Wiper raised his head, his young face resolute and confident. "I'm not dejected. Even though Enel has the strongest Logia Devil Fruit, I believe I'm in no way inferior to him. I want to become a martial arts master like Marine Vice Admiral Garp. I will definitely become Godfather's strongest warrior."
"Impossible, Godfather's strongest warrior will definitely be me," Enel mumbled, snorting coldly. This was the one title he would never concede.
"I will never lose to you," Wiper glared at Enel, unafraid.
"I won't lose either."
The two glared at each other like fighting cocks, as if whoever moved first would be admitting defeat.
"You can compete fairly, but don't forget, you're brothers."
Bege laughed heartily, placing his large hands on both their heads and ruffling their hair vigorously. The two boys cheered up again.
Brrrring, brrrring...
Just then, the sound of a Den Den Mushi came from Bege's pocket. Bege took out the Den Den Mushi. It was a white one with wings, a type native to Skypiea and used for communication within the sky islands.
"This is Bege."
"God, it's bad! A pirate crew has entered the White Sea through Entrance Three! They're heading towards the White-White Sea. This pirate crew is very strong. We can't stop them!" The voice on the other end of the Den Den Mushi was urgent.
Bege frowned. "Entrance Three? That's the High West, isn't it? Wasn't that route severed? How could pirates still get through?"
"I'm not sure either. This isn't an ordinary pirate crew. Just one young man from their crew defeated all our guards. The captain of that pirate crew requests to speak with you."
Bege's frown deepened. He said in a low voice, "Put him on."
A deep, magnetic voice came from the other end of the Den Den Mushi. "God of Skypiea, we have no intention of offending Skypiea. Our purpose in coming here is primarily to sightsee. We have no malicious intent. Your warriors only suffered minor injuries and are not in any danger."
"Which pirate crew are you? To be able to cross the severed High West, you must be someone of note on the Grand Line," Bege said sternly.
"We are the Roger Pirates. I am the captain, Gol D. Roger."
"What?"
Bege was stunned. He hadn't expected the visitors to be none other than the future Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. It was only then that he remembered that Gol D. Roger had indeed visited Skypiea and found the Poneglyph located beneath the Golden Bell.
Bege took a deep breath and said, "So it's the renowned Roger Pirates of the New World. Captain Roger, I will have my warriors guide you to Skypiea."
"Hahaha, it's just an empty reputation. Thank you for your understanding," Roger said cheerfully.
Bege explained the situation to the guards at Entrance Three, and the guards led the Roger Pirates' ship to Heaven's Gate.
"Have the God's Carriage brought over. Also, notify the God's Guard and the Imperial Guard to assemble at Upper Yard's port. Have Modi and the others come as well," Bege said sternly to the priest beside him.
The priest immediately took out a Den Den Mushi and began communicating.
"Godfather, are there enemies invading? I want to go fight too!" Enel asked excitedly.
"They're not enemies, and they can't be enemies," Bege said. The Roger Pirates, a legendary-level pirate crew in the New World and the future Pirate King's crew, were undoubtedly top-tier in strength. As proud as he was, even Bege knew he was no match for the Roger Pirates.
"Come, I'll take you to see the strongest pirates on the sea," Bege said, his eyes serious, his tone solemn.
Nine Sky Horses, a Skypiean breed, pulled a massive, luxurious white carriage up to Bege. This was Bege's mode of transportation, referred to by the Skypieans as the God's Carriage.
Bege boarded the carriage, and Enel and Wiper followed him. The other children excitedly crowded in. Those who couldn't fit had to take other Waver vehicles.
Two coachmen drove the Sky Horses, carrying Bege towards Upper Yard.
The two God's Guard units received the order and quickly mobilized, arriving at the port almost simultaneously. Each unit had around two hundred men, marching with firm steps, expressionless, like statues, giving off a fierce and formidable aura.
Without a doubt, they were the most elite troops.
Over the past two years, Modi and the others had put the God's Guard through the most rigorous training, taking them to the White-White Sea and the White Sea to hunt Sky Beasts. Through the baptism of blood and fire, each of them had become battle-hardened, iron-blooded warriors.
The two God's Guard units arrived at the port, and the Skypieans on the docks quickly made way.
"The First Divine Army and the Second Divine Army are both here! What's going on? Is someone invading Skypiea?" The Skypiean residents discussed among themselves.
Soon after, a unit wearing suits and pants, sunglasses, and white capes on their backs, advanced with astonishing speed. Despite their speed, the unit remained impeccably organized, their formation unbelievably tight.
This unit was led by three people. Two were Bege's disciples, Hank and Sam. The third was Gilon, who had a bounty exceeding one hundred million.
However, the leader of this unit was not Gilon, but Hank. Two years of training had transformed Hank greatly, especially his strength. He was the first disciple, after Modi, to master Armament Haki, and he had developed many new moves in terms of his Devil Fruit abilities. His overall strength had surpassed that of Gilon, with his bounty exceeding one hundred million.
"The Imperial Guard! Even the Imperial Guard is here! This is God's personal guard. They don't usually mobilize so easily. Could it be that God himself is coming?" The Skypiean residents were shocked and excited upon seeing this unit.
Besides the two God's Guard units, there was another unit in Skypiea composed of Bege's disciples, which Bege had named the Imperial Guard, responsible for Bege's safety.
The Imperial Guard was even more elite than the God's Guard. As Bege's disciples, they naturally couldn't disgrace Bege. Through two years of brutal training, they had become even more diligent and reckless than the Skypieans and Shandians, forging a terrifying unit that could be called an iron army.
The three units lined up in the port, their powerful aura making the Skypiean residents afraid to approach.
"Look! The Three Great Priests are here! What on earth is happening?" The Skypiean residents were once again shaken. Three figures arrived from different directions. One flew through the air at high speed, another flashed across the ground, covering over ten meters in an instant, swiftly passing through the crowd.
They were Modi, Moria, and Riki. Because of their immense strength, the Skypieans called them the Three Great Priests.
"Hank, what exactly is going on? Why have all three armies assembled?" Modi asked in surprise.
"I'm not entirely sure either. We just received orders to wait for Godfather at the port," Hank replied, shaking his head.
"Calsedon, Longbill, do you know?" Modi then asked the commanders of the two God's Guard units.
Calsedon was the commander of one of the God's Guard units. He shook his head, indicating he didn't know. The commander of the other God's Guard unit was the Skypiean who had initially awakened Observation Haki, named Longbill. He had been heavily favored by Bege and, through two years of training, had emerged as a standout, mastering Observation Haki and also awakening Armament Haki, becoming a commander of the God's Guard. He also shook his head, not knowing.
"Could it be that pirates have invaded, and they're incredibly powerful?" Moria speculated.
"Or perhaps the Marines have discovered us and sent a force over," Riki suggested, frowning.
Bege's carriage arrived at the port, causing another uproar among the people. The God's Guard and the Imperial Guard simultaneously saluted Bege, their loud and resonant voices shaking the port.
