"Surviving an Unexpected Invasion and New Information"
February 10th, 2031
A few weeks after we captured and occupied the bastion, we now have a stable supply route for us that can last for over 3 years, which is more than enough to feed everyone. The following months on February, winter just begins. Weird how this is not winter. It should be spring and not winter. Did climate change make this happen? I don't know, but let's ignore it for now.
Our company was tasked to defend the bastion along with 1.000 militia as reinforcement, until we are fully prepared to launch another offensive at the next GOC bastion or fortress.
The winter is much colder than I expected, but we are lucky that those T.O.P want to spare some Warm clothes. Jesus, the temperature is probably below zero now with this much cold, some of the militia getting cold and were taken inside by the medic to warm themselves, while others stayed to guard the post.
Why in the first place did they recruit militia? Why not recruit some mercenaries?, it's because they're having deficit from the Past Battle and Blockade that was done by the GOC.
A few minutes later, I approached the militia officer who in charge and spend time by discuss our plan, when I asked about the winter in early January, he stopped speaking and stared at me in disbelief.
he said that winter only happened from July to August on this continent, I was shocked. If that's true, is this some kind of spell or magic, or is this an anomaly weapon created by the GOC? Both of us stared blankly, and when we snapped back to reality, I immediately went to my company barracks and found Captain Allen to talk about this. This is not like Europe or North America, where winter usually happens from November to Late January, but I can't find where Captain Allen is, until I hear a helicopter approaching the bastion.
Immediately, First Lieutenant Kiriyama Tachibana takes over the commands and tells all units to defend and take a defensive position. Immediately, 10 Blackhawk Helicopters come in and drop 300 Elite Special Forces from far, and an armored battalion bringing some IFV and Artillery howitzer. Before we can take action, the howitzer starts firing into the bastion, hitting the bastion walls and killing 500 militia. First Lieutenant Kiriyama received a wound in her eye. Initiatively, I immediately carry Lieutenant Kiriyama and take her to a safe place before injecting a painkiller and wrapping a bandage on her wounded right eye, meanwhile, the GOC Elite Special Forces rapidly approach, and the gate gets blown up. Immediately, the Elite Special Forces enter and eliminate the militia who cannot react in time before they get killed.
Meanwhile my company and I immediately run into the basements saving our life's with some militia and create a new defensive line to defend our new positions there.
Carrying First Lieutenant Kiriyama on my back, I immediately put her down and let the medical team take care of her. Realizing no one can take command after Lieutenant Kiriyama is wounded, I struggled to decide, but First Lieutenant Kiriyama grabs my hand and looks at me, before she speaks.
"I let you take over the commands, send the GOC to Hell, and avenge our soldier who died in Sector Atharva."
Hearing this out of her mouth, I nod slowly and immediately take over the commands chain.
"Gas mask and thermal goggles! Equip them! LMG team, immediately get back and provide fire support from the behind!. Assault team with me! Let's go!"
Immediately, the LMG team prepares their Light Machine Gun (PKM) and prepares to fire support us, while the assault team and I prepare to defend this bastion.
Luckily, this bastion only has 1 entrance into the basements, so we can organize more easily, meanwhile the medic team carries First Lieutenant Kiriyama to another place to avoid a clash and fight.
I predicted that the GOC will Throw Tear gas into the basement and my calculations are right, the GOC Elite Special Forces threw tear gas first into the basement.
I told all my team to Silent and don't make noise, the GOC Special forces thinking that we suffered from the tear gas and got ourselves killed.
When they enter the basements, I Squueze my palm Signalling to Hold fire to the LMG team to kill them all, and when the smoke's gone, I immediately give commands to the LMG, and with that, the LMG team shoots at the GOC Elite Special Forces, killing a lot of them who get caught by an unexpected ambush.
Those who tried to escape were killed by my assault team, and the clash continued for more than 2 hours.
After the intense fight, the last 10 GOC special Forces surrendered and raised their hands and they were only medic team and an officer, the officer in charge surrendered scared,but the militia who survived immediately beat up the officer because killing their Friends and Buddy. Almost killed the officer I intervened to stop them. I know they angry towards the officer, but he is not the one who ordered these operations. The officer, after getting beaten up, immediately gets patched up by our medic team and later put into interrogation rooms, awaiting interrogation from us. but it's not over yet, the GOC armored company still outside the Bastion waiting for Did the Special forces already secured the Bastion or not, I see this as an opportunity to seize the IFV and Artillery howitzer from them, don't mind if I do GOC. Immediately, I arrange an ambush, we will flank them from them very behind using the GOC Special Force Uniform, but it might not be convincing enough. Remembering the GOC Officer before that got detained in the interrogation room, I immediately got into the Interrogation room and made an deal with the officer. The deal is that I will let him go,in exchange the officer must cooperate with me to fool the armored company outside the bastion. If he can fool the armored company and let my team kill them one by one while getting distracted, I will let the officer go because he only follows orders from General, and out of desperation, the officer agrees to cooperate with me, with this my team and I wear the GOC Special Forces uniforms and prepare to flank them from behind while the Officer distracts them.
7.00 PM.
The night covers us and our tracks, and our operation starts to seize and kill the armored company Stealthy. The officer walked to the armored company and inform that they already secured the Bastion while we flank the armored company from the very behind, using this moment, we pull out our bayonet and strike them from behind, I killed an IFV driver in the neck by stab it neck, feeling the life of the driver slips away from my hands after I killed him, I tremored a bit because the trauma in the Site 19 but I ignore it and soon I killed the other drivers and soldiers one by one. After the whole company soldier and driver get killed, we immediately ambush and capture the Leader who in charge of the armored company, the officer before was unharmed and I let him go, he did tell us a lot of information such as Sector Keycard, he cannot give it to us because it's contain some Information such as Identity and a lot of personal information and its cannot be given to other people because it detects the fingerprint on the keycard for whoever use it. Someone who is not the owner uses it, it will automatically decline to open the door and will call Law Enforcement.
Understanding what the officer said, he put down his GOC service badge Infront of me and Fade into the Forest Jungle, from a far, I hear a Bang Shot and the Officer just Suicide because betraying the GOC. His fate was Certain from the Beginning when he agreed to the Deal I made, even though I don't need to kill him, he will take his own life in Guilt.
