pain of what happened for the rest of their lives." She broke down sobbing, her eyes reflected the abuse, violations, and horrors she had to go through. She eventually stepped over to Ullr who was still absent in mind and curled around him passing right through Ivy's body. Ivy washed with pain in her heart the moment Angela's maternal instincts kicked in, she tried to lap her son's pelt unable to as her tongue passed right through, but she still continued. Unable to bear the pain in her chest Ivy groomed the pelt of Ullr in the places his mother tried to, she heard her sob silently in thanks. Ullr finally snapped back and sniffed the air and silently muttered her mother's name before beginning to suckle. Angela started crying again in happiness, Ivy stared at Ullr in disbelief as he silently continued to suck away. She didn't have milk, and he knew that maybe his body moved on his own in memories of her mother. The feeling of someone doing that felt foreign, but it didn't feel strange, out-of place or weird it felt comforting. Ivy just let him do his thing and continued grooming.
--Next morning--
Ivy opened her eyes to find Ullr curled up at her belly and Angela silently watching him with warm eyes. Ullr eventually woke up nudged Ivy's belly and went back to sleep. Ivy smiled before standing up groaning at her legs protests. Her mind wandered back to the day before of Ullr suckling and the terrifying things he went through. She and Angela talked a bit after Ullr fell asleep, finding out that Ullr was born rather late. She shifted into her demi-human form and grabbed the dress before carefully putting in on.
The guards finally let her through to the noble district after a long time explaining that the badge she got was legit. On her way she bought the little girl a dagger for self-defense, it was made from a fine silver the handle had a delicate little flower engraved into it. Angela was walking beside her curiosity sparked in her eyes, "Where are you going? Is there something here you wanted to do?" She inquired after a bit. "Well, yeah. I got invited to a noble's child's birthday after I saved her. I really wanted to kill her," Ivy paused to catch her breath. "But my gut told me otherwise." Angela stared at her, a bit of apprehension clouded her eyes. She shook her head. "Find reason in your actions, don't act out in blind rage." Ivy simply nodding feeling Angela's discomfort at the knowledge that she just killed out of pure rage. They made their way over to the noble's house neither of them uttering a word.
They finally arrived at the grand imposing door, as Ivy reached out to knock its hinges groaned as the weighty doors swung open. The noble man's face was inches away from Ivy's. She could feel his warm fishy breath engulf her head. Disgusted she pushed his head away. "Sorry, that was rude, and I just remembered that I didn't introduce myself and my daughter yet. I'm Raiden, Raiden Blackheart. My daughter's name is Azalea Blackheart." Ivy nodded, "I'm Ivy… If I haven't introduced myself yet." She entered the ballroom as Raiden moved aside to let her pass. The room was nicely decorated in pink, guards were grouped and sprinkled throughout the room watching with an eagle's eye, In the far left a mountain of gifts took hold, in the center of the room a massive cake stood proud like the room dressed in pink with flowers for extra elegance. Angela stared in dismay before muttering something under her breath. "Too much pink," was all Ivy could pick up. Azalea was busy in the distance entertaining some noble boys in their pride, eventually she made a quick scan for newcomers and their eyes locked into each others. "Ivy!" She called while she hurried over almost tripping twice over her shoes. She was dressed in an elegant pink dress with her hair neatly tied into a bun held together by a flower pin. "More pink," Angela groaned. Azalea finally reached them overflowing with happiness. "Is leaving them okay?" Ivy inquired pointing at the noble children Azalea left in the dust. "It's more than okay. They just go on and on about their grand accomplishments. Which they only could obtain with their family fortune." She flatly said. Ivy wasn't surprised most nobles acted that way, or so she heard. She grabbed the knife from her pocket and gave it to Azalea, "Happy birthday." Azalea's eyes shone with surprise and happiness upon receiving the gift. "Thank you."
While Azalea was mesmerized by her gift Ivy slunk into the shadows of the crowds, finding comfort in the less noisy spots. Angela padded over her paws barely audible. "I wonder how Ullr is doing," she fretted. "All alone in the forest." "Don't worry Angela. He will be fine." Ivy gaze raked across the room, now noticing the singular noble that was barking orders at what looked to be a flesh bag but with two wavy horns protruding out his head and supported by ash colored skin. He was well-dressed but not as fancy as the noble, something metallic clung around his neck glowing softly with purple runes. Angela's gaze followed hers, it took a moment, but she eventually saw the metal thing on the man's neck, her fur spiked hackles rising ending with a powerful hiss. Ivy gaze slowly went to Angela, surprise clouded her mind at the strong reaction her friend gave off. "What's the matter?" She carefully inquired. "That's a slave collar works on basically anything: monsters, humans, humanoids and spirits," Angela quivered as tough recalling a painful memory. "I still remember its cold touch on my skin. They did remove it later but what followed… what followed is something I don't want to talk about." Ivy stared in horror at her before gazing over at the ash-colored man, who was now making his way to a maid serving wine glasses.
