Lynch couldn't think of anyone else who could use such a spell to awaken the Necroman Magic Pearl's power. Without the first chapter's general scroll, merely looking at the other "Creation Law" can only offer some insight to mages when casting spells, but it cannot teach any new spells, and it is completely impossible to wield power like the Ancient Great Arcanist. The first scroll is like the foundation of a building, and while Lynch holds all the building materials, no matter how great others' comprehension abilities, they cannot construct a magical house.
"Zilvra, how does that Magic Artifact work? Are the undead summoned or created?"
