After crying for quite a while and venting all the bottled-up pain in her heart, Sang Ning finally let out a long breath.
She felt much better now. If it weren't for the cameras and all the people watching earlier, she might have let loose with a few dolphin cries.
Sang Ning lifted her head and started tidying her messy hair.
Embarrassing moments are hers alone to bear, but once she steps back out, she'll still present herself as fearless.
After fixing her hair, she raised her arm, ready to wipe away the tears on her face, when a large, well-defined hand suddenly appeared in front of her holding a tissue.
"Here, wipe your face." A deep male voice rang out.
Sang Ning slowly looked up, and when her eyes met a gaze tinged with a shallow smile, her expression froze abruptly.
"..."
Seriously, what a string of bad luck.
She didn't take the tissue but instead got up off the ground, stuffed one hand into her pocket, and feigned a composed, aloof demeanor.
