SCP-500 – the Panacea.
Yep, it's straight out of the SCP Foundation universe.
For those unfamiliar, the SCP Foundation, short for "Secure, Contain, Protect," is an organization dedicated to containing anomalous phenomena—be they objects, beings, or entire realities—to prevent them from causing physical harm or psychological chaos in the world.
SCP-500, classified as "Safe," is one of these anomalies. It's a plastic bottle filled with red pills. Just one pill, taken orally, can cure anydisease within two hours. The exact time depends on the illness and how severe it is.
Then there's the Destined Death.
This one comes from Elden Ring—a physical embodiment of the concept of death itself in that universe.
[You've acquired a new Trait – Destined Death (Gold)]
[Destined Death (Gold): Grants you control over the power of Destined Death.]
A golden trait, huh?
Veyron raised a hand, and pure spiritual energy began to swirl around his fingertips.
With a thought, black-and-white flames suddenly ignited.
This fire—that was the power of Destined Death he'd just received.
In the game, Destined Death appears as black and red holy fire. It doesn't just deal damage—it reduces the target's max HP and has a percentage-based burn effect too.
But here in the real world? The version he got from a gacha pull felt closer to the black flames of the Godskin Apostles—more fire than holy.
Wait… wasn't the original wielder of Destined Death the Gloam-Eyed Queen? The very leader of the Godskin Apostles?
As for how those effects—the percentage-based burn and the HP cap reduction—work in the real world… well, testing's definitely needed.
Still, one thing's for sure—
If he had to run the Raccoon City dungeon again, with all that grotesque flesh covering the city… he probably wouldn't need to call for backup.

『Lady Avalon: (Screenshot.jpg)』
『Lady Avalon: Didn't I say so? I knew Veyron's luck was cracked.』
While Veyron was still going through the loot from his ten-pull, Merlin had already shared the results in the group chat.
Not that she needed to—everyone else was already in the chat the moment Veyron hinted he was headed to the gacha screen.
『Earth's Cancer: The Panacea AND Destined Death??』
『Ghost Spider: Wow, seriously? You guys all pull like this now?』
『Catwoman: I thought Chika, Hancock, and Merlin pulling that jackpot haul was already the peak of luck. But now? This guy's luck is cheat-level.』
『Hellish Fubuki: Uh... I think the phrase is "there's always someone stronger," right?』
『Catwoman: I'm just saying—same gacha, but the rest of us are pulling garbage-tier warehouse clutter, while these guys are scoring legendary loot like it's nothing. Just toss me a pair of Byakugan at worst, damn..』
『Earth's Cancer: Hey! What's with the "a pair of Byakugan at worst" comment?! My Byakugan's actually pretty good, okay?』
Veyron's SCP-500 Panacea and Destined Death—just from the names alone, you could tell they weren't ordinary.
Merlin's physics holy sword? It had been blessed by a higher being. According to her, it might not look all flashy like your typical Excalibur, but the raw strength and sheer physical damage easily qualified it as a divine weapon.
Chika couldn't compete with those three.
But Hancock's gravity chamber—that room that could crank gravity from 1x to 100x Earth's norm—well, even though nobody's quite figured out all the possible uses for it yet, Chika figured her Byakugan could maybe match it.
After all, her eyes granted her three special abilities: long-range vision, X-ray sight, and full 360-degree awareness.
Long-range vision let her see everything within a one-kilometer radius even without fully unlocking her powers.
X-ray sight allowed her to peer through solid objects—down to muscles, bones, even blood flow.
And finally, a complete panoramic view of her surroundings with zero blind spots.
『Catwoman: Too late 😼』
『Earth's Cancer: ???』
『Hellish Fubuki: Hate to break it to you, but unless your eyes can evolve to higher forms—like Hancock's Sharingan…』
『Hellish Fubuki: It's hard to say whether your Byakugan or her gravity room is higher.』
『Hellish Fubuki: Especially since Hancock's aiming to become the next Amazon Lily empress and captain of the Kuja Pirates. You've gotta factor in what the gravity room means for her entire crew.』
『Earth's Cancer: Could you guys stop speaking in riddles?』
『Lady Avalon: Okay, here's the simple version: we discovered that while multiple gravity training does put more strain on your organs, if you can endure it, the training effectiveness is way higher than normal conditions.』
『Lady Avalon: And that chamber can hold up to a hundred people at once. Each one can customize their gravity levels individually. You get what I'm saying?』
『Earth's Cancer: …Okay, yeah. I admit defeat. 🏳️』
『Snake Empress: So, Chika, wanna try it out?』
『Earth's Cancer: Mmm... maybe in a few days.』
『Earth's Cancer: Ever since I got back home yesterday, my sisters have started to notice something's off. I need to let them adjust to the current me first.』
It all started with that buggy teleport during the group quest, then she spent a couple of weeks bouncing between her world and Hancock's trying to train Haki. Now she'd just wrapped up another mission and been gone for over half a month.
If it were just a time difference, it wouldn't be a huge deal—barely two months in total.
But thanks to eating nothing but meat from Hancock's world—trying to boost her physique as fast as possible—the changes were pretty noticeable.
She hadn't gotten much taller, but… let's just say her chest had already gone up a size, and even then still felt a bit tight.
Shinomiya Kaguya, sitting at the next table and not-so-secretly watching, looked completely stunned—her eyes dead of all light.
