First Exercise III
Everyone crouched as soon as they got the message, and Osho instructed Gale to stop flying and instead take perch on a branch that allowed the bird to continue watching the target while staying out of sight.
[Kurt, is Clyde hearing anything?] He asked through the watch.
[Yeah, from what I'm getting, it's a little over half a kilometer ahead. What else does your beast say?] At this, Osho closed his eyes.
It took some effort, but he was able to get Gale to show him what he saw through their bond. He'd believed it possible before, but this was the first time he'd tried.
To his surprise, the image was surprisingly clear, with a lot more detail than he'd initially expected. But it made sense, considering that Hawks possessed great vision, something made even greater considering that Gale wasn't an ordinary hawk.
