The battlefield trembled.
Waves of divine and demonic energy clashed in the air, ripping through floating stone islands and raining golden fire. The Celestial Court fought with everything they had — spell and blade, light and fury — but Seraphon was adapting.
Faster. Stronger.
He had begun to stabilize. His fractured soul, once his weakness, was now a fusion of wrath and reason.
And then…
He roared.
A shockwave of unfiltered cosmic energy exploded outward — a ripple of white-black light that shattered platforms and sent warriors spiraling into the void.
Zeref was blasted back.Sillax struck the edge of the battlefield.Half the Court fell.
And Krisian — caught mid-strike — took the full force of it to the chest.
His eyes widened.
"No—"
CRACK.
The world went white.
He was thrown from the sky like a broken comet, crashing through three floating islands before slamming into a massive obsidian platform. His sword flew from his hand.
Then—darkness.
Silence.
Krisian's Vision
Somewhere beyond pain, beyond thought, Krisian floated in stillness.
Then… music.
A gentle, distant melody — a voice, soft and full of sorrow, singing.
He opened his eyes slowly.
He was no longer on the battlefield. He stood in a silver field beneath a twilight sky, surrounded by glowing flowers that pulsed in rhythm with the song.
And there — sitting on a stone, back turned to him — was a woman.
She sang a haunting lullaby. Each note tugged at something ancient inside him.
Her voice… familiar.
Krisian tried to speak."Who… are you?"
She didn't answer directly.
She finished the final note, her voice trailing like mist into the wind.
Then she turned slightly.
He couldn't see her face clearly. It shimmered, blurred, like starlight seen through water.
But her presence… it filled him with something he couldn't explain.
Then she spoke — soft, yet filled with depth and gravity.
"Krisian…"
He froze.
"One day, you will have no choice but to use every single beat of your power."
Her voice trembled. "And when that day comes… you'll finally see me."
The sky behind her flickered. Krisian reached out, but couldn't move.
"Until then…" she whispered. "Remember this: I love you."
"And that is why we did what we had to do."
Then—
Everything shattered.
Back to Reality
Krisian's eyes flew open.
The battlefield blazed in chaos — screams, light, flame. Seraphon towered above, raising his arm for the final strike toward Zeref and the trapped crystals.
But something had changed in Krisian's eyes.
The vision still echoed in his mind.
"I love you…"
And then he felt it.
The heartbeat.A pulsing rhythm inside him — ancient, pure, and endless.
His aura erupted — not as shadow, not as light — but as something else entirely.
Unbound.
