All the luggage was taken to Lu Zhen's apartment. Standing outside the apartment door, even Lu Zhen's mother and brother were stunned.

"Brother, are you keeping a diamond mine inside your apartment? Why is the security door so over the top?" Lu Tao asked as he examined the door in front of him.
Looking at this door and turning to look at her own door and the one installed on the stairs, Leng Pan nodded her head in approval.

Lu Zhen didn't bother answering his brother as he entered the password on the electric lock and then changed it to Leng Pan's birthday.

As she was about to sit down after giving the water to her mother-in-law, her phone rang.

Mother Lu saw all these changes in her daughter-in-law but didn't pry. However, when Leng Pan answered the call and heard the name of the person on the other end of the line, she perked up and became alert.
Her son had finally won over Leng Pan and they were happy and doing well, she didn't want a jinx coming in to spoil their relationship.
Even though she was agitated, Li Yunjia didn't say anything.
"Hello Yinyin." Leng Pan answered the phone without much enthusiasm.
Bai Yinyin hadn't called her in a couple of days since she told her she wasn't in town. She must have finished stockpiling supplies and was now calling to ask when she was arriving so that she could give her the bangle. That way she would be able to transfer her supplies before nightfall. What a scheming bitch.
Even at this time when the apocalypse was only hours away, she still refused to tell Leng Pan, whom she claimed to be her friend anything.
As expected, Bai Yinyin didn't even greet her and immediately asked when she would be back.
"Panpan, what time are you coming back? I'll go pick you up at the airport then we can go to the antique street to get your bangle.
