Jaguar, leader of the infamous Daggers gang, is a vicious man who earned his moniker from his bionic jaws and the way he uses them to bite into the heads of his enemies. A monster masquerading as a thirty-something year old white man with a chiseled body and pale blonde hair.
The moment he stepped out of the car, Finn's entire body tensed up, his eyes widening. Staring at the screen projected on his OAM, he studied the monster a few more times as if trying to ensure he wasn't mistaken.

The boss of a gang wasn't someone who could easily be tracked. Being the target of both the authorities and rival gangs, their schedules are usually kept a secret and changed regularly, making it very difficult to anticipate when and where they'll show up.
Finn found a way to do it, however. That's why he was here today, on the fifth floor of Noir Room, one of the many clubs that fall under the Dagger's influence.
