Chapter 5 - Chapter 5 the end after a new beginning

The head of the academy will send us home after all the mock battles to decide who will be appointed to which classes, even sending the swordsmanship class into missions such as hunting for experience. After returning home not even a day later the rosefield manor received the letter informing my father that I'm in the swordsmanship class. I still haven't got to see him yet. Returning to the Leonard academy I report to my dorm a brown wood floor and a tangy smell to the room changing into the black and gold top with under black pants after getting dressed I walk to class. "Today class we will be going into the outer forest just to practice and get a jist of what your doing sword training will begin tomorrow get into a team of four" Iris was in the same class instantly she glanced at me I waved her over she came over then what surprised me the most was that Reinhard walked over "can I join your party" Claire behind the young teen "I still don't like him" Claire mumbles under her breath yeah I guess so sorry for the other day "all good it was a great match your amazingly strong" ah okay all the student getting separated into their own groups "remember don't stray too far into the forest use that flare given to notify the teachers for help" as my group goes into the forest deeper in mana was everywhere every inch of this forest. Reinhard roars forcing himself to stand boom! All I could see was my body flying iris was sent flying while Reinhard was stabbed in the gut shoving Claire to the side I covered my body with mana the huge mana beast vanished to my hip tearing through my side my entire body screaming in agony and anguish. The entire group was out, blood pouring to my head. What should I do? The huge elder mana beast who has a body like a human conjures a spear made out of fire mana combined with wind it can make mana weapons! Throwing the spear my way I dodge out of the way the huge spear missing by a meter I spread the mana to my body rushing towards the huge mana beast boom! The ground shatters with the force sending me flying the monasteries intent knocking the air out my lungs. The beast pulls out a shimmering black greatsword slashing at my little mana d-did it just cut through mana cursing under my breath a smile creeping up on my face why am I smiling? I rushed forward channeling the mana into my palm then creating a red mana blade woosh! The enormous greatsword found its way into my gut, blood spilling out of my mouth like a fountain. I'm gonna kill this thing with my blade and mine alone. I appear behind the beast with a plan I force all the mana in the forest into my body the very earth seemed to stop every part of my body was bursting with mana creating a spear imbuing the mana spear with the light element throwing the white spear into the sky I force my body up with wind mana into the air Curse Heal! The white spear formed into a greenish color forcing my arm to throw it. The spear tore a hole into the mana monster. Its regeneration was amazing just like that the hole disappeared Bow! It grabbed me, shoving its large grey arm into my stomach, throwing me into the side. Why me? I couldn't hear anything nor could I see my body was moving with mana. I lost my senses. It was like I was a puppet moving on mana strings.
