Chapter 132 - Chapter 132

We would like to announce before the concession break to prepare for Top 4...A performance by none other than Robin herself!

"Robin is already performing?" Firefly asked with curiosity.

Kevin and March both began to fanboy and fangirl respectively.

"AHHHH I'M SO EXCITED! I DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS PERFORMING!" March yelled out

"I FORGOT TO TELL YOU GAHHHH" Kevin also yelled out.

Ayaka smiled, but nervousness was still spread within her.

And now...Prepare yourself for a...Robintacular performance!!

Instrumental begins—low, pulsing beats like a heartbeat in the hush. A soft melody threads through, delicate yet resolute.

"Come gather close, ye wandering souls, In battle's wake, where fury rolls. The night is long, the heart is fraught, But I shall weave a dream from naught."

(A hush spreads over the crowd, drawn in by her voice—smooth as silk, threaded with something almost hypnotic.)

"Close your eyes, let stars embrace, Fear and fire fade in grace. The world will turn, the dawn will rise, But rest first now, beneath my skies."

(A swell in the melody—her presence glows, and soft motes of light shimmer in the air, descending like fireflies.)

"Oh warriors bold, in armor bright, Laid low by fate, by cruelest might. Steel and spell, the clash, the cry, Yet even heroes dream and sigh."

(Her voice lilts, a whisper of wind, a ripple on water. Some in the audience sway, eyelids drooping as the spellwoven harmony takes hold.)

"The road is long, the tempest calls, And shadows dance on silent walls. Yet every star must fade to rest, And even victors need a nest."

(Spoken, with an ethereal echo effect): "Sleep, now sleep, let burdens go, Drift where silver rivers flow. No pain, no fear, no bitter cost, In slumber's arms, none are lost."

(The music deepens, richer, enveloping. The spell takes root—shoulders slump, weapons drop from loose fingers. Cheers turn to murmurs, murmurs to silence.)

No...No way... Yuri thought to himself.

"Hush, my loves, the winds are still, No blade shall strike, no blood shall spill. A mother's song, a siren's plea, Surrender now, and set hearts free."

"Close your eyes, let stars embrace, Fear and fire fade in grace. The world will turn, the dawn will rise, But rest first now, beneath my skies.

Dreams shall guard you, soft and deep, Tides will carry, clouds will keep. The storm shall pass, the night shall end, But peace is here, my voice will send."

"Where do dreams go when heroes fall? Beyond the echoes of the call. Lay your head, forget your name, In slumber's hush, all hearts the same."

Yuri got off from his seat in a hurry and stood as tall as he possibly could.

"Y-Yuri?!" Firefly's voice rang out.

"EVERYBODY GET OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!" Yuri yelled out

But it was already too late.

In silver fields, the moonlight glows, A tale unwritten softly flows. And when you wake, the world shall shine, But for tonight, your soul is mine."

(As the last note lingers, the audience succumbs—one by one, they fall like petals to the earth, wrapped in peaceful slumber. The lights dim, the echoes of her song settling over the arena like a soft, glowing mist.)

Robin stands in the center, her work complete.

A knowing smile plays on her lips as she gazes over the sleeping crowd.

The duel arena, once roaring with energy, now rests under her voice's enchantment.

"I wish all of you good luck..." Robin said to seemingly nobody.

A red sigil floated in front of her face.

Yuri wakes up in an endless white dreamscape, his breath slow and steady. The world around him is vast, yet eerily quiet, like a canvas waiting to be painted. He blinks, adjusting to the pale light, and turns—Firefly lies still beside him, her chest rising and falling in peaceful slumber.

Then—a voice. His name.

"Yuri… You finally made it."

Yuri stiffens, spinning around. There he is—the blonde-haired young man from before, standing just a few steps away. His expression is calm, yet something in his gaze unsettles Yuri.

"That's not the question you should be asking. The real question is—who are you really?"

Yuri's breath catches in his throat. The stranger steps forward, his presence almost unreal, like a mirage that shouldn't exist.

"I know who you really are, Yuri. I've known for a long time. You've spent so much effort trying to forget… but that won't work anymore. Not here. Not now."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

The Blonde-haired young man smirked before responding. "Oh, but you do. And when the time comes, you'll have to make a choice. You can stay lost in the illusion of the past… or you can join me."

Silence stretches between them. Firefly stirs slightly but does not wake. Yuri clenches his fists, his heart pounding. He doesn't trust this man—but something about his words lingers, gnawing at the edges of his mind.

Yuri: "…Join you for what?"

Blonde-Haired Young Man (softly): "To finish what you started."

The dreamscape quivers. A flicker of something—a memory?—surfaces in Yuri's mind, too fleeting to grasp. The blonde-haired young man watches him, waiting. Yuri swallows hard. He doesn't have an answer. Not yet.

"You and I...we were once partners..."

Flashes of memory struck through as Yuri pondered thoughts of destruction and chaos.

"We were the strongest..."

More images were shown...Calamity and Fear....

"Yuri..."

The blonde-haired young man put his hand out.

"Let us be together once more."

Yuri contemplated his next move...Was...Was this what he really wanted...?

Memories flashed of his time with everyone...

The times with Hu Tao and her cafe...

The times with Himeko and managing those pesky children...

The times with Kevin and March when he first started the shop...

The times with Jean and Ying alongside the rest of Mondstandt.

"Is...Is this what I truly want..."

"Do it...Yuri."

Yuri began to raise his hand up slowly...

"This...Is it...?"

Suddenly...Firefly's body shook.

Yuri was immediately distracted by this.

"Firefly!"

Firefly glanced up as she woke.

"Y-Yuri...Don't...do it...Please..."

How dare you...worm...

The blonde-haired young man began to walk up towards Firefly.

"Why...Cant I move..?" Yuri asked himself...

"To others, it's a weapon for opposing the Swarm...."

"Perhaps your death will truly awaken the last vestige that resides within Yuri."

"Stop this!! Now!" Yuri yelled out.

The blonde-haired young man grabbed Firefly by her throat as he lifted her into the air with no effort.

"What are your last words worm..?"

Firefly was barely able to mutter out the last words that she needed...

"But really...It's just me."

Firefly's SAM suit was now fully equipped as she stared directly towards the blonde-haired young man who had been sent back from the force of the suit taking its appearance on Firefly.

"I am going to Protect Yuri...From you!" Firefly yelled out.

"Firefly..." Yuri muttered out.

"How dare you...Your meaningless existence interrupting me..."

"I don't care what I am to you! I'll protect Yuri no matter what!" Firefly yelled back out.

"You...You think you know Yuri better than I...?!"

The blonde-haired young man proceeded to laugh with distortion surrounding him before he suddenly had a blank expression on his face.

"Fine...I'll do it...The hard way...Like I always have..."

Sudden darkness emerged from the blank white dreamscape that swallowed up the area surrounding the blonde-haired young man including the man himself....

"W-What..?" Firefly questioned this display as she prepared himself.

Yuri was speechless.

From the darkness emerged, A blonde-haired man with red highlights that filled the bottom of his hair. Red markings covered most of his body as armor partially covered his body as he stared on with eyes that were once red, now a thick gold color.

"My name is Mydei. I come from a world where I ruled...I was stronger than anyone...Nobody dared approach me..."

The blonde-haired young man now identified as Mydei lifted his arm and pointed it directly at Yuri.

"And yet...Yuri is the only person who I have ever met that I consider...My friend..."

"W-What..?" Yuri was alarmed at this.

In a rare display, Firefly was the quiet one who merely stared on.

"It is for that reason that...I must do this..."

Mydei snapped his fingers as small pools of darkness seemed to emerge from behind Mydei. Several different weapons all with flags placed upon their ends came out of this wall.

"Those flags...The sigils..." Yuri took notice of the same sigil mark that he had saw with Ayato...now being littered across all the weapons...

"Yuri...I will destroy everything...If it means the return of my one and only friend..."

A somber smile made itself known on Mydei's face.
