"interesting..." Huan Die seemed to be at awe with Hou's body.
For the next few hours, Huan Die experimented on Hou and his Celestial Law Amplifying Physique. She used various treasures and abilities to test what the physique actually was.
Finally, after those few hours, she had finished and had a conclusion. She put away her glasses and spoke to Hou and Mo Huai,
"This physique is truly extraordinary... It's not the usual kind of physique with an imbalance of laws or something like that. His whole body resonates laws at a higher frequency, releasing their power more efficiently. I've never seen anything like it, I said he had potential in transformation path but he's comparable with them all."
Mo Huai spoke up,
"Yes Hou said it was called the Celestial Law Amplifying Physique and it was made by... The True Sage of Celestial Ink supposedly."
"This aligns with my findings, it has an eery similarity to True Sage's resonance script techniques. The body seems to be filled with some sort of essence, it's not just laws it's more than that. I want to say it has a separate consciousness but I can't be sure."
"Hmmm interesting indeed. The physique is truly incredible though, any path he wants to do in sure he can. The ability to use laws at a higher frequency than others at similar skill. Truly monstrous ability."
Hou listened as they spoke about the physique and was baffled at how accurate they were.
'She figured out there was a consciousness in the Celestial Ink!? With only those simple test she could deduce all that?!'
Huan Die slammed her desk and let out a breath. She leant back on her chair and spoke,
"I have some ideas...but I'll have to speak to Sect Leader about it. Once your done here, bring me to him"
Mo Huai bowed and nodded. Then he raised himself and asked,
"So can we have a disguise?"
Huan Die suddenly remembered what they were doing in the first place and hit herself in the head,
"Oh yeah, I'll even give you something more special."
She then sat up and went to the back wall, the one full with drawers. She looked in the drawers and picked up two items.
She brought them to the desk and placed them down. She then introduced the items,
"This is for Mo Huai, a hair crown. Places this in and feed it some of your miasma laws. I built in when I was bored one day, it should use those miasma laws to activate transformation. It'll make you look like a semi- successful young master of a family."
She took the hair crown and threw it to Mo Huai who was still standing near the back of the room. She then pointed at the other item, and turned to Hou,
"And this is a standard transformation ring. The effects should be amplified by your physique anyway. I noticed you had many sun laws, you may be able to use them to power the ring if you have suitable impressions, like that of obfuscation or the like."
Hou took the ring and shook his head,
"No I don't have anything like that"
"Well no matter, it might be taxing on the mental energy then. If you have space laws they can slightly lower the demands, just inject them in"
Hou put the ring on and nodded. He and Mo Huai then both activated their transformation treasures, filling them with mental energy and other laws.
Other laws, with the right impression, could be used to power treasures. It is the same principle as external cultivation, making the laws fully affect the real world rather than resonate slightly as in body cultivation.
Mo Huai was covered in a purple mist and as he came out he became a new person. Dressed in a fancy light blue robe and a sword by his waist. He had high cheekbones and defined eyebrows. He looked like a young master from a wealthier family, nothing too notable though.
Hou also transformed, from his small body into a taller more refined scholar. He wore a scholarly uniform, with a refined face and eyeglasses.
"You two look great! Your the young master and you will be a scholar who documents everything their master does!" Huan Die looked proud of her work in creating new backgrounds.
She then threw each a token, a seemingly real identity token. On Hou's it read "Shu Daizi" and on Mo Huai's it read "Zhao Ritian".
Hou smiled and took on a new persona. He stood up straight and put on a smug and mocking face, bowing to 'Zhao Ritian',
"It is me, your scholar Shu Daizi."
Mo Huai shook his head a sniffled. He then stood up straight and looked down on Hou,
"And it is I, your master Zhao Ritian."
The two looked at eachother and let out a small chuckle, relaxing again. They turned to Huan Die and put their fists together,
"Thank you!"
Mo Huai walked out of the room while waving goodbye to Huan Die, Hou quickly followed after. Mo Huai walked through the dark corridor again, Hou following after his loud footsteps.
They saw the door was left open, letting out light at the end of the tunnel. When Hou stepped out of the door, he saw not the large plaza or large structures of the centre of town.
Instead, they were in the middle of a busy slum market! It was as if they stepped out of a small market and were normal passerby's.
"Come, scholar let us find lodging!" Mo Huai quickly, attuned to his role and walked off into the busy street. In reality he was watching Hou carefully but he wanted Hou to have this experience.
Hou quickly realised the situation and stammered to find Mo Huai again. He pushed gently across the crowd, with a brush and book in his hand.
'This is just like how I imagine True Sage of Celestial Ink had wanted me to be, to pursue the brush. Maybe it isn't all bad, I'll try out the Flowing Divine Script while like this.'
