I was really happy, having my first movement within the kingdom with less people around and also by foot.
I wasn't the only one excited, Alia couldn't hide her joy, even Niko was smiling each time she looked over to her.
"Sir. Allen, do u know how well this maiden loves to be around you?" Niko whispered over to me, I acted like I didn't know.
"Wow, I had no idea..." I looked up, placing my hand on my chin, faking the thought of how pleasant it could be. I looked towards Niko making sure that no one was hearing "..tell me more" With a sudden curiosity on my face, Niko was ready to give me more details.
"We have never seen her this way, she is hardworking and good but she always has her way of not mingling amongst the maids" I could read mixed up feelings from Niko's face, proving that she was saying the truth. Though there were some servants looking older than her, she still embraced everyone and cared for them.
