"Sir," Callum's voice was low and steady as he approached the table, leaning slightly toward Eryx. "Old Madam asked to see you. She said she didn't understand your words earlier… and insists it's urgent."
Eryx's brows furrowed. He glanced at Naomi, who looked fine, laughing softly as Lunara teased her about her sudden cravings. He hesitated for a beat.
"She's at the house?"
Callum nodded once. "Yes, sir. She asked for privacy."
With a soft sigh, Eryx stood. "Stay with them," he told Lunara quietly. "I'll be back soon. Remember, don't ever stray from them."
Lunara frowned instantly. "Ah… please. I'm not a kid anymore."
"I know," he murmured, pinching her cheek lightly. "I'm just worried."
Before she could react, he leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to her forehead. Lunara's eyes widened.
"People are watching," she whispered, flustered.
"What's wrong with kissing my own wife?" Eryx said with a shrug, grinning.
