"You are too naive, Tamayō," Levi said, finally stepping in. Her yellow eyes narrowed, sharp as blades.
"Can you not feel the pressure radiating from that small body? That is no child. That is a woman!"
The yellow in her eyes flared ominously. "And as we have previously agreed... all other rivals must fall—"
She didn't get to finish.
Because Flora moved.
She surged up at the sound of Levi's voice—then suddenly rushed toward her.
Levi didn't even get to finish her villain monologue and threats.
Flora clung to her legs like a lost kitten.
"Mama!!"
"Huh?" That was… all of our reaction.
My "huh" was more like, "I'm about to be dragged into something troublesome, right?"
"Y-Young one," Levi blinked, speaking softly. "Who is your father?"
And that's what she asks next!!
Flora grinned and turned to point at me with both arms like she was introducing a stage magician.
"Papa is over there!"
Chaos. Immediate, inevitable chaos.
