The people in the street shout all kinds of things at her. Some join in behind the guards following them as they take her to center of the market square.
That isn't all however, word spread fast here on a busy weekday. Soon people from all over the market are coming to see the commotion.
"They found another Zuvan." They say.
"Apparently her neighbor was suspicious of her and caught her using dye. "
Vendors leave their stalls, customers stop shopping. People that have houses in the area come out, some watch from their windows.
All to see someone from the Zuva kingdom get tortured. They are seen as a threat to Tova. Suddenly people that I had known to be kind and friendly, all now had cruel expressions on their faces.
